If you wanna take guides as in what Robert Monroe wrote about in Ultimate Journeys... then they don't just subconsciously guide you... they outright make you do stuff.
There were parts of his life where he second guessed himself after an occurrence happened with "Now why did I do that?!"
In which, his EXCOM said that they made him do it.

So I really have to wonder just how much "influence" they have on our lives.

To make a long story short... Monroes EXCOM was a committee of sorts of all the previous "HIMs".

Well the answer is that they are not allowed to make you do stuff all the time only when their assistance is critical, we must evolve, ascend, and end the cycle of duality not them.

They ensure us that we are on our right path, but as I said they influence you when it's high necessary.
Our guides are not the only ones who influence us, take time and feel,  and you will find that other's are you and you influence you.

Well, my question technically was a serious one... it was to illustrate a point that not everyone believes in the same thing.
Hence, telling someone "call upon an archangel for assistance" is quite useless to someone like me.

So what would you suggest to someone nonreligious? 

Well I'm not religious, or something like that, I hate religion.But eventually if you don't believe in one thing make sure you are right.Until I talked to an Archangel I didn't quite believe it existed.

Ontopic: You have more options which I personally used.Focus on your inner self and call for guidance/assistance from your higher self.

Or my personal favorite is to burst in love.Nothing can touch you, you are a being of light, God's perfect creation.

Yes but i have a question....Did Jesus started crusades, pointless wars and manipulated people trough history or christians did?

You need to adapt to the modern world leave your antique dreamworld behind.
Jesus was a being of light just like us, but he was more evolved, he had Christ consciousness.
So religion for me is just a tool to manipulate people and believe something that you can not prove.
Hell doesn't even exist.You took and modified the teachings of Jesus and used it at your own will to manipulate people.
But that doesn't mean if you are not christian or a church man you can't love and do wonderfull things.
Loving & sharing is the first step in solving the problems of humanity.

Well first of all we are infinite perfect beings we cannot die.(our bodies can)
Nothing dies it just changes it's state or/and form.
So I'm not afraid of death.
I've had "lethal dream's" but didn't die.

Your guides are always with you.

I have a couple of theories:
You subconsciously receive messages/notices from your higher self/guide in any form and that can be the number coincidences.
Your DNA is awakening.
Your consciousness is expanding.....etc

Call Archangels for protection.

Usually most of the times I am in human form in a radiating white light and I'm very flexible.
But one time when i split my consciousness I was uncontrollable particles of consciousness and human form the same time.

Other than that when I third eye projected projected one night from human form when I phased trough the door I became a dark blue/violet orb.

I think that you should stay grounded and let your energy flow naturally.

Well I "energize" the water myself by thinking of something good or by simply sayng thank you.
Most of use think that water is a ordinary thing, but with your mind you can make water a potion or a poison.

What if consciousness doesn't "reside" in the brain, but is only linked to the brain?
I mean, people have been pronounced "brain dead" for all intents and purposes... yet they can fully experience a NDE.
Then they return and recant that experience to us.

That says to me that the brain isn't where our consciousness resides, only linked to.

You have free will and you can choose if you want to return back or pass on to the next life.

Try to see it as a challenge/lesson, there are universal laws involved here,if you are bad and full of hate you accumulate bad karma and attract bad things in your life, so be good and full of love and joy and you will see that good things will start to happen as a miracle.

As a wise being of light you will see that you are not losing by leaving him alone but you are winning if that is your goal.We are one and that's why universal laws are applied in our reality.

Yes I hear it everynight when it's quiet and I think that is caused by a local cell tower which is very near.
But i don't give it attention.

They could possibly discover the cause for human ignorance and help us find a cure.

Our human ignorance is generated from our ego.

ONTOPIC: Yesterday I projected in a parallel dimension of our reality where things where slight different.You could notice that, that reality was better, I could feel a lot of love, I could project from that reality with my eyes open,when I projected from that parallel reality my consciousness was so high that I could easily fly, do telekinesis, run at the speed of light, levitate in the air.
I spent a day and a half there.In our physical reality it passed 1.5 hours or 2 hours.
I've met my friends from our reality in that reality and they were a different, in a good way.
My third eye and other chackra's were open in that reality and at the end of my journey I looked up my window and there was a tiny star.
From there a transparent Archangel, dressed like a warrior, emerged and was walking in the air coming to us.He waved at me and smiled and I did the same.

Then I returned back to our reality.I looked on the window and in the exact same spot where that star was, it was the sun.

Also one day I was with my friends in a park, it was 21:00 and it was night.Me and one of my friend where sitting down and looking at the sky and the stars.We saw a light dot on the sky that was moving, first i thought it was a falling star, but it was a UFO because it was moving in multiple directions, but my friend didn't believe me

Didn't really notice any smell.  There were sounds like an engine was running the entire time I was there.  The elevator sounded, well, like an elevator.

The weird loud sounds are something normal, it's because the shift of your consciousness.Eventually you will get mored used with the astral and they will not occur anymore. 

Ok let say I project etherically, then let say I go in front of my house could I manifest myself in the physical by coming into this dimension with my etheric form?

Yes you can but that requires a opened and connected consciousness to your higher self and things that you can't describe in words that you can understand from them.Remember love is the key.The word "love" has a lot of meanings, because there are a lot of types of "love",liquid crystalline light around you(you can't see it physically yet),  so stay centered and follow your inner guide and even if your life is bad and you have a lot of bad feelings try to transmute them to love.

Heaven on Mother Earth.

The word is changing to good.Mother Earth is preparing herself for the ascension of herself and us from the 3d dimension to the 5d dimension.If it is required ,and I think it will,we will go on GFL ships until Earth will become  livable oncemore.
So there is nothing to worry about, also the number of spaceships and motherships has been incresed around 10%  more than those already available for protection, purification and upliftment of all fauna, flora and humanity of our planet.

I believe that what many refer to as "Aliens" are really demons, who are spiritual beings that have rebelled against Jesus. I can testify to this, that once I did this and received the Spirit of God, I saw all of these other spiritual experiences that people write about as they truly are - of the kingdom of darkness. The Holy Spirit is clean, crisp, loving, powerful. The demons shudder when they hear the name of Jesus! It is so awesome!!

The aliens are just like us, some of them are bad some of them are good(most of them if not all).
I see you are saying something about demos and satan and hell and bad energy and bla bla bla.
Your problem is that you are creating your own reality.And by believing and demons and other bad stuff you are creating them.
Religion has be used as a tool to control the world.
The therm of sin has been used to control us to show us what is bad or not, to stop us from exploring the world etc..."Sinning" is not a bad thing, it's a natural thing, that all of us done when we accepted to live in duality.We must reflect on the bad things and learn from them.
Jesus is not better then us, he just has a different higher vibrational frequency.We are all one, we are pure love.

So I hope that you my friend will jump over this religion thing, and go explore the world and inner depths of your hearth on soul by yourself, not by hearing, reading and believing stuff from people.

Last night I dreamed about first contact. A ship landed  from a cloud and then i felt so light and i started flying around, I was overwhelmed and at peace with myself.It felt so real like I was really flying.Then the dream skipped a little.I was in my room my sister was there.I was trying to show her that I can pass through the roof.And then it actually worked i got through the roof.The roof felt so solid, like I was really phasing through it.
After that the dream continued, the light forces were finishing off the dark ones.

It was a rainy night there was something bad on my street, then an archangel poped out of nowhere and defeated the bad guy.

Also i could fly at incredible speeds, but the dream at the end was very vivid and started to loose it's touch.

So, isn't the point of storage to get new energy? if so, where does this new energy come from, if the technique we use is simply moving awareness up the legs and into the subnavel storage center? All this does is supposed to stimulate the energy circuits right? So where does the energy come from? Do we imagine it, and it comes from there?

The energy and love that God gives us is infinite,just like us, but you need to know how to use it.
