I am successful in moving the psi-wheel, however I feel that the air movement around the wheel can be causing the spin. I have made sure no windows or doors are open, but still there is a possability. Thats when I went to my kitchen and found a glassbowl. I out the psi-wheel inside it and started practicing once more. This time however, the wheel would not move. I get distracted by the thick glassbowl, as well as the wheel gets distorted by the cheap glass. Can anyone try this themselves and let me know how it works? I have seen videos of people spinning the wheel without a bowl or anything protecting it from air-disruptance, but never one video with any kind of protection. So if you do have a digital camera, please tape it!

I am having a hard time describing this in words, but it goes like this:
I had formed a big intent to manage WILD this night. The time was about 1 o'clock in the morning. I laid on my back, relaxing my whole body. I tried creating dreampictures of the location I wanted to appear in when I started dreaming. I was trying intensely, but it did not work. I was extremely tempted to just roll over to my side and go to sleep, but for some reason I kept trying, again and again. I got away from my intention of trying WILD, and got the idea that I might try projecting AGAIN.
      I tried "conscious shifting" about the room, I tried feeling myself above my body, I tried the techniqe called ROPE. I do not know for sure, but I think I slipped of it and started dozing of. I got this feeling of getting really obese! Like I was getting blown up like a balloon. I remembered this feeling, but could not establish where I had felt it before(It felt so normal!). Suddenly these vibrations started and a sound followed closely. The vibrations rushed with enormous power through me, and the sound was extremely loud(a motor-sound kind of, but it may be on closer look be like my ears was vibrating). This feeling of vibrations and sounds were so enormous, but I stayed calm and allowed them to do their thing. The vibrations and sound came and went with different power, but they did not dissapear until it finally happened. The vibrations stopped, and I tried moving physically, but instead I moved my real-time body!.
I felt myself moving through my bedcovers. I looked down upon my legs. They were in a strange "color" I can not properly describe(black,white,gold,living,purple,moving,orange,yellow). I got up not sure if I were floating or standing(I could not feel my legs). I was in my room, and it was dark(like it was in the physical). I could see everything perfectly. I was "alone", I was "it" I was "me", not dependant on my physical body. I had a total different view and I did not feel conected to my physical body.I wanted to go out my door and tell everyone    in the house that I made it, but I remembered Robert Bruce's advise about keeping the first ones very short.
So I laid back down in my bed and started trying to move physically. I eventually managed to move and I woke up. It took me about 1-2 minutes to find a paper to record this on. I was so exited! It was so real! No loss of consciousness in between or anything, I just got out!
   I started recording at 02:46 and ended recording at 02:57, I filled in the rest this morning.
   
   Aftermath:
It was nothing like expected!  I did not expect vibrations, I did not expect dark vision, I did not expect projection, I did not expect the strange color of my body, I did not expect all the sensations, I did not expect such a "aha!" feeling of remembering, I did not expect such joy after completion,I did not expect to just get my sight    like it had always been there, I did not expect feeling so independant, so alone, such a feeling of "it"/"me". I was all so amazing and seems so unreal, but still I    know that it is real and that I actually went outside my body! And I know I can do it again!

I cannot explain this in words, all of this seems so far off from the actual experience, but it's the best I can do at the time being!
The thing I am most exited about(strangely enough) is the vibrations and the motor-sound I got. They were so enormous, so powerful! Such a great feeling! If I did not know they were harmless I would have just died right there of heart-attack or something! [|)]  
I guess I was "out" about two minutes or so, perhaps less.
   
I have a feeling of immense joy and happiness! I have just made my first(?) conscious projection and it is BREATHTAKING!!! Thank you everyone at the forum, thank you all my OBE-seeking friends, thank you Robert Bruce and thank you "God"! []

A week a go I had an accident training my martial arts. I was doing backflips when one went totally wrong, and I landed on my back. The spine feels like its broken, and I can not lift heavy, jump, bend over,run, or even sit on the bus, without feeling like my back is going to break any minute. The injury is right on the same height as the hole at the chest-area(where the chest stops and moves into throat). This is one of the worst things that could happen to me, as I am a very active person, and I could not live anymore If I was confined to a wheelchair. I feel bad about asking for this, but I have decided to try what I can.

Could anyone please shortly explain what exactly focus 23 is? I know what focus 10 is, and I have no problems getting there. Is focus 23 far from there?

This morning I found Robert Bruces treatise on auras. I tried the exercise about the "colored book". I used a very red book and placed it on my wall, using my white tapestry as background.
I saw a very green light right next to the point I was looking at(left to the book). To my surprise this green light moved along with my focusing-point: If I shifted focus more to the left, the light followed a bit, emmiting from the book.

The problem is that when placed the book from a distance from the wall, makiing a good ten centimeters distance, the auric color made its appearance on the wall instead of around the book. The same thing happened when I tried a green plant with thick leaves(the auric color was blueish or perhaps purple? *This does not follow the color-pattern I was supposed to see?) But my main concern is that the color appears on the wall instead of around the object(book,plant)!! So I really need some help here!

Oh and thank you Bruce for your effort to make truths known to those who wish to know!

While in the astral does the physical mind filter/receive all that is happening?  You still use your brain, and not some astral counterpart like you soul?
Well, my question is easely spelled like this: Are you dependant on your physical brain while projection(other that to keep you physical body alive)?
If so, what happens when you die physically? Will your soul/self take over all thinking and you will get rid of dangers like "The Alice In Wonderland Effect", creating own scenery etc.?

Follow-up from the last post regarding Remote Viewing and Clairvoyance:

I will provide a recent experience I had today when making use of clairvoyance to find a woman working in a military complex "somewhere" (for security reasons I'm notallowed to name the location) in Russia. I was asked by Mayatnik, to illustrate a point we had been talking about, to find this woman by asking my guide to take me to her. Within a fraction of a second I was there right behind her. There were a few people around, so I asked Mayatnik to describe her to me to make sure:

Me: "Yes I see her but I just want some verification if it's her, based on looks. If you could"
Mayatnik: "Dark hair, medium build, tired. "
Me: "That's her, allthough her hair looks brown"
Mayatnik: "Yes, dark-ish"
Mayatnik: "She has sensitive fingers, very expresive."
Mayatnik: "[...]What do you think of her?[...]"
Me: "She's nice, very kind and gentle. But concerned. She wants out."
Mayatnik: "She's wanted 'out' for many years. She told me she hated the corruption, and she wanted to get her son away to have a new life. she tries to help people, and has a wonderful heart."
Me: "I said hello to her, she said hello back. Was that a conscious hello or subconscious, or something else?"
Mayatnik: "That was conscious.......[...] that is her 'field' of work with the military"
Mayatnik: "Tell her, "Edward sends you his love, and will never forget you"
Me: "She was very nice indeed then, she allowed me to see all of those things with a smile"(Editors note: "All those things" refers to "sensitive" information not included in this transcript)
Me: "I got an emotion back, hard to describe, kind of this "lump in the throat"-feeling."
Me:  "Smiles"(Editors note: She smiled to me)
Mayatnik: "Yes, that's the way it is......and that's the way she knows it has to be."
Me: "It made me shiver.."


This is the way some remote viewing sessions may be like. In this transcript I did not include other sensory input - only what was important. But inside this military complex I could touch the walls, smell the gentle tint coffee in the air. I could sense the emotions of the complex' high-security employees, the small draught coming from one of the vents. There really are no limits to what you can sense or experience when remote viewing this way. There is no doubt this is real (and not just in my mind), as both me and Mayatnik continued to confirm each other's information all the time during a long session, of which the transcript extracted was only a small section.

(As you will have noticed some of the information is missing ( marked with "[...]"). This is because certain parts of this transcript is of the "sensitive" nature in military terms, and was not in any case essential to the description of this remote viewing session extract for publication.)

When we do this, it is very much like "remote viewing". However with this "remote viewing" we also pick up emotions, smells etc. We utilize our entire spectrum of "physical" and "non-physical" senses. I call it clairvoyance(Which to me is a term including such things as remote viewing, clairaudience etc).
The next question might be if we could go to the astral this way? The simple answer is; yes.
The thing that should be emphasized is that while we do this we are fully aware of having "two bodies"(depending on how you percieve your second "vehicle"), two sets of sensory input(taste, smell vision even touch) etc.

- This is not correct(based on my knowledge and experience), but Buddhism do have a more "integrated" philosophical part than Hinduism. This does not make Buddhism less spiritual. Infact based on own research and experience(once again) I would say the opposite..

- Buddhism has influence from Hinduism, as Hinduism has influence from Buddhism, as Christianity has influence from ..(could go on for ever here..). Both religions were more or less "interpedendantly thought out".

An interesting topic, so GhostRider I suggest you dig further into this great mystery. []

The way you describe feelings blend into the "vision" is exellent and remind your friend to focus more on feelings and sensations when he's doing these sessions.
What confuses me is that you write that "He then woke up later in cold sweat 15 minutes after". Did he lose consciousness and woke up 15 minutes later? Was there anyone there with him(physically)?

To make things clear: Cezyl's post was written after I gave him some inaccurate and some false informations. The reason for this has been given to Cezyl.
I am all for all the sceptizism regarding the Zeta communications. Keeping a healthy view on what is said is most important. Consider what is said, do not blindly believe, do not blindly disbelieve.
I am sure there is a lot to learn from this. I have learnt a lot, but I must remind you that me neither follows this blindly. I do not believe everything said, but I Consider it and gives it a fair chance.

Yes that is true to a certain extent. What is being done towards him, is not justifiable in any way. He does not deserve all the accustations he has been "given". By accusing him, I am also being accused indirectly. This has been explained before..

Would not you defend what you knew to be true? Also been explained before. The "serious problem" you are experiencing is nothing but your own perception.
And you are not qualified to measure of "peace of mind", as you are not "with us" and experiencing all the wonderfull things we do, you are not "neutral", but you are "against us". I can assure you I am very at "peace of mind".
