yo no matter how hard I try to use my spirit energy like in my previous posts i cant do it for some reason. Same with ki all i can do is make a ki ball im tring to see peoples auras and make ki visible or power up or just basic stuff like that but for some reason it aint workin any help?

i dont really know honestly....i would just like to move at a pace where the normal eye could not keep up. so do u have any ideas for me?
