There is a certain irony in that as we first wake it is INSIDE the dream (and not up out of it). Either realizing, or gradually remembering that this — existence — is a dream. My very first lesson, which, just to say, was wholly my responsibility to catch hold of, was to place these concepts - dream and reality - on a level playing field in order to leave open the portal through the dimensional existence back to the Dreamer ...It almost going without saying that making them UNequal locks one in to that which they are assigning greater relevance. A process, yes, gleaned bit, by bit, by bit in ways such as this by our person(s). And not just in mind, in thought, but until fully embodying the new bit-of-awareness, insight, observation, idea, etc.. Grounding, walking, breathing each one into what we like to call reality. Our day to day 3D Earth life. Many keys are returned to each one of us in the process of what now is unfolding. They are simply laid here in the open, in wait for us to rediscover- in the very precise way in which each and every one of us will. JOY unbound. As the process releases us into additional spectrums and scopes.

Can we fly ourselves with resolve into this?

Please first let me say that I see you, as well as our dear Tides are Bhakti in heart, while I am Jnani *which I mention only due to the words/languages we are most apt to use, and I do not wish for these to present a boundary, or lead to misunderstanding. I am happy to speak in any of the languages. That we truly communicate is what is most important. It is good to be relaxed about where one/you/we are feeling to focus our attention and it pleases me to hear how it is helping you. Surrender is certainly, ultimately the name of the game. It is, I will just put on the page, namely "control" that is being surrendered and not FOCUS, focus may at all times be adamant. As you have aptly expressed in everything you have written here. Along with focus, our availability can be made, let's say, consistent, in any kind of pattern whatsoever. All this just to say, there is such a thing as "too relaxed", some kind of structure is needed to in order to, in a practical sense approach that which is arising. In physical space we are meant to apply ourselves and work toward what interests us most. Up to and including growing our experience, graduating it out from 3D Earth space. Which is a natural, inherent aspect of gradient space.

I realize I am not offering you, yourself, anything specifically new, Loerie, but the opportunity to delve deeper, or even simply anew into our existing insights can yield sometimes surprisingly so. There are ways in which spiritual insight does not always apply. And, here, with the quoted sentence above in bold, I might suggest applying a hint of contrast. In order to not zoom past an area wherein further insight could most certainly dawn. It is wonderful to have the insight that you do, that you are home, you have never left. I share this with you. However, at the same time, ( and I mean this in a practical sense ), you, along with the rest of us are bound here, locked/keyed in here to this space, unable to get off the planet. There is, as all here very well know, a wide spectrum of experience territory between Home and here. Of course we would like to explore it! This is the very opportunity being here in the 3D Earth life provides. The question is, what is it, precisely, that allows this? What have the lot of us gleaned in this regard?

I am super interested in the conscious shift, too!

It is possible we ALL return to experience in more depth and detail the precise experience territory we call the Astral, and what, I, myself refer to as Galactic Space. In fact, I quite literally came back for it. I was on my way out. Out, out, out. This window did open for me. And what did I do?, I turned around for a last look. Man oh man. I saw all the fun all the awakening one's were having with preparing the collective for first contact, how much everyone was growing in their experience base, and I just couldn't resist. I wanted to help, I also wanted that growth-potential for myself. NOW -while it very much is still possible. I would be calling it close, I knew, but the prospects were so exciting. What more is possible still to experience in this once in an Eon event of the ages. So, here I am, going for it. Alongside everyone here in this room. We have much to exchange with-and-within ourselves. Somehow, we are all the exact torque needed by the others of us.

I am getting the suspicion that I've worded my initial query far too strongly. As I get to know the people here, I think I approached it with a bit too much force - but so we learn each moment.

So meditation is none of the above for me. I've never had a formal teacher, besides the universe and my life. It just lightninged its way in one night in 2008. It refined and got much simpler. I've never been to a group or a satsang, or a retreat. There's no practice anymore, no method anymore, all that fell away a long time ago - now its just being.

What is my most notable observation?

"..observation...ation... tion...." the echoes recede and the blank space on the page goes silent... the observer observes the observed observing the observer observing the observed... erved... erved....

As waves of wonder cascade around the auditorium, the crowd disappears, the curtains melt, the stage disappears and wonder escapes through the roof into the great beyond, but never moves an inch...

erm.. um. Observation? I don't really know!

Meditation is me. It is now. It just is - all this - in the sense of your "I am!" at the bottom of your page. I suspect that I may get where you are - of course i've just met you on a cryptic message, so maybe not -  I'm in a similar place perhaps - who knows, right? Nowhere. Here, now. It started back then for me, and it hasn't gone anywhere. I haven't gone anywhere. Life has moved, of course, as it does, because it is alive. All this talk about it is a bit pointless, isn't it? Even so - sharing makes it bright and clear, makes it relatable, and makes it a celebration - so let's share it, no?

Astral projection was skipped over in my case, early in the journey. It came to me, but I didn't pursue it back then. Now I feel like playing with it, exploring the terrain I skipped before, so I'm learning the ropes from more experienced wayfarers. i think I'm absorbing the right information and vibes here. Life will teach me this too, or it won't. I'm here, teacher. Present. All who wish to teach, I'm all ears.  Let's see how it unfolds.

If I have this wrong please correct me without hesitation.

Prior to 2008 you never practiced formal meditation, per se. And, by formal, just so that I myself am clear, I would mean you never sat yourself down at a given time, on given days, be this daily or multiple times weekly with the precise purpose of practicing to enter the meditative state. This state arrived on your doorstep in 2008 with your satori experience. But you still wish to explore projecting more directly, more actually the into additional consciousness states- which are also fields, reality-frequencies; locations within the Astral, as an example.

If this is correct, I would most certainly recommend you begin a formal practice. If a deep and meaningful exploration is what you wish to experience. This is where the proverbial rubber hits the road. If you just want a little taste, you can afford to be more relaxed. If you want sustainable and lasting then more will (likely) be required of you. Permanent change generally does require more of us. I have learned, for myself, that my experiences are reliant on the depth and quality of my observation. Quality observation is what makes for quality experience. Observation, I find, is generally linked to my own curiosity, something I have asked, or to see in more depth/detail. Curiosity, I find, is what leads to consistent fully conscious experience in either 1) the shift in frequencies themselves, or 2) the manifest realms. Aside from arriving at the state of being ready in itself (for expanded experience), knowing what our questions ARE, what it is we are curious AT is what drives what either does or does not happen. The clearer the question, the clearer the aim, the clearer the REPLY in the form of a direct experience.

A few examples of observations in meditation, prior to the point at which I began consciously shifting into and out of Earth space: I observed 1) a fully tangible feeling-presence at my back (in 2009 when I began making the conscious shift it was due to this feeling-presence merging with me; it would overlap my own personal field), 2) at the very bottom of my exhale I perceived a doorway, for more than a decade following the onset of daily formal practice I could only approach it, I could not go through, 3) the absence of sounds which should be present, such as the second hand ticking of the clock (which, as one who was solidly awake within myself, I found QUITE odd), 4) breath cessation, khumbhaka; I could either consciously not discern where I was within the breathing cycle, or could discern the cessation of the physical processes and that another kind of radiation was in effect, 5) and, though there are many more, this is my favorite, perception had turned inside out on itself; states had become synchronous, I no longer perceived myself as a small something within a larger external world, but rather as the larger presence within which the world is appearing; this remains a constant in my ground-level experience to-date.

Without the making of these observations, it is somewhat likely I would not have caught more fully on to the conscious shift, to where I am and what I am doing in the larger reality, to what reality even is, and the way it works. My conscious state would just not have been able to hold it. As was true, to the very moment it did all begin hold, and I can no longer stop. The wave has me, and now all there is, is the ride and what I will ultimately make of it.

So.
Your decided interest is important.
Formal practice, discipline is important. ( this is where we learn the most, and the hinge upon which all that follows rests )
Observation is important.
Vibrations are important to those who have them; huge, fascinating subject

I am riveted by the vibrational state(s), what they are in themselves, how I can work with them, what they are capable of. Truly, experience beyond the wildest dreams. They speak, all the frequencies do. They utterly inform one from the withinness of themselves outward. Once you can read them they can take you anywhere, everywhere, nowhere. It can be similar to the Akash itself. Only more, more central.

I've tried multiple exit techniques, and I'm a long time meditator, so relaxing is like breathing for me. When I meditate I just go quiet. I don't think, I don't focus, I just be. It's wonderful - a kind of low grade samadhi, and it follows me through life.

As one who came to the fully conscious shift as a spiritual student, in part via meditation I may be able to say something helpful. But, so that I understand a bit better than otherwise I have questions. Your meditation practice: is it 1) formal? daily? both solo and in groups? or 2) casual. intermittent. wherever you happen to be. Is it more generally SILENT sitting meditation? or some other form of meditation? In the level of the being-state you reach what is your most notable observation?

I ask relative to potentially addressing this:

"Someone please pull me out already and tell me what I'm messing up."

As perhaps only another life-long meditator might.

Hello, Questfinder, a warm welcome to the Astral Pulse.

As others have mentioned me, and as you yourself found yourself here at this page and its related query EXACT to my 60th birthday I find it fitting to jump in here with everyone. The others have covered things nicely at this point but I will add (what everyone here already knows) -- our lives and practices wax and wane. They breathe! Everything you and the others have said nicely shows this. It is good to hear that your life is bringing you back to APing, back to expanding your consciousness out beyond the 3D Earth-life frequency. At times we focus more directly within it, and at times we breathe, or otherwise push out beyond its boundaries. It is good to be meeting you at this juncture. I am in California, USA, where we just had an incredibly large earthquake as I sit here typing this. Another sign? ( !!! ). How fun. Whew! That was scary, the aftershocks will be significant, I suspect. Interesting times, to be sure.

Regarding the weekly meditation Eric and Carla have mentioned-- it is currently just once a week on TUESDAYS @ 3PM PST : this is the link : jump in with us anytime. Just to say, it is not guided, this is a silent sitting meditation **though there are no rules, some energy work during the sit, some chant (with microphones on mute), some work on the breath, etc.. On any given day, practice what you will. The idea of the group is to help hold us accountable to the practice, and to enhance our personal practices through the days between when we next meet as a group.

I am a disciplined spiritual student who has been practicing since age 12, and began teaching at age 38. At age 44 I experienced an awakening that involved Kundalini, the OBE, ET contact and activated a dormant spiritual skill within me that I won't go into here but if interested this can be seen on the website I keep as well as my youtube. All of what I have mentioned, at this point remains constant in my experience. And more is gradually working its way into the equation.

I understand completely.

It sounds like you feel you need to work on yourself more before moving forward to see more and this is very good. Getting clear on who it is you feel you are, within your own cosmology will help you see what is most important when proceeding into this new spectrum of information. It is not for the meek, to be sure! I can say this having chosen to boldly go forward. But I was 44 at the time of this decision, and I am 60 now. I am confident I chose the right time for myself for the galactic reality to re-emerge in my conscious state. Prior to that, I likely was not quite ready. Not that anyone can truly, fully prepare for something of this scope. But, yet, preparing as well as we are able is a necessity for the most successful shift possible. I appreciate you sharing what you have. Allowing it to surface, in ways in which you can get a better look at what still needs refining within your framework, I feel is exactly the productive step forward.

I know you are really busy these days, Tak, so I will just ask one question. The decision you made was as a child, do you think you will change your mind and choose to see into these experiences again? I just find myself wondering. @omcasey When one experiences a being in the high frequencies, how do we differentiate between an Angel, a Divine Light Being, the Higher Self vs an ET? I have had an encounter that was so unique from all others, so dazzling that it makes life in the physical realm pale in comparison. It felt like it occurred in the etheric/RTZ, but hard to tell conclusively. The experience occurred approx 10 minutes after closing my eyes to sleep, as the being appeared above me hovering in the blackness. The lines can blur with such an extreme experience. Sometimes our intuition only tells us so much, but notably my senses were completely overwhelmed. From what I did feel, this was not an ET, but was a Divine Light Being of very high frequency. As I have previously stated, it was  deeply meaningful and life altering, but I want to rule out that this was an ET experience. What are the criteria of an ET experience vs otherwise? If the being is an ET, will there always be some sort of communication? In my case, the being sensed I was overwhelmed and did not communicate with me. Suddenly withdrawing upwards and into the darkness. The experience was about 10 seconds long.

Only you will ever know about the entity you experienced visiting. But what I what I would ask YOU, is how you personally are defining these delineations- angel, divine light being, higher self, extraterrestrial. Getting clear on your own definitions is a good step toward deeper understanding. I, myself, define an ET/galactic-level being as an incarnate entity from dimensions 4-5-6. Our higher fractal consciousness ( ie: higher self ), notably in the position closest to us will be of this spectrum and, so, be what we tend to term an ET. But this is in the way that I myself have come to draw my lines. How are you drawing yours?

[Disclosure as an Internal Process]

Disclosure as an Internal Process

I will note here in beginning that this is the second of a possible series of articles I am writing on the subject of DISCLOSURE — the first of which is titled >> Disclosure: What It is and Isn't and aims toward why the Control System cannot disclose an extraterrestrial presence. I am now moved to delve a bit deeper into a few key points made in that article and will share here openly that what is getting said is unfolding not unlike a conversation going on within myself.

In the first of this series of articles I put through the following:

• Genuine disclosure does not happen in 3D ( 3D is a planetary-level classroom ), and

• Genuine disclosure happens —as all reality does— from the inside out ONLY as one achieves a graduation status through the refinement process 3D invokes upon us.

It is not always with ease that we grow to move through a potential event or experience as it is unfolding which is beyond what is currently known. There are reasons it might be conducive, and beneficial to some others that I begin to share from my own body of direct experience, relative to what happens in the process of disclosure becoming actual first contact. Which, although indeed a process that does unfold across a period of time, is rapid in the general scheme of things and there is much, over the course of the process that can go awry.

What I would point to first is that we are not, as 3D incarnates accustomed to being approached from within. We have highly defined boundaries and through an illusory, visual effect of separation from others have become quite practiced in this. In 2009 when I began the process of expanding out beyond this illusion the first thing I felt enter my experience was a highly tangible presence — I felt it merging directly with me. I first tangibly detected this presence at my back ( the back body being the gateway to Spirit, the "unknown" ) decades ago in spiritual practice. Now the presence was merging with that of my own. It is what has in fact been the sustained and ongoing cause of my expansion. This is what begins happening, whether detected or not. Consciousness fields begin merging, — reality, or frequency fields begin merging.

Before moving on to explain further, I will say that when this began happening, as it was from the embodied state, the instantaneous, synchronous result was that MY CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM WENT INTO SHOCK. There was of course more than just the shock alone, there was an immense curiosity and re-awakened sense of aliveness. It was mostly the body, the interface I experience myself in and through in this Earth life that took the bulk of the hit. Not just the body, I have to emphasize this, but principally the body, which buffered the blow. It is possible, I must say, to lose the body in the process of a paradigm shift. In the process of disclosure and first contact.

Many of us do lose the body, and for more reasons than one. Perhaps in the next segment of this series we can go further into this. For the purpose of this segment I will continue by saying my central nervous system stayed in shock for 1-2 years, gradually diminishing over the course of the second due to a decidedly determined personal focus and will.

The inherent sensitivity of the process

It is important that I note the following at this juncture. The central nervous system shock I experienced, though enough in itself to potentially bring a body down (due to it just not being able to re-wire fast enough), was nothing next to what most people would experience, who carry a far larger tendency to judgment than myself, as well as highly ingrained political and religious belief systems. All this adds a level of challenge I am not certain any 3D Earth human could successfully navigate. The pathway would be through severe levels of fear and intricate mazes. The probability of getting lost in them, and/or experiencing loss of the body is near to certain.

There is much work on ourself each one of us must engage in prior to a shift from planetary-level to galactic-level experience. Not everyone prepares in the same way or at the same rate. This has to be honored and accepted to not set one's own process toward going awry. There is not one of us who benefits from the future arriving faster than it can be processed.

It is for this reason and more that I have said:

"Forced disclosure will never happen. It is doomed always, by the nature of what it is (and isn't) to collapse upon itself,—what is false will always be false —what is false/forced will never bring about anything real (any real change), a facade is the most it can achieve."

I know many people reading here may be rooting for disclosure of a government type, for what are seen as lies and injustice in decades past to be exposed and the truth of an extraterrestrial presence revealed to the populous. Please know that I am about to say what I am because I care for you, all of you, deeply. Disclosure of this type is not disclosure. There is not now and not ever will there be an extraterrestrial presence in our 3D-Earth-space. This is a confusion that arises out of an unfamiliarity with frequencies, and the frequency in which all this does take place. Disclosure of this type would be in the category of forced disclosure which I personally feel IS A PART OF THE CATASTROPHE CYCLE. Please do not wish for it — it is not an evolution but the reverse.

Between the 3RD and 4TH dimensions is a whole PARADIGM shift. It is a paradigm shift because it is where one sphere ( in which an incarnate is isolated to their planet of origin; 1-2-3D ) meets another sphere ( in which there is a graduation, release, and freedom to venture from that planet into all of galactic space; 4-5-6D ). It is not an easy shift to make, notably directly from the embodied state, as is possible, and as some are enacting *such as, I feel, myself, which is how I am able to report what I am,—even while experiencing this I am still in frequency range of many of you. And, you, within frequency range of others on this wave; we are all still reachable.

When I first began this process, making conscious shifts "out of body", into and out of 3D Earth space, I was put through a training program which I will describe now in brief.

Kumbhaka

The first leg involved what the yogi's call "kumbhaka", breath cessation. I would witness myself slowly stop breathing. In the same way as when people "dying" may see their whole life flash before them in an instant — it is possible to stabilize, or suspend oneself in this state and (if not see specifically across time) see a larger picture of a whole paradigm. See in greater detail at a greater scope and scale than what is more usual. Achieving this state was step 1 of the training. From here I was re-familiarized with the Void, voids of different colors (I sometimes called these Interval Spaces, which I won't go into here), and two different types of shifts.

Etheric Drills

The out of body experience, itself, points to a bleed-through area between dimensions which in our case, here in 3D, extends just to the inside and outside of 3D physical space. It is a very narrow bandwidth created at the 3D-4D border which I refer to as the ETHERIC frequency bandwidth specifically of our planet. It looks much the same as our 3D-physical Earth planet, but there are also differences, some of which are more internally experienced, such as the overlapping of fields and experiencing of others more directly within our own system – and some of which can be visibly seen. This is the area I would be brought to for what I came to call "etheric drills". Step 2 of the training program. I was taught how to remain conscious through two main types of shifts.

The first type of shift was a dematerialization process wherein I myself would dematerialize from one environment into another. The moment I arrived, or came into a fully conscious status I would get pulled, dematerializing into location after location until I could hold the conscious state even through the shift portion itself, arriving on the far end of it still fully conscious. The second type of shift involved the environment itself dematerializing and re-materializing into that of another. This second type was the far, FAR more challenging. But I think I see, or am beginning to glean now why I was put through this training. Or......at least I was earlier today when all this first began writing itself through me again. I can sometimes barely hold on to what I am receiving.

It will return to me as I keep writing.

Recognizing the environmental-type of shift — ( global disclosure )

In the event of a global disclosure in actuality being announced I see two possible frameworks upon, or within which it could be happening, but only one of these is actually probable: 1 ) we've made the grade ( gradient change, brainwave shift ) and are moving through Earth's etheric frequency bandwidth, the world around us changing to include the direct presence of extraterrestrial life, into 4D proper <— this is not the more probable as this space has nothing new to disclose to its populous; it is only the new arrival (you, me) who may need brought up to speed and this would not result in a global announcement, and 2 ) what is the more probable, the point in the 3D catastrophe cycle has begun and you/me/we....are about to experience it. There is a third possibility, if we want to distinguish it as such. The negative faction is attempting to run a false flag in order to fool incarnates into thinking the clock has run out. There is not a moment to lose if this is happening, as the likelihood for most people being fooled is in fact HIGH —(not unlike with the most recent previous test-run; the global virus announcement); fear once again invoking a mass wave of negative behaviors and tendencies in the populous. In this event:

Remember—let go, let go, let go, breathe and let go and rise above it all. It will begin occurring from within, the ways to be of the most benefit to everyone. As this becomes the focus and involvement, and as the 3D paradigm cycles down and readies to repeat, frequencies ( your own and the 3D Earth ) may gradually grow to be further and further apart. Service, love—love is always the service, is always what is most important. No matter where it is we find ourself.

The pathways of graduation

There are two pathways to graduation from 3D Earth space, 1 ) along the positive bent, and 2 ) along the negative bent. I say this to help show WHY the negative are reaching so strongly at this time (and crawling all over themselves in the process). It is incredibly challenging to graduate through the negative polarity. It may be for this reason that far fewer attempt it, I would guess roughly 5-7% in a population of our current size. Only the rarest among them will achieve it. This said, it is not much easier to graduate along the positive trajectory. As a reminder, love and acceptance ( and non-interference in the free-will of others ) is the way of those in a positive orientation. Resistance, force, ( infringement upon free-will ) is the way of those negatively oriented. What we often view ourselves as "helping" is in actuality infringement. It is a challenging lesson to learn. Judgment in the form of negative thoughts, actions, behaviors likewise de-polarizes the positive. We are where we are in the process -all this is just to state the somewhat obvious. The most important point of focus at this or any time is oneself.

Natural disclosure, as it occurs in right time, from the withinness of our ourselves outward, is itself a spiritual process; it is up to each one experiencing the process to realize this. It is not something one can effectively be told—like the process itself it must be realized.

Words mean little next to actual direct experience.

Recently, a well-known Air Force base released a statement to the effect that no ET craft or extraterrestrial (non-human life form) has ever been present on the base. Let yourself see how this can be said in truth. The words are important, names and forms are important.

In the shift in frequencies one shifts also in form and name. Including this base, as it exists and is named in the etheric frequency bandwidth, which would not be the same as in the 3D-physical frequency bandwidth. It is an incredibly important distinction to begin to make. So the mis-step of the focus on and attempt to right "wrongs and lies" is not taken.

Instead, the actual shift into the galactic reality is.

I am only trying to reach those within frequency range of understanding, to hopefully tweak things for them a little more toward the positive ( to assist in them making the proverbial grade ). Some of us are soooo close, I can feel it. What I've written is just meant to untie a few knots and maybe clarify a point or two that may still be fuzzy. I will be honest, I am surprised, as I always am, at all the positive feedback on what I've sent through. Even in places where the held view is on a negative control system. If I've helped even one person shift to considering a neutral control holding space for natural disclosure I will consider having penned the article a success. Whew!....there is actually a lot more coming on this subject, I can feel it.

Drat!.. I am already so tired right now that I am seeing the page all squiggly. My eyes just won't focus another minute. I am going to have to leave off at the 3rd paragraph and come back ( please someone post here again so it comes up as something unread for me and I remember! lol ). This sounds like great reading. Nameless, really?!!.. you were given this to write, too? !!!! That's amazing. It seems many of us may be getting this as homework, to grow in our individual and collective clarity. That's amazing information. Thank you so much for sharing this. To both you and Tak, I appreciate you taking the time to read, absorb and make comments here. It helps me to read and hear what those of us here on the board are experiencing relative to all this. And additional takes you have, on this matter at large, and its discrete particulars. I have a feeling there will be more that I come to say/share on the topic. I can almost feel it beginning to write itself again, lol. In the meantime, I do hope you and others will chime in. All this is a work in progress, isn't it?

[My own perspective is that there is no real disclosure in 3D, at the 3D level of consciousness]

This may be longer than my usual post -and quite the rabbit hole.

For those of you who may only have a moment to take in the general gist of what I have to say, I will first put through a general statement -before going into the particulars. Let it be said that what follows is my current understanding -which is a work in progress. In writing this I am drawing from a combination of my direct experience, meditations and contemplations, as well as Ideas originating with others I have taken into my contemplations. This said, let's begin.

My own perspective is that there is no real disclosure in 3D, at the 3D level of consciousness, which is a planetary (not galactic-level) curriculum. Genuine disclosure happens 1) from the inside out ONLY, and 2) as one achieves a graduation status through the refinement process 3D invokes upon us (or in other words, through an improvement in the quality of our consciousness). It all breaks down into the decisions we make while incarnate.

The control system is fundamentally neutral and in place to ensure 3D stays 3D, to ensure the 3rd grade classroom stays what it is. It is the individual who graduates, not the grade (not "the world"). This is where I feel those of us who do, mis-step. By trying to bring disclosure to the world, the 3rd grade class and 3rd graders. This is more apt to set one back and distract them from the true task at hand. There are two main potentials, the one that leads out into the next sphere of experience (galactic existence, 4-5-6D), and the one where a series of catastrophes lead to the current cycle / 3D grade paradigm going down and repeating.

Extraterrestrials play a part in each of these scenarios. The latter of which may involve the more negative, the scavenger types and those who would most certainly take advantage of the situation and impinge upon free will. The former of which involves a mix, but more-so those most aligned with our own center of gravity. When we reach this point in the cycle of time it is more important than anything to keep a steady, unblinking eye on ourself, the quality from which we both move and motivate. This opportunity comes only once in a very great while.

HOW I AM DEFINING DISCLOSURE

Since there are many ways to come at and understand this concept, let me now take a moment to say what I DO and do not mean by "disclosure".

First, there is NATURAL disclosure.

Natural, or real disclosure, happens as all reality does, from the within-ness of ourself outward. Consciousness is what lies at the foundation of our mortal shell. So here what I am saying is that IN consciousness, the next sphere-of-experience ( 4-5-6D, galactic life ) out from where we are now ( 3D, planetary existence ) arrives, or arises first from within this, our own central self – awareness – or some might say "mind". This, then, begins to project itself, into and through direct inner experience, until, ultimately, fully manifest in what we see as our outer reality. By the time the latter of this happens we have graduated into the next sphere- the galactic reality.

This process is no joke, those who attempt and attain it are due sincere respect and genuine appreciation. Without these precious examples there would be no hope at all for the rest of us. Going back to the 1970's there is the example of the 4-minute mile. Until it was achieved no-one could reach it. But once someone did, it became increasingly possible. Graduation is like this. It requires a first -following this it becomes possible for the rest. The question is, will we follow? -will we see what needs to be seen while the window of opportunity is still open.

Secondly, there is forced disclosure.

The central crux of forced, or false disclosure pertains to a GLOBAL or majority disclosure, wherein individuals, whether by themselves on their own, or in coming together with others in groups attempt to inform and prove to the 3D Earth-world-population the presence of extraterrestrial ( ie: galactic-level ) consciousness for the purpose of this going on the record as a universally understood reality. Let me say here with resolve and absolute certainty this will never happen. The gradient we are in is what it is. The pursuit of altering its rule set is at best a waste of precious time and at worst a de-grading of ourself, potentially to the point of not making the grade—not graduating the paradigm here now while the opportunity for it is so widely present.

What I am not including in the definition of disclosure of this type is the incidence of individuals openly, or candidly disclosing their own body of direct experience in awakening to galactic life. Experience is subjective and in an "objective" world this proves nothing; every being remains sovereign in their choice to continue adhering to their 3D world-view and/or begin growing out of it—all in their own right timing. It is important to mention that not everyone's central nervous system is made ready for graduation in unison. Great damage can be done when forcing a truth upon another <—this is in the category of a negative behavior; know this.

Natural disclosure is a real phenomenon and is being experienced by many across our globe at present—hundreds, thousands, maybe more. Those of us who come forward to speak publicly, or out in the open do so as a way of 1) clarifying the event within ourselves, 2) alerting others within graduating range of the event being in play, and 3) averting attention to ourselves in order to draw it away from those less ready to confront opposing forces.

Forced disclosure will never happen. It is doomed always, by the nature of what it is (and isn't) to collapse upon itself,—what is false will always be false —what is false/forced will never bring about anything real, a facade is the most it can achieve.

THE 3D CONTROL SYSTEM AND WHAT IT IS

It truly does surprise me how many understand the 3D Control System negatively. I do not understand it this way and feel that what it is, is beyond what most are yet seeing. I would say that if it is being defined by individuals or groups that can be named, such as those who are, or have been incarnate on our planet — we are not speaking of the same thing.

What comprises the 3D Control System is not anyone or anything that any one of us will ever see or know while incarnate here. We may glean fragments, I sometimes think I do, something along the line of vaguely remembered principles. There may be those who are born locally into the role of Control System maintenance, but, they, themselves are not the Control System itself — and, they, just like each one of us, may potentially fail in their role and responsibility ( a 3D incarnate is a 3D incarnate ). This makes neither them, nor us, in this itself necessarily negative. It is more that some lives in the end are a success -relative to their plan, and some not.

The 3D Control System, I, myself, at present, would say is a set of definitions; these definitions may include, or incorporate core principles — principles that would abide by Cosmic law. As we ourselves might see it, the System is represented and maintained through multiple spheres of existence leading into and including our own. The System itself is fundamentally, existentially, and necessarily NEUTRAL. As are, I feel, all those architecture-d and birthed into representing and maintaining it. Who will forever, with good reason and for all due purpose be invisible to the masses. We will never know their identity -not in life.

Those we can name are NOT of the Control System, they are not It's direct representatives, and not even maintenance personnel — they are minions, many of which, yes, I feel have likely accepted and are navigating negative bents. They may hold key offices we deem important but they are in control of nothing. They follow the directions they are given. The directions are 1) relative to, and in direct alignment with the current collective consciousness of humanity, and 2) designed to provide what I call "the torque" to get people to move and to choose — to get them off the fence and decide / make decisions, which is how we learn and change and grow.

You notice how it is though, with most people most of the time, right?

Until things get bad, we tend to do little or nothing at all. Let's not blame the System for what is more rightly our own failure to launch. We've got to be smarter than that. We've got to learn to see ourselves, to choose and change before things get so bad.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE BRING DISCLOSURE ( ETs ) INTO OUR 3D EARTH SPACE?

Consider this carefully —what happens in our 3D world any time there is more than one dominant species ( civilization, country, company, etc.. )? We know very well what happens. We see it every day. Competition and war. Please let me point out that bringing galactic-level beings into our 3D world DOES NOT GRADUATE US FROM THIS SPHERE. We ourselves are still limited in our range, to our current level of individual and collective consciousness as well as to this planet.

It is with some degree of relative ease that it can be seen there is only one type of being who would enter a 3D ( ie: not yet galactic-level ) experiment, classroom, home-world, free will system currently housing an existent, evolving intelligent species that is not yet aware of the existence of extraterrestrials. Those who would seek to dominate and then destroy that species. What would happen? —without even an ounce of doubt, domination, followed by our demise.

Positively oriented entities DO NOT INTERFERE.

The act of interfering imposes a 'force' and depolarizes them,
holds them back, stunts their growth, limits them.

We might possibly get some direct help from those still traversing the upper rungs (ie: benevolent spectrum) of the negatively oriented (ie: who will still infringe upon free-will in certain situations). In fact we sometimes hear of this, don't we? Often we bicker amongst ourselves as to whether these beings are 'good' or 'bad', positive or negative. And this is why, we inherently pick up from within ourselves the principles behind all this. As I have described -although on the benevolent spectrum, it is of the negative. It can be a bit of a dichotomy until more fully gleaned and understood. With proper contemplation, it does come to be.

Let's continue on this note a little further.

ARE THERE REALLY GOOD AND BAD ETs?

Polarity as we know it, and as I, myself, perceive it, exists through both the 1st and 2nd spheres—the first sphere being planetary-level existence ( 1-2-3D ), the second sphere being galactic-level existence ( 4-5-6D ). By "good" I generally mean positive, and by "bad" I generally mean negative. However, as with everything, there is a spectrum on every theme. So there is a spectrum of positive, and a spectrum of negative -with the latter this extends from the upper rungs, being more benevolent, to the lower, being more malevolent. Interestingly, it is the benevolent spectrum negatives who we as Earth humans more generally tend to perceive as "good", while the non-interfering positives often get framed in an ill light. As individuals and as a species we have a lot to learn. If we look out into our world at present, it can be seen this is exactly what we are in the process of learning -and for good reason. Clarity on all this is critical to galactic life.

The way I currently discern the positive from the negative is as follows: the positive, or positively oriented will not under any circumstance infringe upon the free will of another, while the negatively oriented will -for any reason extending from the more benevolent, such as it being for what they see as your own good, to the more malevolent, such as to dominate you.

THE ETHERIC FREQUENCY BANDWIDTH

The vast majority of those in the 3D Earth-life will never learn through direct experience about dimensions and frequency-bandwidths ( until potentially nearing graduation ). Yet, it is an important subject to begin delving into – because the etheric frequency bandwidth of our planet is the gateway by which galactic-level beings do access and may affect our 3D Earth world. It is also the gateway between our sphere, our planetary-level existence and the galactic reality.

When shifting into and out of Earth space I had to pass through this frequency bandwidth ( as most OBErs do ). Not everyone does ( or experiences ) this in the same level of awareness, though. Most tend to linger in the field and it is where near the entirety of their experience takes place *there is little awareness of what is beyond it; they keep to the planet, and more specifically and narrowly their neighborhood, their house, their bedroom. It can take a great leap of faith, or curiosity to move through this threshold and venture out into what lies beyond.

Suffice it to say, for the purpose of what we are discussing here, this frequency bandwidth is where I would suggest ALL sightings and contact experiences with galactic-level beings take place. To leave the possibility open to the unpredictable, there may be extremely rare exceptions where something completely off the radar occurs, but for the greatest extent of the most part ( If you get my highly overt gist ), no form of physical contact occurs in 3D Earth space. It occurs in the etheric frequency bandwidth of our planet. The difference between these could not be larger than night and day, however, even with this said I must add that most are not discerning of the difference. This is because they are not yet thinking in these terms -in terms of frequencies.

Before moving on I can say this:

The brainwaves are not predominantly in beta when in the etheric frequency bandwidth. So the experience is notably different if paying full attention. The field and those in it are not experienced with as much separation as when the brainwaves are predominantly in beta. All this is experienced to some degree more directly through one's own being and biology. This takes some getting used to. There is, or may not yet be a full telepathic capacity, but it is heightened more-so than when in 3D physical space ( ie: the predominant BETA wave ). There are differences. This is my main point. The differences are detectible, discernible. Of course the big give-a-way, as we are discussing here, is the potential presence of non-local space craft and what we call extraterrestrials. When this happens, you are simply not in Kansas anymore. Realize this.

The beings do not step themselves down into 3D. —Let's get clear here and now.

We step ourselves UP into the etheric frequency bandwidth.

BETWEEN THE VISUAL AND THE VOID
the verge of the known and unknown

This is something I absorbed in spiritual study and disciplines, then more completely through the OBE, conscious shifts into and out of 3D Earth space and also through the work with the crystal. It is an extra bonus for those precious few who find themselves here still reading at this juncture -who feel they can let in a little more. I will just throw it out here bluntly.

I myself am the reality I am experiencing—I and I alone.
(though there is quite a lot that composes me)
There is no world out there.
I alone exist.

It is why Ghandi famously said to "be the change you want to see in the world."

Self is the reality, world is the mirror – one's self reflection.
I must then change. The mirror reflect this.

There is a purpose for me saying what I am.

The reason Self, Consciousness, is seen as VOID is because it is singular – ONE without a second. There is no other outside the self. All fractals down from within. Feel this.

VOID is important. It is without beginning and without end.

All that is seen is colored upon it

When I first experienced the VOID I observed how it is I do this. I could have only seen it this clearly from here. Imagine. You are enveloped by the pitchest of black. You are aware of yourself but can see nothing. While you are coming to grips with this, scrambling to catch up with what is happening, a light flashes out at you through the distance. Your most immediate, instinctual if not startled thought, "what is that?!" I will tell you we do this in near every moment without realizing. On a conscious level we may hear or see something that is new to us and we don't know yet what to think about it. We immediately begin asking "what?!!" "what is that?!" — it is not anything yet ( it is brand new to us ) and the answer we ourselves come up with is what it becomes. What we then move into relationship with and begin to experience, real as real can be. Without the slightest inkling we just manifested and moved into a dance with our own thought. The more we think it, the more we reinforce the thought, the more stable a SOLID reality it becomes.

Imagine again. You are sitting down in the center of a large movie theater. The lights are dimming and the movie is about to begin. There is a large screen directly in front of you and the movie soon begins playing. But observe. Is the movie really in front of you on the screen? Is it really? It is not. It is projected there onto the screen. The movie is behind you on a filmstrip in the projector. Light is passed through it and frame by frame it plays upon the screen.

Our more real-life movie is no different.

Let's come back to DISCLOSURE.

I said up there at the beginning that natural, or real disclosure, happens as all reality does, from the inside-out ONLY — from the within-ness of ourself outward. I have shared that SELF is the reality, the world a mirror, and that nothing fundamentally exists outside the self.

Do you see more clearly now why genuine disclosure can only arise/arrive from within? How else could it be projected into the field ( the screen, the world ) if it does not first appear in the filmstrip? It of course cannot. This is why, in reality, it will not ever happen any other way ( and why the Control System cannot disclose, it holds the space for natural [ not catastrophic ] disclosure ). See through the fake stuff and facades designed to distract. See through the fears of some other-selves, and false thoughts ( false matrices ), notably the ones intentionally designed to get you to mis-step. Be careful of what you take on to experience yourself.

There is no rush to disclosure – there is a need to awaken to the self, to who you really are, to reality and the way it works. First, foremost and fundamentally disclosure is this. Once this is seen, it is seen how the extraterrestrial reality fits into it.

Disclosure is for the individual, not the group. It is an awakening of the self the rest of oneself — in the process it is seen how the collective fits into this. Begin with the singular, the self, the one, the individual, for this is tried and true. Feel its felt presence, your felt presence and know there is but ONE being here and you are its representative.

Delve into this singular point, again and again and again. You will begin to surface with what matters most. Walk this, one foot in front of the other into all the days of your life and fulfilling your purpose in being here now is a given. Success is a given.

I'm very much interested in knowing about my past life as my current situation is not what I expect in life to happen with me. I am not getting any answers to my question from the consciousness (GOD) which makes me frustrated and depressed and sometimes suicidal.

My purpose of knowing my past life is only to understand whether my present situation is related to my actions in my previous life.

I just want to know and accept anything bad i have done or what is making me struggle in this life.  Because when things does not work the way it should when I put honest efforts, whether it is related to job, relationship etc. I feel so much heart broken that i cannot explain.

I really want to know what kind of person I am? good or bad? why I am struggling when I do not hurt people, why things happen with me which I do not deserve.  I just want a normal life when I am not expecting much.

Are you working at developing tools, skills of some kind? ( perhaps a scrying technique? ) to help bring the information through?

WHAT your practices are and how often you sit to practice.

One thing that often gets by us when we are aiming ourselves at something in particular like this, is the realizing that in order to RECEIVE what is being requested, we must first be fit to receive it. This is the real work. Making ourselves fit to receive. It is something we can work on entire lifetimes. It is never so much that our query is not is not being answered, queries are ALWAYS answered. It is we, who do and/or do not make ourselves fit and available to receive that answer. Do you know what I mean? Our actual attention is needed. However, if first, we do not learn to hold still our attention, develop a single pointed focus, an unshakeable central nervous system, then how can we achieve the state in which data can be caught?

Working on all this, in itself is the far more rewarding thing.

Data is just data. - but I do understand you aiming yourself at it, and it will come with the appropriate work.

I had a very vivid, powerful AP on the 30th, and I've felt drained and depressed since.

It's my understanding that AP taps into your energy. Does anyone have recommendations for dealing with this? Since this AP, I've tried to meditate every morning for the past 4 days, but I'm struggling to reach that deep, meditative state.

Any suggestions?

I always appreciate this -much more than I can tend to have the time to say but this is when having these talks can begin to work their magic. Getting minds to move, sometimes in new ways, sometimes in old ways that just begin to reach out and get our attention more than before. So we can look at these ways and see them more clearly for what they are, and/or if they are really helping us grow in our consciousness and energy. A lot of times we can carry thoughts, beyond their ability to be truly helpful. And, yes, this can anchor us in a way that holds us where we are longer than needed. Something as simple as a new idea can untether and set us free.

After watching that video again, I will say I love the concept of the "candle staring", but I wish he wouldn't add all that unnecessary garbage that he does. He takes a simple thing and elongates it to 2 videos of what I see is bad and unnecessary advice. You need to know your audience. These days, most people will only listen to the first couple of minutes of a video. If they aren't impressed by the first couple of minutes, the video gets turned off and now something else will capture their focus.

 You Keep it short and sweet by sharing the following steps

1. Make sure you will be undisturbed for the next hour or so.

2. make your room is as dark as possible. Close the curtains, the doors, whatever you need to make it dark.

3. Put a candle a few feet in front of you. Try to set it so it is parallel with your eyes.

4. Light the candle and stare at the flame and only the flame.

5. Estimate yourself doing that for about 15 minutes or so.

6. Blow out the candle and immediately shut your eyes.

 If you have done this properly, the flame should be imprinted in the darkness before your eyes. Focus on it and only it. When it fades, will it back. Play this "cat and mouse" game for a while and "something" out of the ordinary will occur. You can then return to this forum and check out the sticky on "Exit Symptoms", to see which ones you experienced.

What you have written there is not what I would call a proper tratak *which takes practice and discipline to properly develop. It is less about the object, environment ( which does not have to be dark ) and 'staring', and more about the state of focused attention. The state does not really fully come about if the practice is not entered on good footing. Because few people will look into the links I have shared up there I will copy paste what is written and embed the video, which to-date is hands down one of the best examples of a fully concentrated state of focus I have ever seen recorded. I hope this helps someone.

Tratak / Trataka

Tratak is an external concentration practice in which you gaze steadily at some small object without blinking, while the eyelids are held slightly more open than usual. In the practice of tratak an object is first used to fix the attention, and arouse internal vision by making it absolutely steady through stopping the eye movements. And then gazed at until its subtle form manifests in front of the closed eyes. This directs a steady flow of attention increasingly inward.

The external practice is continued until the eyes water, at which point they are closed and relaxed. Trataka strengthens the eyes and sight and stimulates the awareness center [ajna]. This stimulation is what allows the attention to not only accurately locate, but rest while fixed upon this center for increasing durations. This guides trataka into drishti, a yogic word and concept meaning 'true vision'.


A good way to enter the practice is as follows---

• Sit in a comfortable position

• Place your symbol or object an arms length in front of you at eye level

• Relax the whole body--close your eyes and prepare as for any meditative practice

• Let the breath be long and quiet, the mind calm

As you open your eyes, take your gaze directly into the center of your point of focus until the eyes are opened slightly more than what is normal.

• Gaze for as long as possible without blinking and without strain for up to 2 minutes - or

• Until the eyes begin to water and stream ( whichever comes first )

• Then close the eyes and rest

This is phase one, the external form of the practice.

There are a number of ways to deepen the practice of tratak into its subtle form

1. After the eyes water and stream, close the eyes and rest. If the subtle form of your object ( a bindu or dot for instance ) immediately appears in front of your closed eyes, concentrate on the after image for as long as possible. If the subtle form of your object does not immediately appear in front of your closed eyes, then just note this. In time you will be able to gradually lengthen your practice from 2 minutes to 10 minutes, which will deepen the internal impression.

2. Use the dot to begin your practice. After the eyes water and stream, close the eyes and rest. To enter the second stage, begin your practice again, this time using a luminous object, such as a candle flame. You will see that the impression remains naturally for some time, making internal trataka very easy to practice. Aim to hold the impression center in your field of vision. It will dance and flit about. Hold it center.

General guidelines for advancing your practice of tratak

• Candle flame gazing at night to get started; 2 minutes unless eyes water sooner, close the eyes and rest - 2 weeks

• Candle flame gazing at night : sequentially building toward 10 minutes, close the eyes and rest -  indefinite

• Eyes closed sun gazing at sunrise or sunset; 7 consecutive days then discuss with your teacher

• Eyes open sun gazing; 10 seconds - to proceed as individually appropriate

The gaze is purely focused, he is seeing both internally within himself and externally into the environment.

The eyes do not blink when mind is concentrated. Beautiful, beautiful example.

I am just enjoying the conversation from the proverbial bleachers. What a wonderful discussion and welcome back.

Lu, that technique you mention ( with the candle ) is called "tratak". It is one of my main spiritual practices. I will never tire of it. In a perfect tratak, ie: concentrated state of focus the eyes do not blink ( exceptional example ). For the readers, any object can be used, and perhaps should be used prior to moving to practicing with a light source. It is a wonderful way to focus not only the gaze, but the attention. When you do advance to the light source and close the eyes, the after-image of the flame begins an internal tratak and advances the tratak into drishti ( true vision ). What those of us here might call the out of body state. Internal awareness is "seeing" rather than the eyes.

It was a really fun talk that goes into my past, practice disciplines, the world we live in today, consciousness, out of body experience, ET contact, dormant spiritual skills that are awakened right along with us and more. Biba is a wonderful host. She brought out quite a lot! And is also re-connecting me with Ireland, where she is from. The magical truly abounds. If anyone happens to give this a listen please let me know your thoughts. It is long, I know. I will be putting out some shorter clips and maybe there is discussion that will want to be had.
