Welcome to the pulse.

You "new" people drive me crazy sometimes (in a jealous way usually).  I busted my butt for the better part of 8 months to achieve my first conscious exit and that was after years of study and research.

Stick with it, you can do it.

I think it was because I've been making these relaxation exercises for a few years, about 5-10 nights of every month. I've been training for the first phases of astral projection, but I didn't know it then. Then I came across a thread in a different forum which made me interested in astral projection and the relaxation techniques was what I've been doing for years.. I haven't achieved a projection yet..

Back to the topic: Should I force the astral body away, or just think "it would be nice to float away" should I think "roll over" or should I actually try to roll over?

Thank you guys!
I hope I'll achieve astral projection someday. It seems really great :)

Hello! Started reading about astral projection about a week ago and since, I have tried like 5 times. I already mastered the art of relaxing the body, getting the body to fall asleep, since that is my method for going to sleep. So I tried some different techniques out, I experience the vibrations, and then, it's like parts of my astral body is moving out of my physical body, floating about an inch above my physical body. My feet usually go first and then my chest. On time the head was partially "out". But that's how far I've managed to go. When I've reached this state where parts of my astral body is out of my physical body, what is the next step? Should I just focus a bit more? (I tend to give up after 15-20 minutes, and during that time, I made my body fall asleep and also experience the vibrational state and partial "outness") Should I just keep on going, thinking about trying to get out of my physical body?

Peace

Ps. First post :)
