Hi,

I have been working on stimulating the centers in my feet and toes.

I really feel a strong thrumming in the center under the base of my two big toes.

But when i try to move to the toe next to the big one -- nothing!

I tried visualizing the thrumming center 'jumpstarting' its neighbour -- nothing still.

I triied scratching and applying pressure -- no dice.

It could be that I have  a blockage...

Or could it be that the base is so strong it is quieting out the neighbors?

Any advice?  Any ways to manually get those centers going besides scratch / pressure?
