This is my first post. I  have RB's book Astrodynamics, and have just started using Robert Bruce's NEW energy raising method.  However I have been meditating for about 5 years on a daily basis.  I already had awareness of energy and my energy body. Esp feet, hands, heart, throat, and mouth,  intermittent 3rd eye itching, some crown sensation, and some base awareness.I am perfectly happy doing the preliminary work but am unsure I need to. Everything "woke up" quite easily. So, after 2 days everything seems to be "humming".  My energy body is definitely increased to the point that I am alert and wide awake at '0dark thirty. The only thing is I have no sensation and am not aware of the 1st well, where energy is to be stored.  Could I already have this active? Prior to starting I have noticed a general higher level of energy and not getting so tired by the end of the day, and needing less sleep. I have been attempting to put energy in this well as described in the book. Could this be like a totally unblocked area and have no sensation? Until I have some idea of where I am I am taking a rest from this as insomnia is not healthy.  I would appreciate any comments that could help me straighten this out. thank you![/i]
