has anyone gotten results from the "Mastering Astral Projection" book? I have just recently purchased it and going to start the program this summer. I was just wondering if anyone has learned how to astral project with this book. Thanks!

Well, last night I had a very VERY real lucid dream and everything was so detailed and real. Can the astral be the same way or can it not be that real?

Hey everyone! I just had an interesting idea. I am going to reiki classes next month for the Reiki 1 degree class. After the attunement, your chakras supposedly are more open. In astral projection training, you need to know how to open chakras. So, if you took Reiki, wouldn't it be easier to train for astral projection?

You are probably right with that AlphaOmega. The subconscious mind is still having some say of what I think is or isn't possible in a dream. I wonder how you overcome that subconscious mind? Speaking of flapping Cyrus, I remember a couple nights ago i had a Grand Theft Auto dream and I started to fly but in order to keep flying i had to flap my arms. Just probably natural instance to seeing a bird fly so my subconsious mind probably thought "If you wanna fly, be a bird" lol

yea i wonder why we have those limits in our dreams. i mean if we know we are dreaming then we should obviously know we can do anything we want. very strange

You guys have just reminded me about my theory. I call it the "Matrix Input Theory (TA DA lol)" well, in this theory, i explain that if we can learn in our dreams, and we have the ability to astral project, couldnt we like learn martial arts in the astral  and come back in our body and have the information how to do the skills in our heads??

Hey everyone! I just woke up and I had two Lucid Dreams last night. I quickly wrote them down in my dream journal just when I woke up. Question though for the dreams. A couple times in my lucid dreams I couldn't do anything. For instance, I saw a tree near by me so I ran full speed and tried to clothesline the tree down but the tree didn't budge. Also, I jumped on top of a building and tried to make an energy ball and blast through the ceiling but when i tried to make it, I could see no energy whatsoever. Maybe it was because I thought the dream was so real since I could feel shifts in wind and everything. Comments on this would really be great. Thanks!

Hey, moderators, i would like to know what happened to that 40-paged topic on the Astral Pulse about "Exploring Fictional Worlds" which had lots of info from SpectralDragon. It seemed to have "disappeared". If you know where it is, please let me know because i would really like to get some of that info heh. If you have deleted it, please tell me why since it was one of the greatest threads ever on the board heh.

I think that is exactly what happened to me! I wanted to fly so fast so I shot up like a rocket and I must of broken through into the astral realm. That's why I felt that sinking feeling when I went down. I must have projected out of my body.

Welcome to Dreams! / Flying in a Lucid dream

I had a lucid dream two nights ago and I did some experiments like breaking marble railings and levitating like 20 feet. Last night, I had like 7 lucid dreams and I really messed around like flew onto buildings and all. I thought I was going to slow when I was flying so I landed on the ground and I just blasted off into space. It felt like an instant I was in space. I wanted to go back down so when I bolted down to Earth, I felt like I was sinking back into my body. What do you think that was when I re-entered my body and do you think I am getting the hand of lucid dreaming?

Hello. New member. Well, I have been visiting the boards for awhile but not really joined. I know some things about astral projecting but I never really gave it a shot. I read all about Treatise on OOBE and I thought it was good. I am thinking about buying "Astral Dynamics" by Robert Bruce.
Does anyone have good results from the book? Like, the techs in the book worked or something?
