Awesome story. Maybe it is an advanced civilization that is aware of physical and astral simultaneously. I once encountered an astral alien that spoke an incomprehensible language. When I asked him to talk in English, suddenly I understood what he said (but I don't remember). I wonder if your mind used this filter to make the aliens appear human in mall environments.

The conversations you had with them ring true to me too, it is amazing and life affirming Trying to talk and relate to these other spirits, even if sometimes you hit a wall. Some people I spoke to in the astral, were so annoyed that I wanted to tag along with them, that they zapped me and I instantly woke up.

I find this very disturbing for some reason. Randomly throughout the day I'll getimages and locations pop intomy mind from the past. Not like last night. But could be a dream I had weeks ago or months. It will suddenly come into my mind. What does this mean?? It never happened before it's kind of deeper than a memory but also instant. Like an epiphanybut casual. It scares me because it's like a secret spilling out of my brain. I thought the past was the past. Anyone feel what i'm saying ?? Like if the barrier of dreams and reality merge I'll get lost

I've been taking ORMUS/mineral in bottle / pill form, and when I take it, I feel an unmistakeable pressure feeling in the center of my head, I know it is the ORMUS because it only occurs when I take the pills. Anybody know what this means? Is it the stimulation of the pineal gland? Another thing is that I feel almost compulsively 'soulful' I just want to talk about spirit and energy development -- I do so too sometimes without the ormus/minerals but with them, it flows out of me very strongly

one technique that I use which has worked every time is, I ask out loud "can somebody take me to the astral" and then I am always taken by a guide,

but the bad foods which make somebody overweight, then that is as bad as drugs / alcohol isn't it? because of all the chemicals in them and unnatural ingredients, they are no better than drugs, so will take up some of our energy, let me know your thoughts about that tvos.

I have been having very weak dreams / astral experiences in the last year, but in that time I have dropped 50 pounds. I have another 50 pounds to go, but lately I am having more vivid dreams. I think there is something to it, as like it is what binds us to the earth. but then I also wonder, do other things like cigarettes prevent us from it, what about things which are purely psychological addiciton like TV or video games, it seems those can effect our ability to get out too. what are your thoughts?

A few months ago I had met a girl from my childhood who I hadn't even though of in 10-12 years when I was very young. All I remember is that she had a crush on me. Well she met me in my dreams recently after all this time, and said she still has feelings for me. I told her I am currently in a relationship, and that was it. It made sense to me that the love/crushes we feel when we are younger, are so strong that they will of course remain in the unconscious... to the point that someone will reach out to you

Another situation happened only a couple days ago. Another girl from that era, who didn't have a crush on me, and in fact we didn't like each other or even talk... but I saw her in the OBE/astral state for two days in a row, yesterday and today. I don't remember what we talked about, but today she initiated the meeting to clarify/resolve something.

I know both these experiences are real, but why did they happen? Should I try to contact one of them? The second girl in particular, it makes total sense that she is into astral experiences... but at the same time if she isn't, I would come across as truly insane. Even if it was real, which I have no doubt, I think the chances are very low that these two are consciously aware that it happened...

I am trying to make sense of this though, does anyone have any thoughts/opinions? Is there any opportunity for closure about these experiences, or should I just get used to unresolveable mysteires
