Have anyone read William Buhlmans "The secret of the soul"
I read his first book and I thought it was great,but then I read the secret of the soul and I was a little confused..I get the impresion that he has read Astral Dynamics and put many of Roberts ideas and explanations in his book without giving Robert the credit.
Take for instance the section about what happends when the body falls asleep and the energy body expands and energy flows through the chakras!
Or how about the first exercise in the tech-section,that is all ROPE as far as I can see.
Correct me if I'm wrong but have anyone else noticed this!

The other day when I was Trance meditating I had an unusual experience. I was feeling warm and cozy,gently vibrating all over the place when I suddenly felt like a sharp needle thing was being repeatedly jabbed into my right big toe..Now this was nothing like the sensations you get when you use NEW or try to project.I have felt all from heat/cold,intense smoth,breath-taking sensations and vibrations associated with the energy body,this was nothing like that.It's hard to say what the diffrence was but it felt concentrated and dare I say "intelligent". In seconds my toe when't completely numb. I started brushing the area,sponging,rapido and after some time of this the jabbing stopped and everything went back to normal with the exception that my belief system got a little updating.

I would like to have an opinion on something.Yesterday I noticed I had a redish mark on my forhead,between the eyes on the brow!
It looks kind of like a kind of burnmark,about a cm in diameter.Have anyone else got something like this? What could it be? Energy blockage clearing, manifesting on the physical,more Negs

I have heard the word membrane before from I think Robert Monroe,not shure about this though. The thing that made me confused was that there was such an noticeble diffrence between buhlmans first and second book. Alot of his second book had gotten new explanations to what was written in the first book. But I guess what works, works.And how many diffrent explanations about the exit can there really be.
