I can't make fireballs yet, but I can discharge energy in the form of a ball.
If I were to demonstrate, the person upon which I would demonstrate would not see, but would feel the discharge.
Since Energy is not visible without 4th Dimensional vision, (third eye developement) a person would not be able to see my Energy, but isn't that due to a lack of their OWN ability?

That is a question of power, low frequency energy blasting probably wouldn't have a high enough frequency to hurt you, but a high energy blast would have a greater chance of hurting you.

It can be done and is simple!

I did not say we should fulfill our desire as much as we can, I do say do what you want to though, and I did not say that we are half animal, I said that the nature of humanity is half animalistic, half-divine.

"We aren't Gods" No there is only one God, but since he is the source of everything we all must be part of him. The same applies for GOOD and BAD.
"We are nothing, we must be humble" And where does it say that, the Bible? Wasn't the Bible made to control the masses? Do you not think it funny that the Bible allows for royalty, Kings and Queens but preaches that we are all equal?
Some of those scribes that wrote the Bible were whipped and beaten.

It is technically impossible for a living person to teach you something which takes a lifetime to learn.

There is nothing that takes any amount of Linear time to learn, it is about removing those mental blockages saying that you 'Can't' do this in your lifetime.
Off the top of my head I think of two ways to do this;
1. Free your mind from the paradigm of 'Can't' attain desired result.
2. Raise Energy to such an extent where the mental blockage is cleared.

I think that the Earth is a crude form of reality, and that we exist here to bring and experience Reality at a new density (3D).

Actually, Yes it does prove that we have life beyond physical, ever heard of fractals?
Fractal reality relates to Quan phys, fractal reality is infinite change continuum, without Quantum physics we would have no scientific proof of the fourth dimension, and this dimension is what proves we have a spirit and soul.
Some narcotic drugs activate dormant parts of the brain, when a certain part is activated one is able to actually 'see' these fractals, but only the ones that relate to them.
Quantum physics dictates that we come in and out of existance, this does suggest, (perhaps not conclusively prove) but suggests that we do have a spirit and soul.

Yesterday, I had to wait half an hour at the Opticians. Rather than twiddle my thumbs, thought I'd do the NEW exercises. I was rather blase as sitting in a waiting room with other people, didn't think I could summon enough concentration to actually raise any energy. It was surprisingly easy, but left me a bit shakey and shivering. I had the strangest sensation that my jaw was going to start shaking... Anyway, to cut a long story short it was a very 'energetic' afternoon/evening.

I woke up in the middle of the night, no reason in particular, I reached over to touch my partner. He was snoring softly but he grabbed my hand, lacing the fingers, and held it to his chest. Immediately I felt as though my hand was dipping into molten lead. I could feel this very heavy energy sensation rising through every little bone in my fingers and hand, the bones ached, when it reached my wrist I snatched my hand away. The aching rose into my forearm but faded away at the elbow.

What happened here? Surely I cant absorb my partners energy? He knows nothing of energy, isn't interested and was asleep anyway. I had no thought of energy or intent - how can this happen? I didn't allow it to continue but what if I had? Do I then deplete his energy reserves? Do I then absorb his ailments with his energy? I cant suddenly turn into a sponge and absorb other people's energy - yuck! And if I can absorb his energy, maybe other people can take mine??

My theory is that he placed my hand over his heart chakra when it was active or something? I have 5 million questions - where can I get answers? Can anybody recommend some books I can read? I really need to know more. "

I sense this fear you have is intense.
Your Energy is controlled by your consiousness, If you belive that people can take your energy, then they can, if you dont then they cannot.
I would advise you not to listen to those who will try to make you believe that your energy can be stolen, because it cannot unless you allow it to.
Also, to fear something is to reject something, so if if you were afraid of taking energy from your husband then the chances are you did not take any.
On the other hand if you belive it it may have occured, kinda strange.
But it probably didnt in your case.
There is infinite energy in the cosmos anyway.
This is a fear that has to go, it does not belong inside you, but it is a good sign, because your are clearing away an energy blockage.
Continue to raise your energy level and this fear will dissappear.
Alternatively you could read this post and it could bring you such relief, that you could start laughing, this releases negative energy.
Remember you are in control of your own energy!!

By the way 'Kundalini' is our Heaven essence just like 'Jing' is our Earth essence.

Our body is made up of cells.
If you can imagine a circle with a dot in the center of it, what does that look like, a cell?
A cross section of the Earth, looks like a circle with a dot, solar system, sun in center, planets orbiting around dot, circle, look at the galaxy similar shape?
This is one way I like to explain truth, or Reality.
the dot in the middle is truth and all or the 360 degrees represent the different viewpoints of the people.
The dot creates the circle, and the circle creates the dot.
We create the truth and the truth creates us.
One persons Perception is their own slice of reality.
