Does masturbation and sexual fantasies hinder astral projection. Also is there a link between sex and being more spiritual. Are there any do,s or dont,s?

Ok so last night went to sleep as normal. I was dreaming about climbing up a tower or something may of been the Eiffel tower. I was so high up then i woke to the s p and vibrations very strong, so i thought ok this is it i tryed to leave but the vibrations got so intense i broke out of it. Feeling like a wimp and disappointed i thought about the vibrations again i felt them come in at the top of my head same kind of thing happened but this time i felt a fleshy arm on top of me so i broke out of it again. It was of course my own arm. I went back to sleep. About an hour larer i woke up and got out of bed walked into the hallway and i saw something  run away. Like an small rat i realised i was out of body i went outside to try and fly but to no avail. I saw a figure in front of me i felt he was negative  so i ran into him it worked he went away . I then came into my bedroom and saw my body and jumped back in. The reason i say sort of is because there was a dream like quality to this. Any thought guys. Im sorry for poor punctuation.

So been trying to phase out lately using the noticing technique. Had some interesting sign posts but nothing major. A few shifts and and movements but not managed yet. But i dreamt last night i was outside it was daytime and i was looking at a street sign with directions or something.ithen i thought i would try to phase and boom pgased into a sunny day and the sign was now in french.so this was not a lucid dream just very vivid. Is this a good sign. My dreams have been very clear lately.

Or who i should say. He said in his books he would have to come back once more. Is he here? Anyone ever wonder the same? Or know?

Not sure if on right board. Just want to know why do i seem to get astral noise when trying to project. Vibrations are mostly mild and pleasant but the noises are very offputing. Examples. Women sobbing deep deep sobs and saddness. Also upside down circle of purple energy looks like an upside down Christmas hat. As it spins creates a language very negative and demonic sounding. This happened last week when having a nap. Feels like just about to phase out then the noise starts. I am not an experienced projector but i get lots of chances. Will i pass through this negative band.

ok hi all hope this is in the right section. i have been trying to get out of body for about 3 months now, i have had some close one,s, examples are as follows. i was trying the target method about 2 months ago for about a week, nothing was really happening but my dreams were a lot more vivid and have been ever since and nothing was happening then one afternoon i fell asleep and woke to the buzzing i felt i was very close like the kind of feeling of just stepping into the unknown when i heard a woman crying and sobbing right next to me it put be off and that was the end of that. i kept trying but nothing really happened then i tryed the rope method which works well in a way as in i get more sensations very light buzzing on my body, i nearly done it again about a month and a half ago i woke to buzzing again on my body and was thinking shall i shant i then thought what the hell i tryed to stand but it was like slow motion and very dreamy and thats all i can remember. then about 1 month ago i woke and was out looking out the window i tryed to push my hand through which felt odd but kind of neeeded agian it was very dream like i tryed asking for clarity now but next thing i woke. one other thing about 3 weeks ago i woke with s.p and heard a female voice in my left ear very soft . hello. i seem to get astral sounds a lot. am i doing this right or am i missing something. and advice would be great. i am very sorry for my spelling. i cant get the spellcheck to work. thanks guys.
