For those who might need it, here is a prayer of exorcism said by Catholic Laity. This is not a full blown exorcism prayer, more like a light prayer to be said on a daily basis to clear spaces of unwanted entities.

I sent Metal an email two weeks back, she responded in a 5 word email confirming that her attacks started up again, even though she has now moved to a new location. I've tried emailing her several times and have not heard from her.

SpectralDragon..all I can say is, you need to find your own thoughts and opinions. Following behind someone and then agreeing all the time, will grow tiresome, as do your oneliners.

You know I would say something about freedom of speech goes hand in hand with responsiblity and that your freedom ends where someone elses begins...but...

I'm amazed at how fast people get tired. People under attack get tired of their situations and still have to go on with life...sometimes days, sometimes months, sometimes weeks or years. You get tired after a few threads, what if you had to do this for months or years?

In final response to why can't everyone be treated equally all the time...because the universe was created as a system of balance, and the definition of balance is not making everything qual. Balance is "more than enough" giving it's extras to "less than enough."

If everything was equal all the time, we wouldn't feel anything out, wouldn't make priorities, wouldn't have an identity. We'd be empty shells devoid of personality. Feeling out values and priorities, and rearranging them when necessitated, defines us and enables ourselves to look in the mirror and see ourselves.

Whoever you are, sounds like someone is trying to get in through your feet and needs you straightened out. Positive entities do not disrespect you that way.

This sounds like energy manipulation where they apply qi to pressure points on the body which go through your meridians and do wierd things to you. they do these kinds of things in Kung-Fu. Never heard of it being done remotely though. Look up Martial arts->Pressure points on the web and you should get many interesting sites on it.

Well here we go, the Aussies will be in 2004 in just a few minutes, while the rest of us will still be in 2003 for a while. I read a great book a few years ago which shed some light on this type of phenomenon. It is called "Remarkable Healings" and is written by a psychotherapist named Shakuntala Modi.

She started out decades ago doing the normal drugs and talk therapy stuff that many psychotherapists do. But she was not happy with the success rate and didn't feel that great about the drug part. So she learned to use hypnotic regression to try to get at the roots of her clients problems and started to have a lot more success. Dr. Modi doesn't have a lot of preconceived notions or beliefs/baggage with respect to religion so she was able to focus on the facts. And what happened more and more over time is that her clients would, under hypnosis, describe with great clarity the underlying causes of their problems--which turned out to be long term demonic posession, or at least influence from discarnate souls or low life negs. Part of her treatment gradually came to be the "treatment" of the demons inside these people for their millenia-long "dementia" of evil behavior and attacking/injuring/killing people. Sometimes these "treated" (or cured!!) demons would speak directly to her using her clients vocal apparatus about the organization and tools utilized by the hierarchy of evil. They describe a bewildering array of astral devices which are implanted into a victims body to cause all sorts of problems, including devices which broadcast voices, music, anything which might be annoying and distracting to the victim unto insanity. They try to cause chemical imbalances, emotional programming and many other problems for their victims an attempt to permanently weaken their shields and ultimately to invade and posess them.

Anyway, after reading that book, I'm not surprised at all to read your story about hearing this stuff. At critical times in my life I have watched as angels hauled weird looking contraptions from within me in response to my fervent prayers for cleansing and peace. I have had removed from me devices designed to mess with my metabolism, play music, exagerate negative emotions, revolve negative thoughts over and over until I wanted to scream, etc. etc. In every case it was like night to day when the device was removed. Quiet, peace, my thoughts--only my own. Why we are attacked like this is probably fodder for another discussion.

What works for me is getting on my knees and praying as though there was no tomorrow, and if I don't get immediate results I don't quit or let up in intensity until I do get results. I think Heaven works a lot like earth does--the squeeky wheel gets the oil.[]

I have a question for you, but this is going to come out wrong.  Why are you so important that you're always targetted for attacks?  Again, I don't mean it like it sounds.  I guess what I'm trying to say is, how can a certain individual always seem to be the center of psychic attacks, while others can go on and never get affected?

Is it always because of a personal vendetta out against the victim?  Or does the victim have "something" energetically that the attacker wants?

Could you expound on that a little, since it always baffled me that some people always harp on the same thing, and it makes me wonder why they are targetted in particular.

Again, I apologize if this comes off as a verbal jab at you.  It's not meant to be.  I just see you always talking about it and I thought you would be the perfect person to address this question of mine.

Shield? The only shielding techniques I know of or how to do are Psionic/Qi-Gong related. It took me close to a year to learn it. It involves manipulating the energy in and around your body to form a shell around you and your aura. I picked up the technique from a psionics site. The site has changed much over the years, but to my surprise the techs are still here.

OK, let me be even more specific given what I am sensing right now. I am choosing to be very specific in my communications with my attacker. I am setting boundaries this way: If they wish to contact me, they have to iniate contact through the greeting etiquette. I am also stipulating that if I choose to contact them, I will do it through formal greeting according to etiquette. I'm doing this to differentiate between what is my psychic ability actually going off and which is an actual greeting...on either end. If they want to contact me, they have to do this, and if I contact them, I will do it this way. These are the boundaries separating my psychic ability from an actual greeting.

The joy of being attacked...I have to be a teacher to my attacker. Crim, Metal, like I said, this isn't fool proof because I don't have awareness of every specific technicality they are nailing me with (I don't know every dilineation to make yet). But it is working. I feel something across my face but I don't feel some of the implants.

It's knowing the law, knowing your rights, and having the confidence to enforce it. No if someone would be kind enough to read me my rights, in a detailed, specific, dilineated way, things would be much simpler.

I read RBs text on Basic Psychic Countermeasures last weekend and in my humble opinion recommend this as a starting point to identifying and cleaning up your space. Others can obviously assist but in the long run it is often the victim themselves that plays a significant role in fixing things.
The main purpose of this message is to suggest where the focus should be WRT addressing the problem. While such realisations such as you are having do hit the psyche hard it also allows a perspective to be developed and a strategy to be applied. A single minded focus also helps those that might be assisting because the mindset has a degree of coherence which helps.

Ugh I just wrote you a nice note and I lost it. Well here goes see if I can remember most of it again.
It's all here in my brain jumbled, I need to get it together.
Ok atoms or elements. There are only suppose to be 7 real elements. The rest aren't really true elemnets. They either have a nother electron, proton, or neutron. It's either the first 7, or first 7 down I tried looking but couldn't figure it out. But then I didn't spend to much time on it.
Here is the thing it has to do with the H. I have come across this before. For the longest time I know H has something to do with this. H is in air, it also in water. But so it O. There is somegthing about spring water, or bottled water. Not sure what the contents are. I think there's a common element in air, water, fire, and earth. Our body is made up of each one. It also has to do with changing the electron configuration. I would assume that our bodies need each element. For some reason salt is used for the earth. It an ion it has a negative charge. It's found that negative charges are good for you. Healthy.  They body is also based on negative and positive polarity. I'm not sure if it's the upper and lower half of the body or front and back or side to side.

There has to be something to the upper on the lower. My attacker dragged my aura down for some reason. He said it was to take the negativity out. I read that healers drag the aura in an upward sweep to take out negativity.
Here is the thing about polarity and the upper and lower. There is a book about the macrocosmic and microcosmic. They are the same. For a while I thought is was the planets which do play a part. The earth has ten chakras they are by the equator and fall on each side of it in the polarity of negative and positive. As I understand it male and female are opposite. Thus one maybe positive on one end and the other negative.
There are 1 chakras in the Pacific Ocean, 1 in the Indian Ocean, Brazil, South Africa, Iran, Burmuda and Morocco or Algeria. I'm not sure what kind of weather the pacific gets but we have storms in the Bermuda area. I'm not sure what Flies in that area. There are also storms in The coast of Iran. From what I can tell this are the two active chakras. They are also consider poles. There are two kinds of poles Geographic and polarity. I would assume where these two poles are which are chakras are really what we consider our axis that makes the earth spin. I can't think right now thoughts are being stopped from me.

If all the stories about them are true,then their spiritual nature must be somewhere down there with the leaders and secret police of communist countries.

I agree. There are different levels of attacks. I think we should also have a forum where people under these really severe attacks can ask for assistance in fighting off their perpetrators. I think we should also have a section that has links to all sorts of different websites of all sorts of topics (healing, crystals, telepathy, PK, different forms of projection, etc). Astral Pulse is a great website but I think that when it comes to specialized areas, the site should provide the addresses of sites that can go much more in-depth about it. Mainly sites that are dedicated to that one area and nothing else. And I think the sites should be validated by real psychics and moderators like Nita.

Here is the eclipse, notices it has six major rays coming from the sun. The six ray star is the Star of David. It's an Eclipse.

I have also looked up the Star of Bethleham. I found that during this time peroid of Jesus birth there was two eclipse.
I haven't come up with a picture of it yet to see how many rays are coming from it.

Having no belief system (except what I learn from experience) has made me stronger and less susceptible to lies. Human minds are so screwed up from what other people tell them that they need to be brainwashed so they can start gathering accurate information and not have to restructure it to fit into a system of lies. The "neg" was trying to teach a valuable lesson.

Eh. It happens. At least he's not spamming. He probably is just blowing smoke. Think of how you would feel if you were responsible for someone's death. Besides, death isn't going to stop the attacks. He ought to know that if he's experienced. Hell, if someone killed me because I was attacking someone, I'd start attacking THEM.

Just like in a physical fight, you don't want to commit too much to any one move or stance. You want to stay centered and balanced. You want things to flow, and you want to be able to manipulate the flow with minimal effort. If you had resisted/gone against the flow, things probably could have been a lot worse. You've got to use and absorb their energy to get them back. It's good that you focused on nothing. Nothing is the starting point of it all.

I have had a few instances where I would type a long post to help people come to an understanding about something and then I would lose my internet connection. Nothing too major though. They know that I'm not afraid of them. In fact, I sense their fear of me.

I have noted a couple of black ethereal spheres flying around. My kung fu teacher says more are manifesting and being seen.

If the only way to defeat this evil is to become stronger than it, why isn't anyone addressing the needs of the emotional body? Why isn't anyone addressing the need for support to repair an extremely damaged psyche that these damn things feed on?

I'm hearing a lot about how people suffer from this experience are learning a lesson. To the people who think that, I ask, why hasn't it occurred to you that you also have a lesson to learn? What about your responsibilities, your actions that contribute to this phenomenon existing? When Jews were carted off to concentration camps, was the lack of humanity and death only their lesson? What about the people carrying out the death, or the people leaving them to die? WHY DON'T YOU SEE YOURSELVES AS A PART OF THIS LESSON? Do you check to see if you are you reinforcing and supporting the boundaries of the suffering to heal, or the evil causing this hell enabling them to inflict more suffering?

Why should Jews only have the responsibility of saying "Never again"? Why are the suffering always the ones who have to make the compromises no on else wants to make?
