I have been wondering... What does Energy Work have to do with LD and OBE?

Welcome to Out of Body Experiences! / So its not technique but Memory that is the key???

The more I read on this, the more I am starting to believe it...
The "Holy Grail" for all of us has been to find the "just right technique" when in fact most, if not all of us, OBE every night... 99% of the time we just never remember it...
In reading such authors as Robert Bruce, this is what they believe.. That the hard part of OBE is not having them, but remembering them...
Roberts whole Mind/Body Split theory is interesting... I am not sure I am 100% on board with it but in a lot of ways it makes sense and explains why most of the time we dont remember our OBE's..
When it talked about have you ever had vibrations etc and then thought you failed and just feel back asleep??? This has happened to me several times.. Where I felt I was on the verge but then failed... Well according to him we did not fail but just failed to remember...
So my question is if memory is the key, why dont we see this stressed more than actual technique???
Does anyone have any good recommendations, besides Robert B., that teach how to remember your OBE's???

Hi all... I was just wondering what you guys think of the Raduga web site Out-Of-Body-Experience and his Free Ebook School of Out-of_body Travel.. I just found his site from posts here..
Watching some of the videos and stuff his methods look really interesting... But his Web site seems kind of dead,,, I am D/L his book now..
On a side not I really like his videos but wish he would not use such a good looking lady in the Video... Its kind of distracting and I end up having a OBE while watching but not the OBE I want.. I end up with One Big Erection...
Sorry but she is really easy on the eyes. 
But seriously just wanted to find out what you think of this site and his Info.. I got so many books lined up I dont want to waste time if its not good..
