Im not sure whether to believe this guy or not.

I'm sure no one has had any first hand experience on it but im looking basically for your hypothetical answers.
If you drew a large pentagram symbol on a large mirror, would it be capable of opening a portal through the mirror for you to travel through on the astral?
Pentagrams are associated with (lets say) 'magical' properties and mirrors have been known to be capable of making portals, so do you think it may be possible?
Just my strange mind wondering away, lol.

Haven't all of us made that decision before even finding these forums? The usual routines really are very limiting. There is no place in them for karma, reincarnation, astral projection, healing with energy, or even consciousness. Any concern beyond food, money, sex, shelter, current fashions in clothing or lack thereof, and going to war does not fit in.

nope, but then if they did, how would you know they were negs and not just normal humans? unless they took the shape of a monster. maybe bigfoot is a neg. lol.

i'd sometimes rather they attacked me physically, it would make my job so much easier. i'm not as good as i'd like to be at sensing things spiritually, so as soon as something get further than about five feet from me i can't sense them very good. if i could SEE them, i could follow them when they run away. [}:)] but, then, maybe i'm not supposed to be so sadistic to even evil beings. oh well. [|)].

Hepheastus, I experience the exact same thing and have always wondered why it happens, in fact while I was reading your post I glanced at the clock, which read 4:33.  If you were to ask some phychologist or scientist I'm sure they will say something like "those numbers are completely arbitrary and the whole idea's reality is all in your head."

Double digit numbers are very important to me, for one thing, I'm really into astrology and numerology and stuff and my "life path" number is 11.  You find your life path number by adding your birth year to your month, then to your day (mine: May 18th, 1986; 1+9+8+6=24, 5+18=23, and 23+24=47, 4+7=11! or 2+3+2+4=11, it all works out the same way).  I was extremely surprised as to how much accuracy reading my life path number report revealed.  But anywayz i was rambling away from the topic....

So as you can see 11 is a special number to me. I also do a good deal studying the cultural beliefs of the ancient egyptians. They're counting system was in units of 11, 22, 33, 44, 55, ect.  I've realized that there must be some kind of scientific significance to these double digit numbers.  So it then became a personal significance.  What i think is... that since my sub-consciousness is so involed in this sort of area, that I kind of shape the reality around me, suiting my sub-consciousness.  You know how spiritual teachers always say stuff like "your reality is but a reflection of your subconsciousness, or super-ego."  Then again I could just be crazy and it IS all arbiturary, and it's just when I notice these random events that they have any meaning to me.  Oh well there ya go have fun
(PS.. 11 is the dominant number that i notice, especially at 11:11 or something, but statistically, the odds of getting one of those numbers are the same as getting any other number, despite how supernatural it may seem.......)

well, i can't really say, but you might want to try some relaxation techniques to help you get rid of your headache.

try going into a relaxed position with your body, then breathing deeply a couple of times, then moving your energy around your body, around your head, and then back into your body. do it a few times, but instead of just moving it around, try to evenly spread it out throughout your entire body and head on your second or third go around.

if you don't like the entities in your dreams, try destroying them while there. if they can affect you through your dreams, then you can affect them too. if it's just a dream, then it's just a dream and it doesn't matter either way, so there would be no harm in destroying them in your dreams.

Wow man, lol not to make my self a drama king but you really got me there all the symptoms hearing stuff pysical ailments depression panic attakcks heart irregulartities(sp?).  That's me. I cant project yet. How do i get "it" or these feeling i thought have allways just been part of me to go away?

I asked on the oobe section that question also. I'm not sure how you tell if you are on the astral plane or not. I know when I was 12-14 I had dreams where angels come and took me somewhere. After that I had dreams where I could fly.
The white shielding is a good question. At http://berg.heim.at/anden/420568/english/our_service.html tells of a mediation for cleansing. Need you might want to try this for I will be. It's to cleanse your aura but it closes your feet chakras when you are done. This is how my attacker entered me up through the feet. I felt the energy start from there and flow up my body. I posted a website from Derek Acorah Self-Protection about closing his 3rd eye down and is covered in a purple light. The clearing you end with a purple light. I believe it's in Aleister Crowley's writting the highest level is the teaching a special ritual with the color purple.

When I first started "fighting" the emotional "traumas/images" inside of me, and started of the NEW energy system, I found myself suddenly drinking about 4-5 litres of water a day - as opposed to NO water, but lots of coffee, milk and Soda before that ...

It was not something I thought about, until recently when I read Psychich SelfDefence by Robert Bruce, and the NEW energy-ways a second time, where Water also plays a very big part ...

So all in all - YES !! ... Drink plenty of water !! ...

Robert Bruce said to the demon "Take me and leave the child." It is in the interviews, too. It was after everything else failed to help the particular child which he had been asked to free from this demon. There had only been short intervals when the demon was out of the child because the child kept calling the demon back.

When you project you do not leave the body empty or unprotected. Robert Bruce said that the mind-split effect makes it possible to have many successful projections but not be able to recall them because the memories from the physical body's point of view are recorded over the memories from the projection. The dream-mind also can record over a projection.

William Buhlman suggests creating a sort of shield of energy around yourself before projecting. I think it was a book by Denning & Phillips that suggested setting aside a place and cleaning its energy so you can learn to project there safely. Neither really feels necessary to me, but then, I don't feel like there is a presence in my home. It is one of the advantages of being so stubbornly insensitive. Maybe you can use both approaches to see if they make a difference.

Are you familiar with the chi kung exercise "the inner smile"? It is useful for raising energy. It produces a lot of high quality energy which can then be used for other things like the microcosmic orbit meditation or NEW.

i havent been able to project yet but wheni do i will try this. i believe there is a section in ad that says how robert likes the voids that exist because they are anice place for prayer and to meditate.

You mean an energy body next to a large release of energy, right? You can go to the core of the sun. It sounds like William Buhlman has even been in the singularities of collapsed stars. I thought that lightning and power lines were significant once. If you want to look at a nuclear explosion from ground zero, please report back on the experience. I expect you will have no trouble doing so.

I often get a feeling of a knuckle being pressed between my eyes really hard. Sometimes the feeling extends to the back of my head as well. Ive figured it's either 3rd eye or a brain spasm from trying too hard.

It does not matter what world your in there is always an equal balance of good things and nasty things. You have people who volunteer for helping the homeless and you have murderers - you have angels and you have demons.

Wow! That has been my game plan for the last month.  When I have my next OBE, I was planning to visit the moon and look for the lunar rover and sit in it!  I dreamt it last week, I had to go around the earth to find the moon first and then stretch to it.  But I would like to know too, has anyone projected to it and what did they do or see?
