It took me  about 20 days to achieve my first Ap. Okay Im happy now that I can do it with a very  high sucess rate and without reallity checks  but I only achieved 2-3  short ones with a really high awareness and realism. The other aps are only very aware around the  seperation process.

Okay here is my Standart process:
I woke up after 4,5 hours of sleeping (sometimes it works before sleeping) then i turn on my phone for binural beats. Okay now I concentrating a little bit on the black. After some time I fall aslepp and Im in  a other consciousness state where I  instantly  want to seperate from my  body. Okay before I seperate I have full  awareness . During the seperation i have full awareness too ( i can feel vibrations , movings and floating). After I  seperate I have full awareness too but everything is black. Okay now i usualy say to my self i want to see  etc. but nothing happend. But after a while i can see things but everything usually  gets very dreamlike. The dream then is a litte bit more aware then normal dreams but not that much . These dreams are often very logical . Im in my room then and i go to the living room or to the kitchen to see family members. Then the family memberc can  interact with me etc . In these dreams i sometimes want to proof that im not in a dream and that im out of body but it  not work.

OKAY AFTER  the Dream im back in the  conciousness state before the Ap. Im back in my body and i begin again to seperate . Everything is vivid until i lose the blackness after seperation again . . Then a new similar dream starts.. .... This whole  circuit can take  5 rounds.

Okay how can increase my awareness  and realism after the seperation ???I would be happy to see some Demons, Monster Ghosts,Aliens   and other interessting stuff too.

I found that post on wikpedia about nde and obe. What do you think about that explanation.

I would be glad to see somebody add a mention about how some studies have shown that such dissociative substances as ketamine and PCP trigger experiences similar to those of near-death experiences, including out-of-body experiences. This article has already come close to it by citing works where the fact is mentioned. Everything Is Numbers (talk) 12:20, 20 July 2012

Out of body experiences are already explained and understood. Good literature to the topic ´lucid dreaming´ even offers instructions for those experiences; included flying to remote places and movement through doors/walls. And experiments demonstrate that OBEs are only a mental construction of our mind: see e.g. body swap illusion, rubber hand illusion.

Explanation of OBEs: WE are a virtual simulation (like an avatar) - we are a mental creature which is created by our mind/brain. By the perception of our physical body (kinesthesia), by vision and the sense of equilibrium and with contact to our environment we feel us then as a real person in a real body. But when the contact to the physical body is disturbed (e.g. during sleep, or with drugs), then the brain is free to send the virtual avatar wherever it will - then we have the illusion to move out of the body/to fly. But in reality the brain can use only the contents/knowledge of the own memory, to send us away. In Dr. Moody´s book ´Life after Life´, chapter ´Out of the Body´, he used the term ´spiritual body´ - this is the same as ´avatar

Not a single thought of you is "in" your brain. There is no "in" your brain. Consciousness transcends spacetime, so how can it be 'in'side sth? The brain is a receiver of the mind / soul self and also a filter to experience this physical reality, it acts like a radio - switch the channel and you switch the 'reality'. The brain has not "life" of itself. It is a machine, a computer, just like the whole body is a computer. A computer has always a user. And the user is NOT (in) the computer.  8-)

Yeah you think this because you DONT like the idea that you are your brain.  But 1000  Dr.Dr.Dr.neuroscientists disagree with your opinion.

And a Computer dont need a user The computer can run his programmed tasks until the materie is exhausted . And the pogrammer of the humans can be (maybe) the biological evolution.

but i hope ap can  show me  the truth. I believe in the existence of a soul by 50-60%.

Just enjoy the experience of being consciously aware in a reality different from this one.   Why can't people just be happy with that?   :-)

Cause its not a proof  for me that we are more then our body (these dreams can be in the brain only and they are not very aware )!

Steve G. Jones wrote many books about astral projection he thinks that lucid dreams are only in our head and not real.
And Robert Monroe had some cool experience in the real time zone without dreaming Im jealous  :-D

My plane is to astral projection without a dream. I want to float 2 meters over my body then i want to look at the room and check how it feels to be in this body. But i only want to be out of body for 10-15 Sec in the first obe because i heard that you can loose the memory very easy as a beginner. Then i have a good proof for myself and im happy.
