For those of you who have been exposed the theory that the world will end in Dec. 2012....here is another theory.  It is worth a read.
The Mayan Calendar - The World Will Not End
CARLOS BARRIOS was born into a Spanish family on El Altiplano, the highlands of Guatemala. His home was in Huehuetenango, also the dwelling place of the Maya Mam tribe. With other Maya and other indigenous tradition keepers, the Mam carry part of the old ways on Turtle Island (North America). They are keepers of time, authorities on remarkable calendars that are ancient, elegant and relevant.
Mr. Barrios is a historian, an anthropologist and investigator. After studying with traditional elders for 25 years since the age of 19, he has also became a Mayan Ajq'ij, a ceremonial priest and spiritual guide, Eagle Clan. Years ago, along with his brother, Gerardo, Carlos initiated an investigation into the  different Mayan calendars. He studied with many teachers. He says his brother Gerardo interviewed nearly 600 traditional Mayan elders to widen their scope of knowledge.
"Anthropologists visit the temple sites," Mr. Barrios says, "and read the steles and inscriptions and make up stories about the Maya, but they do not read the signs correctly. It's just their imagination... Other people write about prophecy in the name of the Maya. They say that the world will end in December 2012. The Mayan elders are angry with this. The world will not end. It will be transformed. The  indigenous have the calendars, and know how to accurately interpret it, not others."
The Mayan Calendars comprehension of time, seasons, and cycles has proven itself to be vast and sophisticated. The Maya understand 17 different calendars, some of them charting time accurately over a span of more than ten million years.
The calendar that has steadily drawn global attention since 1987 is called the Tzolk'in or Cholq'ij. Devised ages ago and based on the cycle of the Pleiades, it is still held as sacred. With the indigenous calendars, native people have kept track of important turning points in history. For example, the daykeepers who study the calendars identified an important day in the year One Reed, Ce Acatal, as it was called by the Mexicans. That was the day when an important ancestor was prophesied to return, "coming like a butterfly."
In the western calendar, the One Reed date correlates to Easter Sunday, April 21, 1519 the day that Hernando Cortez and his fleet of 11 Spanish galleons arrived from the East at what is today called Vera Cruz, Mexico. When the Spanish ships came toward shore, native people were waiting and watching to see how it would go. The billowing sails of the ships did indeed remind the scouts of butterflies skimming the ocean surface. In this manner was a new era initiated, an era they had anticipated through their calendars. The Maya termed the new era the Nine Bolomtikus, or nine Hells of 52 years each. As the nine cycles unfolded, land and freedom were taken from the native people. Disease and disrespect dominated. What began with the arrival of Cortez, lasted until August 16, 1987 - a date many people recall as Harmonic Convergence. Millions of people took advantage of that date to make ceremony in sacred sites, praying for a smooth transition to a new era, the World of the Fifth Sun.
From that 1987 date until now, Mr. Barrios says, we have been in a time when the right arm of the materialistic world is disappearing, slowly but inexorably. We are at the cusp of the era when peace begins, and people live in harmony with Mother Earth. We are no longer in the World of the Fourth Sun, but we are not yet in the World of the Fifth Sun. This is the time in-between, the time of transition. As  we pass through transition there is a colossal, global convergence of environmental destruction, social chaos, war, and ongoing Earth changes.
All this, Mr. Barrios says, was foreseen via the simple, spiral mathematics of the Mayan calendars. "It will change," Mr. Barrios observes. "Everything will change." He said Mayan Daykeepers view the Dec. 21, 2012 date as a rebirth, the start of the World of the Fifth Sun. It will be the start of a new era  resulting from and signified by the solar meridian crossing the galactic equator, and the earth aligning itself with the center of the galaxy.
At sunrise on December 21, 2012 for the first time in 26,000 years the Sun rises to conjunct the  intersection of the Milky Way and the plane of the ecliptic. This cosmic cross is considered to be an embodiment of  the Sacred Tree, The Tree of Life, a tree remembered in all the world's spiritual traditions. Some observers say this alignment with the heart of the galaxy in 2012 will open a channel for cosmic energy to flow through the earth, cleansing it and all that dwells upon it, raising all to a higher level of  vibration.
This process has already begun, Mr. Barrios suggested. "Change is accelerating now, and it will continue to accelerate." If the people of the earth can get to this 2012 date in good shape, without having destroyed too much of the Earth, Mr. Barrios said, we will rise to a new, higher level. But to get there we must transform enormously powerful forces that seek to block the way.
A Picture of the Road Ahead
From his understanding of the Mayan tradition and the calendars, Mr. Barrios offered a picture of where we are at and what may lie on the road ahead:
The date specified in the calendar Winter Solstice in the year 2012 does not mark the end of the world. Many outside people writing about the Mayan calendar sensationalize this date, but they do not know. The ones who know are the indigenous elders who are entrusted with keeping the tradition. "Humanity will continue," he contends, "but in a different way. Material structures will change. From this we will have the opportunity to be more human."
We are living in the most important era of the Mayan calendars and prophecies. All the prophecies of the world, all the traditions, are converging now. There is no time for games. The spiritual ideal of this era is action. Many powerful souls have reincarnated in this era, with a lot of power. This is true on both sides, the light and the dark. High magic is at work on both sides. Things will change, but it is up to the people how difficult or easy it is for the changes to come about.
The economy now is a fiction. The first five-year stretch of transition from August 1987 to August 1992
was the beginning of the destruction of the material world. We have progressed ten years deeper into the transition phase by now, and many of the so-called sources of financial stability are in fact hollow. The banks are weak. This is a delicate moment for them. They could crash globally if we don't pay attention. If the banks crash ... then we will be forced to rely on the land and our skills. The monetary systems will be in chaos, and we must then rely on our direct relationship with the Earth for our food and shelter.
The North and South Poles are both breaking up. The level of the water in the oceans is going to rise. But at the same time land in the ocean, especially near Cuba, is also going to rise. A Call for Fusion. As he met with audiences in Santa Fe, Mr. Barrios told a story about the most recent Mayan New Year ceremonies in Guatemala. He said that one respected Mam elder, who lives all year in a solitary  mountain cave, journeyed to Chichicastenango to speak with the people at the ceremony. The elder delivered a simple, direct message. He called for human  beings to come together in support of life and light. Right now each person and  group is going his or her own way. The elder of the mountains said there is hope if the people of the light can come together and unite in some way.
Reflecting on this, Mr. Barrios explained: "We live in a world of polarity: day and night, man and woman, positive and negative. Light and darkness need each other. They are a balance. Just now the dark side is very strong, and very clear about what they want. They have their vision and their priorities clearly held, and also their hierarchy. They are working in many ways so that we will be unable to connect with the spiral Fifth World in 2012."
"On the light side everyone thinks they are the most important, that their own understandings, or their group's understandings, are the key. There's a diversity of cultures and opinions, so there is competition, diffusion, and no single focus."
As Mr. Barrios sees it, the dark side works to block fusion through denial and materialism. It also works to destroy those who are working with the light to get the Earth to a higher level. They like the energy of the old, declining Fourth World, the materialism. They do not want it to change. They do not want fusion. They want to stay at this level, and are afraid of the next level. The dark power of the declining Fourth World cannot be destroyed or overpowered. It's too strong and clear for that, and that is the wrong strategy. The dark can only be transformed when confronted with simplicity and open-heartedness. This is what leads to fusion, a key concept for the World of the Fifth Sun.
Mr. Barrios said the emerging era of the Fifth Sun will call attention to a much-overlooked element. Whereas the four traditional elements of earth, air, fire and water have dominated various epochs in the past, there will be a fifth element to reckon with in the time of the Fifth Sun: ether. The dictionary defines ether as the rarefied element of the Heavens. Ether is a medium. It permeates all space and transmits waves of energy in a wide range of frequencies, from cell phones to human auras. What is "ethereal" is related to the regions beyond earth: the heavens. Ether the element of the Fifth Sun is celestial and lacking in material substance, but is no less real than wood, stone or flesh.
"Within the context of ether there can be a fusion of the polarities," Mr. Barrios said. "No more darkness or light in the people, but an uplifted fusion. But right now the realm of darkness is not interested in this. They are organized to block it. They seek to unbalance the Earth and its environment so we will be unready for the alignment in 2012. We need to work together for peace, and balance with the other side. We need to take care of the Earth that feeds and shelters us. We need to put our entire mind and heart into pursuing unity and fusion now, to confront the other side and preserve life."
To be Ready for this Moment in History Mr. Barrios told his audiences in Santa Fe that we are at a critical moment of world history. "We are disturbed," he said. "We can't play anymore. Our planet can be renewed or ravaged. Now is the time to awaken and take action."
"Everyone is needed. You are not here for no reason. Everyone who is here now has an important purpose. This is a hard, but a special time. We have the opportunity for growth, but we must be ready for this moment in history."
Mr. Barrios offered a number of suggestions to help people walk in balance through the years ahead. "The prophesied changes are going to happen," he said "but our attitude and actions determine how harsh or mild they are." We need to act, to make changes, and to elect people to represent us who understand and who will take political action to respect the earth.
Meditation and spiritual practice are good, but also action. It's very important to be clear about who you are, and also about your relation to the Earth. Develop yourself according to your own tradition and the call of  your heart. But remember to respect differences, and strive for unity. Eat wisely. A lot of food is corrupt in either subtle or gross ways. Pay attention to what you are taking into your body. Learn to preserve food, and to conserve energy. Learn some good breathing techniques, so you have mastery of your breath. Be clear. Follow a tradition with great roots. It is not important what tradition, your heart will tell you, but it must have great roots.
We live in a world of energy. An important task at this time is to learn to sense or see the energy of everyone and everything: people, plants, animals. This becomes increasingly important as we draw close to the World of the Fifth Sun, for it is associated with the element ether - the realm where energy lives and weaves. Go to the sacred places of the earth to pray for  peace, and have respect for the Earth which gives us our food, clothing, and shelter. We need to reactivate the energy of these sacred places. That is our work.
According to Mr. Barrios' reading of the Mayan calendar, if war happens in November 2002 or after,  then it's bad, but not catastrophic. But if it happens between April and November 2003, it will be catastrophic. Really bad. It could eventually result in the death of two-thirds of humanity. "So stay active," he said. "If we are active, we can transform the planet. The elders watch to see what happens."
Many Mayan elders and knowledge keepers may be eliminated in the next few years. For the first half of the current Katun (20-year period) the dark side has a lot of power. But that will pass 3 to 4 years from now. The tide can turn. Amazing things are going to happen. One simple but effective prayer technique is to light a white or baby-blue colored candle. Think a moment in peace. Speak your intention to the flame and send the light of it on to the leaders who have the power to make war or peace.
We Have Work to Do
According to Mr. Barrios this is a crucially important moment for humanity, and for earth. Each person is important. If you have incarnated into this era, you have spiritual work to do balancing the planet. He said the elders have opened the doors so that other races can come to the Mayan world to receive the tradition. The Maya have long appreciated and respected that there are other colors, other races, and other spiritual systems. "They know," he said, "that the destiny of the Mayan world is related to the destiny of the whole world."
"The greatest wisdom is in simplicity," Mr. Barrios advised before leaving Santa Fe. "Love, respect, tolerance, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness. It's not complex or elaborate. The real knowledge is free. It's encoded in your DNA. All you need is within you. Great teachers have said that from the beginning. Find your heart, and you will find your way."

In  responding to a query on the physic self defence forum my ego was given a little kick ,but it also started a chain of thought which I will document here.
The inquirer sought help  to counter act a sustained and seemingly complicated attack from a acquaintance .My statement that this was karmic she  rejected  ,apparently the perpetrator held this self same view using it to justify his actions. If someone was kicking the crap out of you ,you don't lie down and take it ,neither dose a karmic debt give anyone the right to put in the boot .
So how much contact with others over a lifetime is karmic, twenty ,fifty or one hundred percent.  Experts have varying opinions but I feel its imposable to give a definitive  answer. Rule of thumb , the amount of interaction designates the karmic tie ,  in other words the more  you have to do with a person the more likely the tie.
Life has been a series of  people some are still a feature some  have moved on  while others are just arriving .Through dreams intuition , regression and with  help from a friend  I have worked  out  these  karmic connections in fact they are a web .I cant go through all the twist and turns , but to demonstrate the coincidence of karma I will show the connection or not of six families who's homes border on to my families.
The main karmic pull in these cases lies with my  husband , a avid collector of military memorabilia, any thing from the second world war catches his instant attention . Any German items are his  passion. should the find be air force he's on cloud nine .From this its  pretty clear were he last incarnated and one neighbour also a collector of Germany  items in all likelihood knew him ,in that time and place. To our right and left are veterans from that conflict one a English pilot the other couple were slave labour in Berlin  ,every chance of debt alround here .In the forth house lives a German gentleman a  boy at that time who knows were he fits in. To thicken the plot ,my son  also  lived through this war.With one house hold we have no contact so I would say no karma and the in the last house lives a good friend of my husbands Auntie, This is not the strongest link but  most relations form karmic bonds and so part of the web.
Out of seven  houses six are interconnected  if someone wants to work out the percentages be my guest maths were never my strong point.

Why are negatives over done, its  not the first time this question has been raised . On page seven under the title you guys cant be serious  the same  quandary is put  forward ,there it is stated  that the truly negative really have other things in mind than to harangue kids in a playground, and you guys tip the scale to much in one direction.
Why does common sense go out of the window when religion and metaphysics come into view.  Under the posting   neg  problems persistent  the author asks about two lumps he's convinced are caused by outside influence, when it is suggested  he goes to the doctor  he or she reassures the readers that dowsing indurates no tumour .This causes me to cringe the same feeling I get when  Christians or anyone else blame their misconduct on the devil  .Blaming negative influence  puts your self in danger and or you miss  valuable life lessons.
In the middle ages men's sexual desires were demonised  and projected on to women ,the result on one German town was  that only  two females  survived the purge These demons still hold sway  today  both in the belief of a  actual hierarchy  and in the tendency we have to project our bad points on to others. Growth can occur  when we are brave enough to recognise our inner devils and search for there causes ,.it is this very thing that will protect us from outside attack . We all agree like attracts like, so with  work you lift your vibrational rate and increase your inner light. This light in its self can form a protection as it shines forth it  will repel nasties .In my  opinion  artificial shielding  is tedious to  maintain and limited in its uses .
The duality of good and bad  may  very well exist beyond the physical plane ,but if as one poster suggested  there are negs   to be found as big as the universe,  and as Robert suggests  some are very old and very powerful nothings  going to help. In fact if you met these guys you might as well  bend over and kiss your  astral arse good bye

Kundalini ,a word I first heard in my childhood .My parents were Theosophists and any discussion on this subject was followed by a dire warnings ," never play around with this as it  leads to madness."Fortunately metaphysical knowledge has moved on a bit since the sixties and now this energy can be looked on as a  natural progression in human evolution ,although forced   activation would still be a fool hardy undertaking.
When at the start of this year I felt what I believe to be kundalini symptoms my reactions were mixed,there were echo's from ny childhood and elation at the thought that at last I was experiencing spiritual awakening.
Gopi Krishna after a full blast up his spine was bathed in light both external and internal  for the rest of his life ,there  was  a price  as he struggled with mental and physical  worries.Master Charles  a American who after finding his Master Parmahansa Muktananda went from one state of bliss to the next much of which seems Kundalini related.But  no such experiences for me enlightenment was once more on hold., after a month things died down and finally went away.
Mr. Bruce  in his book Astral Dynamics gives a method for raising energy and my first reaction was that it could activate the sleeping kundalini,but  after using this  for some months I find that the results are less intense than before.
If anyone has an answer I would like to know why my initial experience stopped. There is one other query ,from time to time my eyes and ears get hot this has happened over a  period of years, I would love to know what's going on .

I would like to express my delight on finding  Robert Bruce's book Astral Dynamics.At last after many years of reading metaphysical and books on related subjects here is one which demystifies , explains and shows a progression in understanding from earlier writings.
Also after many years I have found  a answer for the sensation of  a bloating body and hands which annoy me  during meditation ,at times my hands get that big that I could cradle the world in them or so it seems. I have only come across  one other reference concerning this ,it was in a Buddhist book , here it was referred to it as big body with no explanation given . Having   experienced various  other phenomena written about in Astral Dynamics I appreciate the conformation and  the acquisition of  further knowledge .
.But there there is no explanation (unless I missed it ) of jolting awake ,this I have read is the astral body dropping  and awakening the physical body.Prior to this happing recently my right astral leg was floating above the body , so what is the jolt ?
There is one other question I would like to pose ,do guides and other spiritual forces take as keen a interest in our daily life's as believed by many .In other world do we have personal guides in some cases there are claims to a whole host .Mr. Bruce writes that meeting higher spiritual beings and angels is a rare event . I've always put this in the unknown basket as I can not claim any personal experience concerning this in my daily life.

Good question.
Awhile ago I interacted with a small group of people on the net, one of the groups would do healings as we all sat at our computers and it worked. A member of this group fell out with the majority, she had said that she had a physic companion which would do her biding. When the bust up occurred this thing attacked .I was at the fringe of this argument so never experienced it myself  but totally believe what the others had to say. So I would concluded that the computer can be used as a physic tool for both good and bad, as most things in life.
I have also felt under threat from an individua in this forum, thankful my instincts are good and my ability to look after me and mine work.

When I first read your story on the Internet I turned of my computer and went to bed. There's no way I wanted to get involved. Then with the dawning of the light here in the South Pacific I knew light is what's needed in your life.
Lets start with how you named your self, Dark Knight. Your life has been full of darkness starting with your childhood , your physic experiences and right through to your choices when you looked for help. The second part of your name brings hope to the situation; you are willing to fight.
Childhood is were all our major influence take shape, this is were you need to start addressing your problems These issues leave you open to both physic and physical exploitation, they make you vulnerable
Alien abduction is a modern day phenomenon although some point to legends and fairy to prove that it has always been with us, others say that it is a product of the great unconscious'. After some experience and a lot of research into this area I have no definitive answers, but I do know that it has left it's mark on many.
One night I had a lucid dream which proved to be the turning point of my subtle experiences .I found my self standing in the hall way of my house face to face with a small manlike creature, it gave me one hell of a fright. I must have had the same effect on this alien being because it rapidly left and I was quite happy to let it go. Then I got angry and followed, I found it standing by my rubbish bin (there's something very symbolic there). In no uncertain terms I told it to f- - -k of and never come back. Maybe it was all just a bad dream maybe it was very real I don't know, but what I do know is that my fear is gone and for the first time in my life I'm more than happy to walk around in the dark.
. My road through life has been steep and rough but ultimately it helped me gain strength, compassion and self worth. The same opportunities are offered to you Dark Knight ,may the light shine on your path as you rise to met the challenge

Within the  traditions off the kabala there is a believe that states  you are cast low ( ie hardship) this gives you the power to climb up higher than you were before .  
I know from  experiences that this is true , I have learnt compassion  ,self reliance ,emotional independence  and a few other  positive traits  from life's  hurts. And the same can be observed in those around you,a friend started on a spiritual path after her only sons suicide an other after the death off her husband .
I have heard it stated that pain is one off the universe greatest teachers .

You have heard the saying the ties that bind , that's  exactly what cords do  ,they consist of astral material and are attached from one person to the next .
Ever time you think of someone a very fine thread ,cord ,line is sent to the aforementioned person  ,more often than not these disintegrate as most thoughts are fleeting. But in the case of loved ones good friends and even enemies  these are reinforced and grow thicker with time . Any obsession with an other would also have this effect .
If you  have any sort of occult knowledge these can purposely be put in place and utilized in many ways., including thought transferral , healing ,locating a person and the transferral of energy ,both  the sending and taking of it
My suggestion to you would be to find the ones connecting your astral lover to yourself and cut. As you are intuitive this should pose no problem and can be done through  mediation or visualisation ,there may be some resistance  just keep it up maybe it will take a few sessions .

I watched the documentary that Turkey  writes about.
I researched the phenomena of alien abduction after finding similarities with strange experiences in my own life .This included lights flitting around in the sky  plus a hairy and scary face at my bedroom window .Also included were a bugler alarm and microwave setting them self's of
Apparently  abductions take place through the generation ,my daughter is totally freaked by the whole thing ,she had lumps on her body puss up and when they bursted little stones came out. A while later I read that meteorite material is used for implants  .My father was totally oppressed by UFOs ,he even constructed a detection devise .
Despite all of this I remain sceptical and would need a lot more evidence before I became a true believer ,until then I retain a open mind on the subject
I have also experienced sleep paralyses , but  not in conjunction with any aliens  .My perception  is that it is a prelude to projection and was even mentioned as such by some of those interviewed.

Most of what I would say has been said .
But I do  know from personal experience that  pining after a unavailable lover can be very unsatisfactory  .What I have learnt from this experience is to stand  on my own two feet , no  one  can  be fulfilled  by an other .I've grown stronger although  occasionally I start obsessing all over again , this I recognise and put a stop to .One method I use is cord cutting , feel for and cut these astral ties ,my favourite appliances astral of course is a chain saw .

Why would  what hebrewman described  be a physic attack  ,to my mind its purely and simply a gift and a fascinating at that .

In response to  prior postings I would like to sate that it is not unknown for unseen forces wether that be apparitions  or other psychic phenomena , to attack people .My assumption is that like  the physical were  every one  you met  is not about to thump  you  ,  so not every ghost is inclined to hurt you.
I previously  wrote of  strange goings on in my household,  I have been touched and my sons t-shirt pulled ,not a attack but certainly a demonstration that it could happen . I  remember a documentary (I also read about this case) were  a family  were driven from their home by a very violent ghost, this manifestation include physical violence.
There are  different forms of hunting's ,poltergeists  activity is often  fuelled by teenagers with pent up sexual energy  and  is related to the kundalini,  there will be noises ,  rapping and the throwing and brakeage of household items .Some hunting's are  previous owners  now deceased who view the currant occupiers as intruders  .I have also read were old and trematic events  are imprinted on the either and can be reviewed by  sensitive individuals.
No doubt  there is much more that can be written on this subject ,but I need to walk my dog .Yoki

Yes I've had something similar happen ,we have lived in this house for over twenty years and are the second owner ,there is no violent history yet all of my children have seen apparitions . My theory is certain people attract psychic experience to them self's  
I personally opted for a house blessing  given by a Bishop and it worked a treat

That's interesting the no sleep bit, when I'm tired I will see flashes of colour coming of people, I have always assumed that it was the aura .But what I couldn't  work out is why do I have to be tired ,again I came to a assumption i.e. my eyes were out of focus .But now after reading what Kakkarof  writes in his last post , the latest assumption is that there's more than unfocused eyes at work.

I always thought that those  little sparkles dancing in sunlight  that can be seen through unfocused eyes were spots of prana, maybe I've been deserving my self and they are uninteresting bacteria. No prana is far more exotic I will stick with that.

Karma from my understanding is  more than doing good and receiving benign actions in return ,it involves our whole life and most of the people  who touch it. It is part and parcel of the  evolutionary process  and as such is our teacher.As we reincarnate over a period of life's we set up pattens within these are stumbling blocks . Our karmic lesson often involve these and those closest to us ,the same mistakes reapairing time and time again
What is a no no  for one person  is allowable to some one with less understanding,  in other words there are varying shades of black and white. As pain and hardship seem to teach us compassion and many other hard won traits ,again I would say who are we to judge what is right and what is wrong

Opps I've made a blue the Eastern star and Co Masonry are different organization .I would say your Grandmother was a Co Mason as she dressed in a long white gown. I would also say you didn't know her very well or she covered her interest in metaphysics  Yoki

As it  happens just before Christmas I was initiated into the very organization you were asking about ,you could call it a family thing although its taken me 50 years to take this step.
The Co Masons or Eastern star is affiliated  to the Theosophical society ,although  they are sperate  identifies they walk hand in hand .These are the people who were the forerunners to new age thinking and even Wicca's modem day founder was said to have based rites on their ceremonies.
There is nothing evil nor is there any conspiracy to take over the world ,in fact there is a obligation to aide mankind ,a old fashion sentiment but beautiful .
I have yet to come across a   inverted star but that's not to say its not used. A symbol is just that often they get bastardised .Take a swastika in Victorian days it was a  symbol of good luck , post war its a abomination .The currant  usage for  the invert star is that it represented the devil ,it may well have other explanations .

Your situation is simular in same ways to something I went through a number oh years ago ,I met a charismatic and intelligent man at my local Theosophical society ,were he had a number of people under his influence, it didn't take me long to join their ranks .Although I was one of the few to stand against  him on a intellectual level .He managed in a very short time to divide ,involve litigation and shut down the society  .These event I believe for most if not all  were karmic  and for my self at least involved for want of a better word or words black magic and sexual rites  in ancient Egypt ,he was very interested with what he called my abundance of sexual energy ,this and other clues lead me in that direction. It was after I stated  a firm no to him and his influence  that I became free of them the society involved failed to do this and is still shut down .
Your situation I would venture to say may also involves karma and the up side to this is that you have a opportunity  to eliminate it and learn some valuable spiritual lessons in strength  at the same time. Of cause there are variations in our experiences ,I never suffered the physic attack that you are under and. even though this is very intense I'm sure you can prevail against it
The biggest advantage you are handing this man is your fear ,he feeds of  it and uses it against you , I also would worry about my family but the link to them is you .You say he has a cord or cords (the later is more likely) these can be cut, there will be resistance and he could send you strong messages utilising your fear But if  I were  in your situation I would vitalize or feel these cords out then produce a enormous  and very sharp hand held  power saw  (again using visualization )and saw right through those suckers .Show him your strength  in short stand up to him, difficult but very rewarding.

Worked through logically the never ending supply  of kundalini   caters to our instinct for propagation and pleasure a very strong  drive in all living creatures  with plenty left for other things.

It is all very true and very possible. But experiences like these and many others help us to decide what is real and what is not. There is no other way to live. You know that the chair you are in is real because you can feel it, see it, touch it, and probably in some bad experiences smell it. But on the same note you believe that emotions are real, anger, sadness, love. You can not touch them, see them, smell them, you can only feel them.
It is not that one person experiences some thing and it is true for everyone. But the experience makes it true for them

It is all very true and possible  but you statements are  out of context and misrepresents what I wrote .Chairs feelings and experiences are real its the interpretation  of these things that are at question .

In my experience most physic vampires are not aware of what they are doing ,they only know that they feel better  after  interacting with others .Often but not always they are the old ,sick and I suspect the mentally ill even babies  will siphon from their mothers. Except in the case of  young children this exercise is futile as these people have holes in their auras and the energy leeks out  very quickly. Maybe this is the reason for the need to tape others  as any energy  gathered  from those around them and natural sources are easily depleted
Physic vampirism is a nuisance but  really off no threat  and the fact that it  is happing is very easy to spot  ,the source off the energy  is left feeling very tired I have found that  this also happens in crowded places goodness only knows how many are tapping you there.
I have found no harm in being another's source of energy as its very easily replaced, a afternoon nape a walk in nature ,meditation and RB method  are all very reliable and refreshing.
I am not dismissing the fact that some individuals  are very aware of what they are doing only suggesting that they are in the minority and that  the vast number of vampires are totally ignorant of their effect on others.
