According to my experience Kundalini is not just an primal energy, it is the primordial energy. Or the reflection in us of the highest spiritual power in the universe. Kundalini Herself has nothing to do with sex. And Kundalini does not have like a dark and light side. The dark side is our own ego and ignorance. And yes Kundalini energy has Her origine in the seventh chakra. The truth is that Kundalini has no intention to hurt Her carrier, But if people try to awaken the Kundalini in a onauthorised fashion, then the chakra protecting the Kundalini will indeed stop you, with any means.

I am not to familiar with Buddhism but i don't think you will find much about Kundalini in Buddhism.
I do a type of Kundalini yoga and what i can say is that the inbalance is not caused by Kundalini Herself but by the blockages in the chakras She removes, which can cause disconfort. Not severe though. And it depends on certain factors.

I read some prediction somewhere i think it was nostradamus. that spirituality will transcend science. I think something will happen, but not that everybody will die or anything, maybe some shift in consciousness and awareness. And a massive breakthrough in spiritual awareness.

Isn't the oversould regarded as God? He is rather difficult to contact i think.

Karma is the energetic fruits from your actions and thinking that get stored deep within your chakras and cause certain unfavourable tendencies in our being or auspicious tendencies but usually unauspicious tendencies. Say a person had in his life hundred traumas then when these traumas are not fully worked out, they get stored in our chakras as karmic layers. And these karmic layers add over the the many lives, but luckely such stored karmas in their proper time manifested again to be removed and dealt with. They might manifest as happenings in your live that gives you a apportunity to learn the lessons that you could not managed to learn when the trauma happened. Cerain happenings might be favourable and others might be hard. I experience myself that this process ends with Kundalini awakening, Because Kundalini removes the karmas faster than you can accumilate. But it is not the Kundalini awakening processes that everybody is so afraid of. This the more female approach a spontanious approach. This can happen in Sahaja Yoga. I have benifitted greatly from this. I am not trying to advertise here. But i think this yoga can be helpfull for many people. and you don't get all the weird sideeffects, i mean you can experience really nice things and all that. But it is not such a sensational thing and you won't get an ego-trip out of it. It is subtle and spontanious

According to my knowledge, Kundalini is the power of pure desire. It is potentially infinitive energy, it is a female energy. Kundalini is the female aspect and the atma is the male aspect. You could say that atma or self is the consciousness and Kundalini is the power. Although Kundalini has awareness and inteligents also.

I think awakening is a bread term but enlightenment is not so much. enlightenment is that the light of you atma comes within you brain and activates the thousend petaled lotus or sahasrara. Sahasrara is also where the Goddes resides according to hindu tradition. Enlightenment of the brain feels like if someone has activated two lights in the two hemispheres of your brain, it is like you brain litterally lits up and you can see this when you have you eyes closed even. and also all the nerves on the top of your head gets activated, almost impossible not to scratch. and then the fountain of pure Kundalini shakti comes down your head. its really cool. I got this when i only practiced Sahaja Yoga for three months.

If you ask me, if you want to go for enlightenment, i should recomment getting your Kundalini awakening first from a Sahaja Yogi.

Yes this gopi krisna might be the real deal. This might be Nirvikalpa samadhi. I have not really experienced that much lust. The Kundalini awakening in me is somewhat different than that like in Shri Buddha or other master, with me it happens graduall and slowly, because i am not pure enough, Like problably in Gopi krisna case, his Kundalini awakening happened in a full way, and he recieved his full self-realisation. He already purified himself before his self-realisation that is why he recieved it fully. the Kundalini yoga that i do, you first recieve your self-realisation that is than the Kundalini reaching the sahasrara. but only for like one percent or less, and then that little available Kundalini energy goes on purifying your subtle system and mind, so that you can grow in your self-realisation untill you are completely pure and innocent and recieve your full self-realisation. That is kind of the deal with me. but to completely purify yourself before your self-realisation in this modern world is simply for most people not possible. Whe all cannot live in ashrams and like not work and live on a mountain. So to first get your Kundalini awakening and get cleansed is more easier and practical in this world. In the beginning it might not be so spectacular but that is not the goal, If you are only seeking paranormal sensations and pampering of the ego, then true Kundalini awakening won't do you much good at least not in the way you want to. So be pure in your spiritual desire.

The nature of Kundalini is very different then most people here think. Most people think it is just a dumb spiritual energy that one can use in whatever way they like. This is however not true. This energy has inteligents, it sort of thinks. you cannot use Kundalini for purposes wich are not divine. Because Kundalini is absolutely pure, absolutely divine, The Kundalini does not have any anger or hatret in Herself. She cannot give you something to hurt others, or to pamper your ego, because She does not have such things in Herself. She can only give you what She has. Thinks like divine love, or compassion, or forgiveness. She does not want to impress others, nor hurt them. So true Kundalini awakening can only work out, when the desire of the person, is pure and of a divine nature. If you want your Kundalini to do things for your own selfish purposes, She won't awaken. Of course she can awaken certain feats within the chakras when She purifys them. She does have a burning appearances, but this burning is subtle and it burns all the negativities within you. What your Kundalini wants is to make you absolutely divine. So that you yourself are Gods perfect reflection. That you are raised to the level of the true Gods of creation. and another thing is that the Kundalini does not lie within the mooladhara chakra itself, but in the triangular bone at the base of the spine.  just above the mooladhara chakra. That is way Kundalini awakening has nothing to do with the sex centre because She does not cross it when being awakened. However the mooladhara chakra is the support of the Kundalini. If your mooladhara chakra is not strong or pure enough your Kundalini find it very difficult to rise. The ways to spoil your mooladhara is through sex. I mean if you are only like a sex machine or that that is your mean concern, then Kundalini won't rise easily. Jesus said that you have to be innocent like a child in order to enter into the Kingdom of God. Your Kundalini can take you there, but if you are not innocent like a child, then you can forget about it. Of course you can have a girlfriend and all that. But sex or sex energy does not play part in Kundalini awakening but it makes it more difficult. Sex energy is of a warm nature, while Kundalini energy is of a cool nature. See the difference. The mooladhara chakra is not just a sex centre, but more the center of innocense and wisdom and spontaniety. Of course there is a lot more to tell, but that will come later. But you all have to understand the Nature of Kundalini, She is the reflection within us of the Divine Mother, or the Devi

just one note; sexual energy is absolutely not Kundalini energy. You can't awaken Kundalini through sex.

Alaskan, I think you should love God even if your mentor said not to. And how do you know this mentor of yours is so holy so enlightened, is he really the link between you and God? Be carefull with mentors and guides, can they give you that unconditional love that you so desire, do they guide you in that direction, or are they the one stealing your attention away from God. The is that you should become, that source of true love, which is self, atman, the pure reflection of God Almighty.

Good MW heat on the hands indeed means chakras getting cleansed, the heat is then the inpuritys and the cool breeze is the Kundalini vibrations or energys. Your chakras are also represented on your fingertips, so if you feel heat or tingling on certain fingers, then that referes to certain chakras that are being cleansed by your Kundalini. After a while you can also start feeling cool breeze on your hands, this is a good thing. What you can do is that you try putting you attention  on top of your head and not you third eye, but on the sahasrara or crown chakra, remember energy flows where attention goes. Focusing on your agnya chakra can block that chakra, and then your Kundalini energy can't go to sahasrara. Letting Kundalini flow through sahasrara helps in your spiritual evolution.

I don't know wether that is Kundalini, i do feel the twin snakes sometimes in my back and and some stronger central Kundalini force going up through my sushumna nadi and She stops at my heart chakra, which can indicate that my awareness or consciousness is still stuck at the heart chakra and should go higher, I still have a long way to go.

I have seen a historical book where people where accidentally levitating like balloons, they had to use ropes to hold them down. It is indeed a major siddhi, lord Hanuman is said to posses it, with many other siddhis. Some say saints in rapture levitated

Awaken you Kundalini, When awakened She thus your Kundalini can help fight these forces because you are not able to.
And if this force flows through you than those demons don't want to draw energy from you because the energy itself is you weapon against them.

MW What you had felt could indeed have been Kundalini energy, it indeed feels as a cool breeze of waterly like energy substance. Ofcourse what you felt is only a very small portion of Kundalini energy, this energy when manifesting stronger can fill your entire body from the inside and then you feel the cool Kundalini energy flowing through your nadis and your body becomes cool, in higher states this energy can engulfe you body like a cool flame. It is true that She has the appearance of a flame, but in a spiritual sense. In a way that She burns all that is negative within and without, She cannot take any inpurity within Herself, so She burns all the inpuritys within your chakras and this proces can be felt as a little unconfortable, but not that much. The cool breeze come in different elements to, like you have cool air vibrations and cool water vibrations or energys, or subtle fire or earth. But it is the air form that one feels the most. So if people say that they have awakened their Kundalini but it feels like very hot like fire and it burns the life out of theme, then it is not Kundalini but Her defence mechanisms. The burning of the Kundalini is a subtle one which one does not feel, only when inpurities get burned within your chakras. when the Kundalini reaches the sahasrare the vibratory awareness gets activated, with wich you can feel your chakras and the chakras of other persons.
Ofcourse the potential of your own Kundalini is much bigger than a little cool breeze, what you feel is only a small part of it. but the Her compleet power is billions times bigger. She just needs to purify the person first with a little of Her power, because if She does not do it carefully She can damage or destroy youre own subtle system or chakras

The Spirit cannot commit any crime because it is the perfect reflection of our Creator. The Spirit or the Self is eternal and is complete innocense and purity that there are no words in describing it.
And there is such a thing as spiritual death, or second death, this happens when the physical universe cease to exist and you cannot ascend to the spiritual universe wich does not end.
There is also a second birth though.

Well there is actually also a Adi Kundalini or also called the Adi Shakti, or prime ordial Mother, our Kundalini is simply a reflection of that. When enough peoples Kundalini is awakened you get this snowball effect and then the Kundalini energy can start flowing in this dimension with wich it get transformed. Kundalini energy actually is a seventh dimensional energy as i would call it. It is the highest spiritual energy, and when this energy start flowing over our earht it raises the dimension of the earth. There are already i think about five million whom Kundalini is awakened, most of them don't do anything with it, so they are not helping. I't say there are about 300000 poeple actually practising this yoga. These yogis also get strongen and strongen, and when most of them have reached a certain level, big spiritual changes will occur. And then you have also the windersolstice and all that but all is related to the Adi Kundalini.

Thanks enoch i'll look into that. And you are right about the fluid thing, they say you have to be like the fluid of Shri Krisna so that the power of god or the Kundalini can play the melody of God through you.
There are tons of things i have not told you yet because i don't think this forum is the appropriate place to do so. I don't know about feeling the agnya all the time, with me it is more like feeling the Kundalini at sahasrara all the time and feel the light of spirit fill my being. And feel the purity flowing through you.
And it is also a little true that Kundalini awakening and the wholse cleansing process can sometimes give a little physical discomfort. Your chakras can come under strain when your Kundalini burns of inpuritys within your chakras, this can be felt as heat within the ckakras or as stings like big needles or painfull constrictions. But there are techniques to help cleanse these chakras so that these little problems goes away. But it is not your Kundalini that does the hurting but the impurity blocking the Kundalini. But these symptoms are very specific and on very precise locations on the body according to the subtle body and chakra locations. The thing is that the Kundalini also has defence mechanisms, these defences come in effect when you try to awaken the Kundalini in ways which are not pure. You cannot awaken your Kundalini because you just want some paranormal powers, the desire has to be pure or else it won't work. Of course someone with a awakened Kundalini which has reach sahasrara can awaken the Kundalini of others also. You must understand that this Kundalini is not a dumb force with wich you can do what you want. This energy has intelligence, She can think. It is a living force. I know this sounds very far fetcht, but according to my experienced it is very truth. In the gnostics the Kundalini is often called Mother Devi Kundalini, this is because the Kundalini within men is a reflection of the Devi, the Indain Goddes whom created the aum or the Three powers Shri Mahalaksmi, Shri Mahasaraswati and Shr Mahakali. These three powers are reflected in us as whell as three main energy channels the sushumna, the ida and pingali nadis. De Devi in Christian terms is the Holy Ghost.
These things are hard to believe, and can only be believed through personnal experience which verify these things.
What i also want to say is that according to my own experiences and knowledge the way people are trying to awaken the Kundalini, can be very harmfull because they are not really awakening the Kundalini but merely activation Kundalini defences mechanisms, which causes the extreme pain. Not like the purifycation symptoms. Many of these defence symptoms are regarded as awakening symptoms. The thing is that no one wants to believe that because the things they feel are so real and so sensationable and awasome as some say it. But it might not lead them to real spiritual truths or perception. I have done these so called Kundalini awakening techniques also and i also felt sensational things like pain and burning and energy burst and all that but non of it let me to my inner self, atma, the spirit. It pampered my ego a lot by telling me i was doing great, making great advancement, while my subtle system was getting damage by the violent practises i used to forcefully awaken my Kundalini, and i also got many symptoms described on many sites, as headached, intense this and deminisched that, the list goes on on the many Kundalini sites.

Well enoch i have read about Shri Krisna, The bagavat gita as well. What i feel is that my Kundalini rise up to sahasrara and i feel a cool energy spot on top of my sahasrara and i can feel cool Kundalini energy coming out of the top of my head and sometimes it comes out of my hands also and sometimes also within my body itself as cool energy going up. And when my Kundalini comes up i can experience a state called thoughtless awareness. in this state you can also feel your own chakras directly on you fingertips and directly in the body. but only when Kundalini comes up you can feel it in you hands. Sometimes i also see the Kundalini energy come up and i see light flashes before my closed eyelids. And one correction the abode of the Kundalini lies just above the mooladhara chakra and not in it. When She rises She splits  Herself in two twinsnakes or ropes in order to travel to every chakra en the two side channels ida and pingali, so She can detect inbalance within the chakra's and repear them and then continiu to sahasrara. My Kundalini is awakened but not yet in Her full potential like Shri Buddha and the masters, it takes cleansing and purification of the mind and becomming of the Divine self to reach the full potential or complete awakening. Your own Kundalini cleanses your chakras and subtle bodies so that more Kundalini strings can come up to sahasrara. When you are pure enough and when ego is dissolved then you spirit or the self comes into the brain so that your consciousness becomes youre spirit. This proces can take some time depending on yourself ofcourse, if you already are very pure than it is easier, but if you are a very bad person then youre Kundalini does not even want to rise. I also have to go a long way but i have the desire to become one with my spirit, the atman or self. Anyway i can if you want anwser some technical questions, so feel free to ask anything

She is also awakened in me, which enables the activation of the vibratory awareness. Which means you can feel you chakras and the chakras in others and the Kundalini energy itself and some other stuff also. and no it does not hurt or anything, like i said it is a subtle thing, Kundalini naturally does not hurt, if it does than it might not be genuine Kundalini awakening but some inbalance.

Well not to brag but i can raise the Kundalini or it is rather my Kundalini that raises someone else his Kundalini. All the way up to sahasrara baby . But there are hundreds of thousends that can do it also. Not very difficult. And you won't get all the bad side effects. The thing is that it is so easy that no one of you is going to believe it. Most of you espect a big show and sensations and all that while in reality it is really subtle which might not even be felt by some if you are not sensitive enough.
