Congratz,
Alarm clock method has always been the best option for me, being pretty inexperienced with it all.
I made custom Alarms on Logic Pro a while back that I don't have to turn off, they last about 5 seconds
and then go off. ACM and WBTB FTW IMO

Definitely does seem belief is playing a major role in what I'm doing atm. I've been setting an extra alarm
recently to wake up for 10min remind myself of my goal and do some affirmations. I've realized my state of mind
upon waking is far more important than how much I've moved, obvious really.

Thanks for the replies guys, very helpful.

Just realized I dived into the topic talking about zombie stuff without giving its_all_bad credit for his first post.
A very interesting read and an admirable yet arduous unexpected journey towards the truth.

Onwards we all go, bound towards Erebor, with all its spiritual treasures.   :-)

Well I'm sold! Just bought World War Z from Amazon.
I'm certain it will be as good as you guys and everyone I know is telling me it is.

Can't wait for The Walking Dead, the shows hit a whole new level, absolutely brilliant.
Episode 4: Killer Within, was for me the most emotional scenes/episodes I've ever witnessed
in Tv/Film. The Green Mile always had that crown, but there was that one part with Andrew
Lincoln that tore me up.

Great stuff.  :-o

I used to wake up from SP punching the air
Now I wake up and laugh at the fact that I was trying to fight myself

The demon ready to harvest my organs is nothing now, I took away his power by realizing he was part of me
and now he cleans tables at Mcdonalds.

people like Brad Pit... Mila Kunis... Frank Sinatra, Madonna and C3PO.

C3PO lmao
Thinking about it, if Brad Pitt is as intensely douchey as he was in the new Channel no.5 commercial he might just be scarier than any ghoul imaginable  :-D

Never heard of this, thanks for bumping the topic
Downloading it now but with only 3 seeds it may take several hundred years D:

Has anybody had the night shift to day or the other way around without intent?
Oddly enough this happened in my last OBE. I jumped out of my window, across the yard on a
snowy morning and then instantaneously the scene turned to night, it began to rain and the podcast
I listen to regularly echoed from the sky. Didn't ask for any of it but still fun stuff  :-)

The time question, as a regular occurrence, you are out for less than an hour and two or three days pass.
Glad to hear this. Always liked the idea of having an OBE that felt like it lasted days and hopefully waking
up feeling like you'd been on a short vacation, personally haven't been out for more than what seems like
10 minutes yet but workin on it.
#36
Interested to hear more opinions on these questions. In particular, 1 grabs my attention, I was planning
on making a topic along the same lines as this but didn't get round to it.

Bending time in the Astral. Has anyone experienced feeling like they had been OB for several days???
The comedian Ari Shafir tells a story of how he spent 3 months in another life on a Salivia trip, exploring
his environment and forming bonds. All in the space of several hours.

To what degree is this possible in the NPR without using substances?

#37
With the several minutes Xanth mentioned I've dragged what seemed like hours of dream/np memories
out of my subconscious when it seemed like absolutely nothing had happened. It definitely works.

Great stuff Cody, considering your apparent anxiety you pulled it of just fine.
I've always had my issues with Performing live in front of people, until recently I figured
the best way to remedy this was to tackle it head on, but now I'm considering bringing it up with
James Earl Jones in my next OBE (lol :-P) or maybe facing the anxiety some other way in the NP,
not exactly sure how to approach it.

Youtube comment section and Astral Pulse aren't necessarily catered for this topic but what games do you play?
Ps3/xbox/pc?  Noticed you had a GTA trailer on your other channel, sadly won't see that till September now though   :|

The brightest star in the sky, easily found, alpha canis major (the great dog). It is just below orion if in the northern hemisphere.
Anyone up for a 8.6 light year trip?
Sounds good to go...
You may need to pack lunch

It's a shame the wonders of space are so apparently difficult to explore in the RTZ,
who needs the astral realms when you could explore that mind numbing mass of
mystical fairy lights hanging over your garden... Majestic to say the least.

And whilst I've just remembered it and since it's relevant, watch this! If you haven't already:

Edgar Casey was allegedly able to read a book placed under his pillow in his sleep.
Has anyone done anything like this with AP?

If he did actually do this, wouldn't that mean its a possibility for the more advanced phaser/projector?  :-o

Great technique, will try it this week, thanks  :-D

Exciting stuff Bedeekin, it's awesome to hear such enthusiasm from people who have been doing it for so long.
As for your old method, do you have a topic on here that goes into it in detail? I've seen your scary youtube vid (lol  :-P) but
I figured you may have updated a few things since making that.

Thanks + congrats  : )

Brilliant no BS approach to meditation, loved it, lots of point to take from it.
Thanks for sharing  :-)

Hey folks, just a quick question if ya don't mind
One of the things I'm doing at the moment is the whole alarm clock method kinda thing:
Wake up, don't move, focus, await vibrations. For the most part it takes around 5-15 seconds for them to hit.

However, most mornings I'm waking up and accidentally moving my arms or legs to get comfy without really wanting to.
Thinking the vibrations will now take minutes to arrive (most likely not true), as oppose to the normal 10 seconds, I decide
to give up and fall back asleep (I'm weak willed at 6am tbh, Mr Hyde just wants to sleep :-D).

Can anyone shed some light on how this kind of repositioning of the body could effect the wait for the vibrations/sp?
Thinking that my chances are shot because I've moved may be robbing me of funtimes.

During during SP I have seen so many things that I could create a website totally devoted to them.

The Predator... the Alien... goblins... shadow people... my mother being stabbed to death in my bedroom doorway... myself standing in the room... a cascading white fluorescent ectoplasm-like thing dropping from the ceiling (like paint dropped into clear water)... a wolf stood above me... an indian... my sister crying in the corner... a red hot sweating demon fist protruding from my forehead as though punched from behind... my room full of leaping jumping imps... a portal opening up in my wall (that I used to jump through into a full NPMR projection)... a slowly rotating cube... feeling like I was in a different location than I was having SP in... 3D twinkly christmas ornaments adorning my ceiling... A giant spider spanning my ceiling... Kathryn hitting me (she wasn't next to me at the time)... a weird amorphous slug slowly traveling over me pinning me down.. several people and 'things' tapping on my bedroom window...

Never my friends.

Holy flying jesus!! Hopefully you didn't see all that in one night ha  :-P
SP is one of the craziest experiences someone can have, it astounds me that so few people have even
heard of it over here. A friend of mine was having them frequently and thought he was going mad for months  :|

I've been doing this kind of thing for a while with several alarms set on my phone. The only
problem I find is some mornings I simply turn the alarms off without even remembering it
and sleep through them, feeling totally disappointed in my apparent laziness later on.
However it has been the cause for most of my OBEs so far.

One of my favorites is Android Jones (above), I don't think he's that well known, he uses heightened states of consciousness
to tap into an unadulterated creativity which he then surprisingly uses programs like Photoshop and Zbrush to express.
When I finally have everything in order I'm hoping he can design an album cover for me. I can dream I guess :-)

(Sorry, I can't embed any more of his work easily)

AstralCody, do you believe the NPR is all in the brain and purely physical or do you believe
the metaphysical is as real as daily life. If I'd have had the experience you described
I think I'd be leaning towards the later.

Btw, projecting at will and having adverse effects on someone in RTZ, that's 'mad skillz'.
Fascinating story.

Figured I'd post to show some support for your blog. Been reading it for over a year now
when I can, always very interesting and looking forward to future updates.  :-)

And yeah Paul Collier is brilliant, he lives just down the road from me, if I ever manage
to get a podcast going, it would be great to get someone like him on and find out
about his 'musical process', If I remember right I think hes beaten some demons in his
time also, maybe he's a fellow astralnaught.
