Perhaps that is another "hint" to head to the beach!  

Ahhhh, thank you for the nudge, Lu! Right after I read this I booked a whale watching cruise for this weekend 
And when I thought about it, the direction of the wind was actually towards the ocean. 

Wow. I have never actually "felt" the Astral Winds.

That's why I posted it, because I too have never felt the wind, mostly hearing it and that one time a mild breeze, but this was going to blow me away haha. My  most common vibration type is buzzing.

We have mentioned astral wind as one of the possible vibration types. I have experienced it before maybe once, but last night I experienced it again after so many years. But, this time the intensity of the wind was so intense. I was awaken during the night. I was laying on my right side and I felt the wind blowing so strongly that I felt my hair moving as well. As if a huge window was open and there was a hurricane blowing through the house. I started feeling uneasy and intended to wake up, but I caught myself quickly and I said "No, no, don't panic, you know what this is, stay still and imagine you are someplace else." I did and the next second I found myself standing in a beautiful place, most likely inspired by my recent visit to Sedona over the Christmas holidays. I loved it so much that I wanted to go back, and that desire may have triggered last night's AP location. The place looked very much like Sedona, with beautiful red rock formations. I walked around, observed the rocks, teleported myself into one of the caves, walked inside. It was pretty amazing.
 

These are great self focus exercises. I found that after a while doing these daily, eventually this type of focus becomes automatic and I call it meditating with my eyes open, every minute of every day no matter what am I doing. I am perceiving myself and this physical reality projection through broader lenses and I am self aware of who and what/where I am at all time. It's a pretty powerful state of mind to be in without "life" interruptions, because you understand that "life" is a part of the equation and you mobilize all your parts (consciousness/subconsciousness/ego/higher self/all that is) to work in tandem.

Thank you, both! That actually makes me wonder, have any of you had a dream or AP with a stranger and later meet them in the physical world. I've never experienced it. The closest occasion I had was right before college I had a coffee grounds reading. I clearly saw 2 faces in my cup. They were smiling and cheerful. I didn't recognize them, but a few weeks later it turned out these were my 2 new room mates in the dorm. We had a blast the next 5 years. They were exactly as their faces portrayed them in my cup, very cheerful and always laughing.

I thought you may find this interesting. I've never had this type of a dream before.

The dream was very vivid and clear. I was at my childhood home. My mom (had passed away) was in the kitchen. On the kitchen table there was a small aquarium with a beautiful vibrant colorful fish. I leaned forward to see the fish up close and all of a sudden I felt its fins across my back and the fish was hugging me. It had become my size and was hugging me. I looked at my mom and she said "The fish hugged you, didn't it?" I said in amazement "yes, totally". The hug felt like a gentle, caring energy. I can still feel it now. Such a warm, loving, feeling!
Next thing I turn my back to the aquarium and I feel another hug. This time the fish had become a larger size than me and was hugging me from behind. I tilted my head backwards to look at it. Its head was above mine and the fish's face became that of a handsome young man with blue eyes and blond hair. I was astonished. He spoke to me and said "In a few days I will become human. Come and find me". Then it shrunk back as a fish in the aquarium. 
Next scene is a night time. I am outside in the back yard and I see a puddle of water. In the puddle I see the young man transforming into a full human. Then I woke up.

What an intense experience, EV! There is an Ancient Aliens episode dedicated to the significance of three. It's quite interesting. You said you were watching Ancient Aliens marathon and your prolonged focus was on ETs that day. Then you have the experience. When I focus intensely on ETs I always have unusual experiences whether physical or non-physical. When I was little and we discussed ETs and UFOs at home, shortly after unexplained noises around the house would start, or the door bell would ring but no one is at the door. 
I think what we focus on we attract, and since some ET civilizations are more developed and able to perceive multiple dimensions and energies, they can perceive our focus on them, desire to connect, and they respond to the sender one way or another according to the sender's ability to receive and perceive.

Great video, Frosty! Agree with every word. I suggest those who have fears to watch from 59:40 mark. We are already in the non-physical as we speak. We are not inside this body that serves as a protector. It's the other way around, this body is within our spirit. So, technically there can be no harm, but if someone believes they can be attacked or harmed they can create such psychological experience. There is nothing we need to do to protect observes either. If we believe that we need protection of sort, then we have the believe that we can be harmed. So, we have to take the time to truly understand existence, and then the  fears will fall off automatically.

I think the concept of evolution, going from point A to point B, does still exist

Oh yes, absolutely! Nothing is invalidated and our perception really depends on the point of view. But being aware of the bigger picture, you no longer keep your focus so narrow and your whole perception and experience changes.

Exciting experience, Tak! One time during AP I said to myself, lets create a chocolate cake and eat it. Wow, was it tasty, like 1000 times more enhanced sensation of taste. We think that our physical sensations are an attribute to the physical body only but they exist everywhere, we just have to think of what do we want to experience. The most used sense in the non-physical is vision. The physical body is the last down the line with the least levels of sensation intensity. When I returned from that AP, I could taste the chocolate cake in my mouth for a good 20 min. It was so strong that I had to get up and go to the store to get a chocolate cake haha.

What they teach me is to accept everyone's path, to never judge

You, my dear are an example how diversity teaches us. What seems as different than us really serves us to grow by leaps and bounds. If no one or nothing ever challenged us how would we discover more of ourselves? So, in a way they have agreed to cloak themselves with tons of filters to forget most everything except the core connection which is always present whether someone realizes it or not. To forget everything so they can experience something very particular, but also to help others discover more of themselves by interaction with their polarity. There is no such a thing as evolved soul or new soul. All consciousness exists simultaneously with no beginning and no end. Everything is ageless, infinite and eternal.

Last night I had a very vivid dream with defined elements.
The first dream started with a group of students showing up at my door and their teacher asking me if I can take them on a bus ride from which they can learn more about the various sights. Apparently I had a huge bus parked in my garage haha. I loaded the kids which were of various ages including teenagers. I took them on a short ride, but then I asked if someone else could drive the bus because the ride would be long and we have to take turns as this should be a shared responsibility. One of the older teens took the wheel. I was sitting next to him, he was driving well, but the road had many pedestrians. At one point he was approaching a group of people and with the sped he was driving I figured he would not stop on time without hitting them. Then I jumped and hit the  breaks. I asked who else had a license. Another boy came forward. I asked him how old he was and he said 18. I told him that he did not have enough experience to drive a big buss full of children. No one else stepped forward and then I told the teacher that I can take the kids back to my house and have them watch educational movies there in a safe environment until more drivers become enough experienced to be able to handle the bus safely.
When I woke up, the immediate information that came into my mind was that the bus represented Earth. The students represented the people on their various journeys to learn. The drivers represented those who drive Earth on a mass level to shift into higher demotions and helping the "kids" go along and learn enough for them to also be able to shift collectively. At this time Earth has many "drivers" but they need more experience to be able to help with Earth's shift. Until then the students as they themselves become experienced drivers will need to stay in a controlled environment for their own safety until they learn how to navigate. If there are more experienced drivers they can help the students accelerate their lessons. Earth is on a verge of a major positive shift and I see it inevitable as we have reached the threshold and the point of no return. But we can not rush. If we try to rush we may crash.

P.S. As I was typing the last word "crash" and clicked submit, the news reporter on TV said one second later "came crushing down". I immediately thought, yes that is an obvious synchronicity. We really have to be careful, have patience, realize how much can we handle at a time as a collective, and most of all help others. Keep helping the "kids". They may seem unruly and unable to understand, but just like a good teacher has patience and looks at what may seem negative from a positive perspective, we should as well. And some "kids" may need to repeat the classes and be left at other versions of Earth while others shift to higher versions. But that's ok, it's a part of the game. In other lifetimes, we are the ones left behind to repeat classes. And this is where the equality comes from. No matter what our roles may look like in this now, in another they may be reversed, so at the highest level we are all equal and this is how I look at everyone and everything.

What if the ETs are here because we have not changed enough, more wars, more exploitation of people and the planet etc... perhaps the ETs are out of patience for us to evolve as a species on our own and are now trying to "help" us along or to prevent us from destroying ourselves or the planet?

Exactly, but they cant force change of our mindset. We have to do it on our own. They can only help so much. Like a teacher should not do their students' homework, because the students then learn nothing and the teacher did them no favor, but triggered the opposite effect.

I understand all points, Frosty! I am just no longer thinking from a 3D perspective. Earth has been in these cycles of survival/resistance for so long and we can't get out of them. So, there must be something else that we need to realize and change our mindset for changes to take place. This is what the ETs are waiting on.

Agree with what she said, but I wouldn't focus on the "control of the government". We as a mass have created to experience that control in the first place. There shouldn't be finger pointing. If we keep doing that we are not proving that we are changing and by extension we will keep going in circles of oppression and victimization. We have to understand how manifestation works and look at every challenge from a positive perspective in order to trigger change. A different reaction of the same problem that ahs been happening is the ONLY way to trigger change that will align to our reaction. Lets ask ourselves, what is the benefit of creating experience of government control? The answer is to discover more of who we are, our intelligence, strength, fearlessness, power. We have also agreed to hold space for those who are realizing this at a slower rate. Until we are ready as a mass and tip the scale, there will be no open contact or disclosure. No judgment on those who appear behind. Patience and understanding is key to change our own selves and raise our frequencies. Without full compassion and absence of judgment we cant go higher. There are so many discussions, videos, podcasts, etc on the subjects but I am still seeing the negative aspect of blaming someone or something, where in reality what we observe is a reflection of our own selves, so we have to ask ourselves, what do I need to change within myself in order to change the reflection even on a mass level and level of observation.

To keep it simple, the ETs will reveal themselves openly when they decide to do so. No one and nothing can stop them, but the fact that they are not, tells us that we are not ready.

So, I imagine that I'm in a kind of illusory shell that doesn't let me see true reality, and I break it. I also imagine that my body is Light, and my surroundings are also Light, and there's no difference between us - it's the same Light. It always works. Thank you!

Beautiful, Tak! What I imagine and feel is that every particle of my physical and body and spirit is intertwined with everything in the multiverse with its all aliveness and beings and we all feel the very pulse of togetherness. And I KNOW that this is not just imagination that has no actual substance. It IS the reality. What we see with our 3D eyes is the illusion. And the more I focus on it the more I actually feel its actuality   and it makes me smile and feel all soft and mushy in my heart. The bliss is indescribable.

For those who feel alone.

I don't know how much I believe that.  Doesn't that mean that everything we do is pre-determined?  I believe in free will.  How do those two concepts reconcile?

In my opinion is all free will on physical and non-physical level. We just cant understand through our 3D perception just how free we are and how manifestation, creating in the template reality, etc really work.

Yes, but what if another's negative belief's (Karma) finds you by chance? And... what if that receiving person is not negative etc... Are both parties carefully orchestrated lessons? Or can there be unfortunate exposure to another's bad Karma?

Ah, there are no accidents, chances or good luck/bad luck. Everything is orchestrated for reasons that test/teach all involved.

I know many here don't believe in Karma, but I'm not so quick to dismiss it. I guess Karma could be put into the category of like (behavior) attracts like (behavior). 

Karma is simply what you put out you get back. This also applies not only to intentional harm or negative thoughts towards others, but also your own beliefs. If you have negative beliefs about yourself, self worth issues, jealousy, greed, weakness, fears, etc, these also reflect into your personal reality. You may be the nicest person in the world, but if you have fears and low self esteem, you will attract like events because you are directing these diminishing thoughts towards your own self.  But that's a part of the learning process.

A really nice video of the Beings and Entities of the Astral Realm. The video also discusses the various Planes of Existence and how to remain protected in these Realms. Many references are made to Yogananda and other Ascended Masters.

This video is overall good, but I think it's time for us to be approaching things from a timeless perspective and not linear. I know it's hard to comprehend from a 3D perspective but we have t take this direction to progress further.
Another thing is the approach of negativity. The way this video portrays the astral realms and its inhabitants including evil and negative entities and potential harm will scare many people who are relatively new to the topic. They will buy into this concept and will even be scared to die because they wont have a physical body to return to and will be exposed to all kinds of energies out there. The reality is that all these experiences are simulations, nothing can ever harm us and we need to approach the whole negs thing first having people realize their OWN power and the simulation aspect and that they can NEVER be harmed unless they chose to create simulation applicable experience. But there is NO TRUE evil. God is All that IS including what we perceive as negative. There is nothing outside of God/existence. Everything is equal. We only define it as something based on our beliefs. Again, I am looking at things from the highest timeless perspective. We have to start getting out of our boxes of compartmentalization. Everyone as an oversoul has many "negative" characters within. We are all everything, from angels to demons, so everything is equal. We only define differences form our current point of focus which is so small that cant even be measured in the frame of infinity. .

We have been discussing the importance of kindness on another thread. I then came across this video and thought I would post. Now I am not a fan of greedy, superficial, or selfish actors that are focused strictly on the physical world's attractions and their own self image. However, I am a fan of those that are clearly operating on a different principle, that are deep souls that GIVE BACK. I was sad to see Johnny Depp go through all that publicly. In the end he persevered through all the challenges and moved on with his life.

He is a shining example of people that use their talents and fame to make a difference. In this case he is putting a smile on cancer patients faces and lighting up their lives. He visits many hospitals in full Captain Sparrow makeup and costume. Pure compassion and kindness given to the sick and medically vulnerable. It is no coincidence that he is known to be very spiritual. A very impressive journey he is on.

The light can unfortunately draw the attention of the dark, for whatever reasons or lessons. It's always important to process life's challenges, learn from them and move on. We all have life's challenges. To me, once they are processed and all that is learned, I file them away and live in the present without them negatively influencing my progress. When I see others do this, it is very evident. The light just resumes and shines through them.

 

Johnny Depp is a gem! Captain Jack Sparrow is one of my favorite characters. I even have one of his quotes in my signature, which to me is a core truth and if people can understand the true meaning behind it, they will understand the mechanics of manifestation.
