Welcome to Dreams! / GUIDES

Hey guys! Thanks for replying to my post. I do have a tendency to beleive that my dreams are more then just a part of my imagination. (wishful thinking, perhaps!) I know that I probably won't find these people again, if they were real. The main thing is that I learned something from it, and got experience battling (even if it was a fake battle).  It could be that I'm training myself for projection in dreamworlds.   Hmmmm...

The first guy who came to me was Steve. He was a white guy in his mid twenties.  He had bleach blonde hair, skinny/ slightlychubby (he was tall, so he could pull that off)        The guy in this dream was John.  He seemed to be a bit older ...30ish. He was a light skinned black man, maybe mixed. He was masculine. He could hide his emotions well behind a poker face.     ...Have any ideas?

any ideas? If not, that's ok!

I'm a little late in replying to this. I have been trying to increase my awareness of conscious life while dreaming. I find it annoying that I can only remember a few facts of my life in the dream. I think a lot more is possible. I would like to get to a point where I can have an awareness of my life. It's funny, I may dream of my house, then wake up knowing it wasn't really MY house! Some things come and go. Maybe if we take a little time and dedication, more will be possible!

Hi guys! I've been having lucid dreams for about six years now. I definantly have to say that I get better results when I'm putting an effort into it. If you're practicing Bruce's NEW system, and raising energy, your skills will improve greatly.      So, you both meditate, huh? I also do a little meditation from time to time.  What kind of meditation do you practice? There are probably more forms then I'm aware of.  There's dynamic med. where you imagine something happening (and it's supposed to actually happen, like magic).  Then there's a normal med.: having a quiet mind and being perseptive.  Write back! I'm curious to find out what people are doing!          LD

Ashley! How's it going? I'm afraid I can't of much help interpretting your dream.  I'm not the kind of person to flip through a dream book and look for symbolism. Everyone's different, so the same dream will have a different meaning for everyone. Know what I mean? What you described to me seemed like a nightmare. How does the dream make you feel? Did anything bad ever happen to your brother? I found that the best answers are within yourself. Sometimes dreams reflect whats happening in real life.  I'd love to hear about the other dream you had in mind.  Also that paralisis thing you mentioned ...have you heard of paralisis related to astral projection? Sometimes you can perceive those kind of things while still dreaming.   ...Hey, can you read something I wrote and tell me what you think? Nobody's replied yet. It's in the dream section, titled: Euphoria after death       Write back! LD

Hey Ashfo! I checked out your entry.  Interesting stuff! I find It's quite cool that you were having a dirty dream, then became lucid. Usually it's the other way around.  It's impressive that you haven't been into it that long and already seeing results! There are different levels of consciousness within a dream. Sometimes, you'll have just a slight idea that you're dreaming. Other times, it can be a wonderful, long fantasy. It helps to keep a journal, so you can learn to recognize repeated patterns or symbols. Key factors are belief and memory. You said that you were reading up on it. Do you have a book? The book I read was by Stephen Laberge. It was a good read. Write back!

Hey Ryno! What's happenen? I'm only a few hours away from Sedona. It's gorgeous there! The mountains are many shades of red. I haven't experienced any weird occurances there. I live in the city, so the atmosphere is different. The air is clean, and feels more energetic. It's an awesome place to be. I have been curious to find out what it would be like to project to a high energy location. Has anyone tried?

Hi everyone! I'm new here. Reading the messages, you all seem like such nice people! I couldn't resist repying to this one.  Metaphysics have become a big part of my life latey. My name isn't all that strange, I guess.  Lucid dancer  First word relates to my passion for having lucid dreams.  For those of you not aware of what a LD is... anytime you realize you're in the middle of a dream and you can take control.  It's a wonderful playgroud for the imagination!     The second word in my name... well, I'm not supposed to mention sexually related material!

Hey there! It's good that you're looking for that book. It is incredibly awesome. It will blow all other OBE books out of the water! I haven't seen it on shelves recently, but if you go to any of the local book stores, they can order it for you. I've even bought extras for friends to read!
