If it begins to physically hurt you, just stop. No harm, no foul, the time was likely not right for you!
This is how I feel about spicy food, but I just keep eating it... :/

You have my respect for tackling this. I'd probably give it a shot back in America if I had the money for nice looking fresh vegetables. Not really for much reason beyond curiosity.

As for here in China... I think I would die if I couldn't eat meat. One meal can include so many animals, a member of PETA would perform hara-kiri out of pure defeat and obligation.

That sounds AMAZING! Wow... Imagine following a score and everything... And how it evolved while you were listening to it.

I've heard music a few times. Beautiful melodies and I followed every note, trying to take it in. In the waking I normally have a difficult time following different voices at the same time, but I could take in every line of each voice and instrument without any problems. An unequaled feeling. Once I fully awaken, however, it's gone and I can no longer even remember the melody. It can be rather haunting. But beautiful...

I'm still waiting to see Szaxx as a dragon threatening to invade China via the Great Wall. o_o

When I have been very sick, especially with a fever, I can fall out of sorts with sleep and that can cause all sorts of craziness. Usually it's an irritating looping of dreams or finding myself spontaneously OBEing or finding myself keep popping out in a very uncomfortable irritating way. Whatever happens, I'd hardly call it fun @_@ Gah!

Says the man regurgitating his own face... ;)

Great stuff!

Directly regarding "spreading the word", I have an issue with that.

Back in college, I knew most of the international students and I would hang around with them. They have this thing set up with "host families". I thought it was a wonderful idea! The students would get to be invited over to an American family's house for special events/holidays so they would see first hand American culture. Sometimes the group of families would all get together and have parties. I thought it was AWESOME.

Then I made the mistake of asking what got them interested in becoming host families.

"We've saved 7 souls so far"

What the excrement? You are being nice to these international students to CONVERT them?

I was disgusted. Can't people do things out of the goodness in their hearts?

Apparently after the parties they would bring them to church and sometimes be a bit forceful about it. My husband came home one day with a T-Shirt saying something about Jesus saving him on it. He's atheist and really didn't care, but it irks me. After that I started talking to the international students saying "It's fine if you WANT to, but don't let ANYONE force you to change your beliefs. If they get mad at you for it, they can shove it. You're not being rude by not converting."

Makes me sad :(

If that's the case, I must have a pretty bad astral criminal record :/

Someone scares me? Ha...

Haha, Bedeekin... you had me wondering for a moment there. ooooh! I can't wait to see! xD

Fairywindblues - Now if only I could draw the other characters... They always look so ridiculous @_@ aiii!

A specific event was not explained, at least as of yet. The characters know it was a blend of technology, humanity overstepping their boundaries and the action was punished.

If you are constantly looking over your shoulder and keep asking "what if", then you are missing something important in your own personal life.

Indeed... Spending each moment engrossed by the "end all" isn't for everyone. At it doesn't necessarily make anyone any more or less intelligent for it.

One of my favorite quotes as said by Socrates: The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing.

To me, nothing rings more true. It is humbling and makes the world so much more amazing.

They'd probably be labeled as a terrorist :/

One of the challenges and beauties of our life here on this planet is that there is so much we do not know and understand. I think a lot of the point would be lost if we knew. Our experience here is an adventure.

On a personal level, I don't want to ever fully understand everything. That would be too boring. Exploration is just too much fun!

What is that saying? It's not about the destination, it's about the journey there.

Hm... The last video he shared sums it up pretty much in a nutshell. :) Awestruck!

I was just doodling... Happy with this one so I took a picture with my web cam! It's Azriel, a character from my book. She is rather confused at the moment. o_o;

I'd be insensitive if I bad talked people who followed organized religion. There are plenty of beautifully good people who are part of organized religion. It just doesn't float my particular boat. I don't wanna imply it's a negative thing, or that people mostly turn to it because of fear.

its_all_bad - Oh no way! The original is AMAZING. The voice on that woman is like SNAP!

Szaxx - I suppose when the time comes, I'll do what needs to be done. :) I wonder if they will continue to evolve in the direction they're going or it'll spin off on a tangent. Curious, curious....

I would be terrified if I knew 100% about anything whatsoever. o_o;;

Have you tried getting to know her? If you are meant to be, you should try from your heart, not necessarily meditating to attract her to you :/

If I think about anyone a bunch they tend to pop up or be mentioned in my dreams. The subconscious tends to pull from what we think about during the way.

There is also intent and want. If you want to see evidence in your dreams that you are making progress with her, chances are you will see it.

I'm not trying to be deterring. I'm just opening up the possibilities. I wish you luck!

Relax. Don't make expectations. Observe. Surrender and allow. Yeah, I think I might have stolen that saying from someone... :)
#94
Are you completely relaxed? Not tensing up? Not quite sure where pain would come in to play. Are you afraid? Sometimes fear can do strange things and create strange sensations.

How can we know what it means to feel really good if we do not know what it means to feel truly bad. A utopian world may be great for those currently existing in a physical form but they are being shortchanged on experiences need to grow.

This is so true... If I didn't have some of the lows I've encountered in my life (and it has gotten pretty darn low), I would have been missing valuable lessons. As much as those times trialed me and how bad I hurt, I would not be the person I am today without them. And I'm no masochist. :)
#96
Oh, that is beautiful... and I love the quotes... *favorites*

What about our higher self as a guide? Or aspects of ourselves that rise up to help us from our subconscious? Perhaps they're not always external entities looking around for people they wanna give a hand. In that case... look within.
#98
OH! OH! OH!!!!! I'd better get started writing then!!! :D

I'm about half way through part 3. Then there's part 4 to do.

You can see where especially one of the characters was inspired. ;)

OH! SO GIDDY!!! Where's my notebook!!! :D

If I could heal and not feel pain, wouldn't that take away a lot of the dire-ness? That's not the word I'm looking for... I wouldn't have as high of steaks. Hm... Or stakes rather. The other is a bit too meaty.

Oh, and Szaxx, new surprise for you on youtube! :)

I stopped identifying myself to a "religion" per say because I refused to be part of something that believed that good people who didn't follow their exact "protocols" would go to "hell".

If that's the case, I would rather go there with other good people than float on some cloud.

I put that rather bluntly and what is ironic is that faith has led me to believe that. Fear can lead straight to the bandwagon. It can take faith to take your own path. Where some might see it as a lack of faith, haha.

Faith is a necessity that keeps us going and it is how we accept and make sense of this world. It is a wonderful and beautiful thing, but unfortunately it can be destructive as well.
