Ap Friends,

This is weird - just a few minutes ago I was reaching for my mobile mate san disk card that holds 164 mp3 songs. Before even inserting the usb card into the pc I started hearing "Sweet Emotion" by Aerosmtih. Guess what song started playing....:)  I do not know why I was thinking about this song or the importance of the music precognition.  I know sometimes if I am listening to the radio in the car and scanning radio stations its common to think of a certain song. -- but this is definitely the first...

Anyone ever experience this...

I  know this is a post that's a little out there but it dawned on me the other day and I figured that I would throw this out there.

Has anyone tried farting in the astral world, relieving themselves #1 and #2? I personally never have, but wondered if  one did break wind, would you see the spirit of the fart, elements that are composed etc....etc.

I purchased the XV6600 pocket pc a few days ago and it has the capability to capture video. Well, I decided to try this morning inducing a projection and it occurred from the dream state to astral. I was talking with my friend Mendel and he mentioned that I could possibly narrate my journals using video and audio. So thats something that might be possible and upcoming (just got to figure out real simple software for editing that won't be a challenging learning curve) -- anyone can suggest that would be great...

Anyways, here's the experience written down in basic.


11/4/2005
Time: between 11:00AM - 11:15AM
Subject: Superman

1. High School - walking thru hallways
2. Passed this girl that I thought I knew. Conversed
about something, not sure.
3. Went to a classroom, other students around. Opened the door a little but this other student male prevented me from going in.
4. I realized school semisters changed and different class. Like I was looking around for someone I use to know.
5. Turned back and walked down the hallway with sunglasses on. Some kids took notice and thought I was trying to play cool with remarks. I kept to myself and thought I could say that I had a problem with my eyes with light.
6. Went outside, found myself at my ole elementary school henry ruff. Students were all around walking. I jumped into the air to test my flight and became conscious
7. Remembered students below me taking notice of my flight and swooped down and picked up this girl. She in turn turned into superwoman.
8. As I transcended a little higher I then changed to superman.
9. Met up with this girl - we engaged - Soft tushy and lost consciousness.

Next week I will be meeting with a priest who married my wife and I. The priest and I will be getting together to discuss lucid dreams/astral projection and the bible.

So far I've asked the priest if he felt that dreams were a legitimate christian tool of communication and he answered "Yes". He also, explained that he had on occasion experiencing communication with God through dreams. He also took the time to point out that the bible references dreams/trance all through out.

Has anyone here taken the time to interview and research this? I do want to handle this with kid gloves and not persuade him to thinking that OOBE is negative or occult. But anyone have suggestions or questions that I can ask (besides the norm).

I went to bed around 3am after logging off the computer
with inspiration to leave my body. Due to the fact of
reading material that I've found on the internet
"information highway" which deals with seeing auras, higher
plane levels and metaphysics.

Around 7:45am I awakened from sleep to the physical
world which I went to the bathroom then grabbed a bottle of
pepsi from the kitchen. Sitting down by my computer
in my room I started to explore the internet and chatted
with a few friends. Around 8:30am I decided to head back to
and to engage in a astral projection.



I-Vi.

Not going into great detail of my experiences in
this project, but they started out in the back of my house
or in the front suspended in air. The usual process is
waking up in the vibration state being electrocuted then
leaving the physical body from my bed then exploring the
astral world.

I can remember clearly that my choice was unlimited of
what there was for me. About four of my experiences was just
flying around, traveling in the directions south east/west,
looking up at the clouds and the houses below me. In one
of my experiences I tried once again to travel south west
but accidentally hit a few electrical lines which seem to
barricade my direction. So I flew back towards my house but
into the neighbor's backyard which I noticed a little kids
pool.

Walking over to the pool that was in front of the
garage, my desire was to take a dip into the water. There
was no one around from what I could tell but still that fear
factor was in me about taking my clothes off in daylight and
fearing that someone would see me. This time I was able to
reason with myself and could distinguish between the two
worlds. Silently thinking to myself "Ahh,if someone see's me
it's going to happen, but in the physical world I wouldn't
be caught doing something like this in daylight".

There I stood removing my clothes, naked in my unity
standing above the kids pool waiting to jump in. When I
jumped into the pool of water I was submerged under water
where I was able to breath and see clearly. Although my
consciousness was wavering it was time to surface in which
I didn't want to return back to my body. As I surfaced,
water splashed in the air which I was hitting the water
with my hands. While that happened I saw a image appear
in front of me taking shape or could have been like a vision
of some sort from the water that was suspended in front of
me... This is all I was able to bring back from this
experience, but one of the other experience took place in a
metropolitan city.

I noticed this lady on her balcony looking around and
down from her high rise apartment. So I swooped down from
my flight to talk with her for a few minutes and for no
reason we just clicked naturally and feel in love
instantly. She grabbed my hand tightly while we looked
towards the sky as we both ascended into the nights sky
taking flight.

We cruised around buildings, looking down at
the streets as they were occupied with cars, people, lights
shinning. I believe that some of the buildings from my
knowledge were from Chicago, but felt as if I was in new
york. It was as if we were acting out a scene from superman
where me and lois lane were flying in the air together
thru the city and then into the clouds.

Now, this last experience I found myself in a field
which was a part of this school. I'm not to sure but I
believe it was my old elementary school that I attended in
the days of my childhood. From what I can remember is that I
bumped into this friend of mine who passed on about eight
years ago due to taking his own life on a dare with friends.

His name was Terry Jacobs in which I met him in junior
high school that was twelve years ago. Terry and I were
close as friends, but when my mom and dad didn't like the
fact of me hanging around him because he was trouble. After
I resented the fact that I couldn't hang around Terry , I
argued with them but after a few months I started to see
reason. In high school he was always a trouble maker,
smoking dope, possibly chemical drugs too, getting suspended
from school. Although Terry and I went our separate ways, we
will always be friends in heart and mind.

(((No Matter What They Say!!))

Getting back to my experience, I accidentally bumped
into Terry in which right away I knew exactly what I wanted
to say, ask and tell him how much he was missed. Terry
looked very good for someone who passed on from the physical
world, still in my eyes there was youth with that gleam of
happiness upon his face when he would look at me in the
physical world. I gave Terry a big hug and explained to him
how I missed him from the physical life wishing him back. I
also told him that what happened back then between us as
friends, I apologized and that it was my parents decision.

Also explaining to Terry that his death, I didn't look
at it in a negative nor a upset. It just happened in
which you have to try harder, possibly in the next life if
you get the chance. Terry replied to me that this world that
he was in is very hard, just walking around aimless about at
times, but he told me that he was alright. Also, I believe
he did tell me that there would be a second chance to relive
again on earth. While walking with Terry in this field all
of a sudden it dawned on me to ask him about previous
experiences that we've met in the past to see if he
would know.

Either I mentioned something to him about the last
place we met then Terry finished the rest of the story or it
could have been the other way around. But the verification
was there to where we both knew that there couldn't be
anything else to question the nature of our true identities
and meeting in the past.


Note: if this was a thought form cloning Terry or just a
dream, at least my questions have been answered and that
I was able to finally get a chance to keep my logic and
reason in tact while in this conversation in another
awareness.

Lately, I've been listening to Stephen Laberge to understand the scientific view of the out of body experience vs lucid dream consciousness.

Doing a little research on-line and checking to see if the vibrations during the trance state were ever recorded in the brain activity. I question if this has been mentioned or proved during the lucid dream or oobe.

Anyone at home tested this theory? I know from my test that I am able to project, feel the vibes and my wife who is holding me doesn't feel a thing. But this is not to say what advance technology can record for brain activity.

Your thoughts are welcomed.

whats to say that our obe's in waking state or from the rem is nothing more then lucid dream?

i've been experiencing APs for around 17yrs now. always, the question arises about lucid dream (stephen laberge) and astral projection (robert bruce and others). my question to fire out here is why don't these practitioners like bruce, frank, bulham, swann set themselves up into a dream lab with stephen laberge and run the tests and see what unfolds?.

i know there's been swann being able to view other rooms while  projecting or remote viewing. - why can't today's greats come forward and give it the challenge?

Time: 3:00pm - 3:30pm
"Reality Change & The Alien"


Awakened from a dream thinking that I was getting up
for work. Looking at the vcr in the basement and the time
showed 1:11 (am or pm not known) but in the physical the was
3:00pm - 3:30pm. So I got up off of the couch where I was
sleeping, walked the stairs having difficulties climbing
the steps. Made it up the stairs and everything was dim and
dark in which I decided to cruise to my room then to my moms
office tax room.

Turning on the lights to my moms room, I saw a empty
room with the walls colored differently. My moms desk was
there, along with a telephone on the desk. So I sat down at
at my moms desk and decided to call downstairs to leave a
attempted message for verification. Everything was very
clear, colorful, distinct and peaceful all around me

Starting to realize that I was out and that this was the
first time that I successfully turned on the light switch
and have shine light in the room was a miracle. Traveling
out of my house and then to the outside to view nature, but
in my eyes perception, it was a little different from normal
view.

When looking with my eyes at the nature, my view also
was a slice of the sky, cut like a piece of pie with errie
dark clouds. I looked around for white fluffy clouds so
that I could search for blue skies. Finally, I saw White
fluffy clouds in the south east that reflected my
destination to meet my world. Then I saw a burning
yellowish-fire around this man, woman or it, but for now I
will call it a "Alien".  This alien's body texture color was
white, almost like the color of white paper or milk that you
drink.

So this alien that I so call, spoke to me saying
"Follow me", in which I raced after the alien to catch up
with it.  When I finally caught up to the alien, it'd
changed presence to a good friend of mine who happens to be
Jeff Borton from high school. Now, after catching up to Jeff
"The Alien", my perception changed to a world that defies
description. No physical buildings, no clouds, land, that
were around me anymore, but all I could see was a world that
was reddish-yellow clouds, gases surrounding everywhere that
would rise into the air.

I decided to turn back to home flying north-west and
again my perception changed to a world of static
electricity that you see on tv sets. Then I was amazed
because I found the boundaries between the physical world
and the world of static electricity. I saw the dividing line
that separates these two worlds and also passed my hands
between the boundaries.

Jeff the alien was explaining some scientific formula in
technical terms which I couldn't grasp. As I explained to
Jeff "Speak English" and after that I was so excited where I
lost my consciousness returning me back to home base.

Projection I-

The first experience was nothing but getting out and flying down
the street and at a  cool cruising speed!!


Projection II -

Anyways, so far I've had two experiences this morning. The
second was one beautiful. To sum it up w/o a long detailed drawn
out journal..:)  Felt my silver chord, passed my hands thru the
computer desk rack, thru a door, also on the roof. Was in a wide
open area in the street, heard classical music from bach called
'Simply Gifts' and felt the love, felt the vibes and transcended
higher. Everything around was static, kinda of dark. I did see
figures in the background/foreground on the sides of my vision
but couldn't make it out.

I came back from this level and was back on the street again. At
the time, I thought I had awakened but was able to rationalize
that I was still out *cool*. Did a "no-no" and engaged in sex
with this old high school girl. Tried using the higher level
concentration and feeling the love and joy from the music -
nothing happened.

I decided to return back to the house to look for the playing cards and end the experience. Card wasn't on the back door so I traveled to the front door passing my three dogs in the utility room. Started to look at my scottish terrier Leroy and he started to bark. About 1 min later I awakened to Leroy barking in the physical.

I believe Leroy was able to see or feel my presence while obe.

Leroy probably kept on barking for about 30mins until I had to
go in the utility room (physically) to see what the story was.
He then calmed down.... I question if he thought that I was in harm or had died...

Anyone here ever experienced the vibrations while someone was trying to wake you up? - what would happen? do you think sleep parasys would set in?  when the person trying to wake you up, would they think you are in a coma?

For the last two months now, I've been using binaural beats from the brain wave generator web site www.bwgen.com to assist with astral projection. So far, I've not seen any results except that I'm put down into a deep rest-full sleep. However, the mental programming and audio listening to the binaural beats could possibly help for future development.

Night after night, I kept the repetitive cycle of falling asleep, not getting anywhere with this method. I've tried setting the alarm clock 20mins after when the binaural music stops to awake me.

What I did figure out is this.

Alarm Clock Technique

1. Music is too relaxing and hypnotic which puts me to a deep sleep.

2. If I set the alarm to go off different times, the music doesn't well
to awaken.

3. Its best to use a sound that is annoying that will wake you up.

4. Set the alarm clock first to go off 30mins when you start to sleep.

5. Set the alarm clock after that 22mins, 30mins, 15mins, 37mins.
Break up the pattern. This will fool your mental mind and off-set your
physical sleep pattern.

6. Make sure that you allow the alarm clock to continuously sound. Do not
allow the option for snooze. Otherwise, you will more likely fall asleep.

7. When you exercise the motion of falling asleep then awaken to the
alarm clock. Imagine you are curled up into a little ball, or pretend
that your a log. Feel, visualize, sense and start moving in a spinning
or rolling motion.

8. While your physical is falling to sleep, you are keeping your mind active
and aware. Usually, about the time your body falls to sleep is the point
where the vibrations occur. You can distinctly tell off in the distance
that the vibrations will be far away. Pull them closer which will start to
increase. Note: Although this you are still exercising rolling and
spinning around.

9. When the vibrations hit a certain level of comfort, it is now time to exit.

10. The method that I've used time and time again is just to roll right off
the bed and onto the bed to separate from the physical. Sometimes, I
just spin quickly and outward float.

11. Once you are out of body, the best thing to do is get far away as
possibly and keep moving.

The important thing about this technique is that it will require patience, incredible will power. It might sound easy to do but takes great strength to awake during the night at random times.

Here's a question and something to debate over. Imagine if we had world peace. What would it be like? Do you think God would pull the plug on our civilization/ the world and re-start over again?

Maybe this is something that God wants us as humans to figure out and when we do get to the level or world peace. it could possibly be the end?

I am thinking through astral projection - maybe this is a way for people to understand about them-shelves and others around.

An hour has past after my first projection. Somehow,
someway I recognized my location and present in a hospital. Along
with me was my wife Katie and my brother Brian. We were looking
for my mom in the hospital.

We had split up to search the hospital building. I can recall flying in
the hallways on my stomach, on my back trying to impress and
freely floating about.

Finding my way to the lobby of the hospital, the television news were
present with video cameras. It appeared that the news were interviewing
or broadcasting a story from the hospital. When I arrived the group of
people standing around this news broadcast diminished. I questioned this
and reasoned that this was the end of the broadcast.

Still searching for my mom in the hospital room. Flying down hallways , searching I was able to
recognize a certain structured pattern of what hallway would lead me to me
my moms room.  Opening the door to the hospital room where my mom was, I finally succeeded
in finding my mom. Along with her was a man in a electric wheel chair. My mom was in a bed that
was able to adjust by up and down along with mobility.

This other patient that was in the room with my mom where she made friends with. The patient
had lost his arms and legs that were replaced with robotics.
Also, his body torso up to his head looked in bad condition. His head almost reminded me of the
robocop face. I had a conversation with this patient and we talked about for a bit. Some parts of the
conversation were sketchy, but towards the end I asked if he was able to feel my hand while I held his.
I felt a little surge of energy trickle between our touch which surprised me. The patient started to cry and
said to him "Its okay.. you are alive and you will be okay!". the patient said "yes, he was able to feel to and
sense me holding his hand". I could feel the mechanical structure, fingers of his hand.

Leaving the room, I searched for other patients. I found myself in a waiting room where other patients
were at. this one patient was all robotic, but had a human heart. I can remember quite clear the patient telling me "lets get this over with, what do you want to know and how I became like this". --  after that I lost consciousness and awakened.

Note: My mom was admitted to the garden city hospital due to breathing conditions and a infection that night. I feel that this was a precognitive astral projection along with a  Using love, caring, and shifting the persons consciousness is the retrieval.

My wife and I went to see this movie today and from my experience it was a good one. Although, the comparison between a real oobe, nde and this movie is not what its about, but more a less a movie close like Ghost.

I did enjoy the parts about the after-life, visual effects, and storyline. Something to share and pass on. I guess my biggest question to the AP group is this: Has anyone had anything happen to them as portrayed like this in movie Just like Heaven or Ghost?

"Just Like Heaven" is light, pleasing and well worth seeing. Sure, the story has its sappy moments, but the two leads and a fine cast of supporting players will make you overlook any faults it may contain. For the most part, it lives up to its title.

Time: 9:45am - 10:14am
Subject: Higher Plane Level Contact

1. So far I was able to use the bgwen using the vibe starter preset,
but after it was over with. I imagined a round wheel that had gold around
its edges, and the spokes were a silver texture. I had placed my hands
on this wheel that appeared in front of me in my minds eye and was able
to rotate while turning. Able to spin myself around this object the vibes
came and they were pleasant!

2. First time I tried projecting I was not able to see anything
and I was pulled back

3. Second time projecting during the void of blackness I could
feel the vibes and upon exit I knew my intent - the playing
cards and higher level. I was able to finally able see and I
went thrusting for the door to view the card. I was able tp go
so far to the door that I almost was pulled back. Good thing for
my computer desk self unit I grabbed onto it to embrace myself
and control. After that, I verified the playing card - I saw a
ace of diamond / 2 of diamond. In real life it was 4 of spades.

4. I decided to cruise from the backroom to the kitchen. I saw
my dog Leroy Brown  in a cage in the kitchen. Also, the house was
decorated beautifully. There was a wooden floor, purple couch,
kinda of retro 70-80's decor. When I looked to see the card on
the door, it wasn't there. I could only see notes written from
my wife with hearts on it.

5. I didn't waste time, exited the front door and found myself
in the backyard of my house and not mom/dads..:)  I brought the
music on of the karate kid and started to feel vibes kicking in
and imagined love. Transcending to the clouds and higher
everything completely changed.

6. There was a brief moment of darkness and then I was hovering
above a futuristic city/landscape. Kinda of reminded a little
bit like the the cities you would see in star wars movies. There
were vehicles in the air whizzing by in air traffic and beautiful
magnificent structured pyramid shaped buildings.

I know there was more but very difficult to describe. During this higher
level projection it was nigh time and when I first started out in my
experience it was daytime.


I'll keep working with the vibe bgwen preset and set my alarm
to awake me 10mins after the preset has completed.

The impressive thing about what I was able to do today is.

1. Know my intent and objective
2. The card experiment
3. Getting outside of the house and hearing the karate kid
  orchestration movement.
4. Recall on the scene from the Field Of Dreams where Ray asks
  his dad would you play catch. That right there sent the
  vibes through my body. I could feel them tingle - it rocked!
5. Transcended like a rocket upward and there was a void of
  gray haziness, filter with purple, blue and darkness.
6. After that, WOW! just f(*&*(k WOW!!  - excuse my tongue.


What beautiful world!!

Here's a detailed journal of the video astral projection that I recorded on 3/5/1996. I reviewed the tape last night and refreshed my viewing of the event. A lot of people have been asking me about being able to see the video for themselves. I have no problems in doing so, but first I need to buy the video capture card and transfer the vhs tape to .wmv / mpeg format. I'll then ask the mods to post the video on-line to where its accessible and give a link for download.

To be exact, it took me 9mins 37 seconds to enter the trance state with the vibrations running their course, heavy and painful. My face expressions you can see a sudden jolt when the vibrations kicked in. During the tape recording there was no signs of REM that I could see.

Begining to end of the experience it starts when the vibrations first take plce and when I finally awake physically. The total running time is 8 mins 34 seconds. The time of the experience in the astral seemed 2-3 minutes, but in the physical it was 8 mins and 34 seconds to be exact. So I guess that time is accelerated in the astral while in the physical is slow?

Well, anyways here's the journal in its glory. I can't wait until I get the ip cameras and do more research with this. Do I believe that astral projection exists "Yes" and we are able to survive outside of the body after death or during physical life "Yes". Why the need to experiment? - Its my analytical mind and curiosity to test,experiment, and hopeful my data will help others along their path.

*To VHS Video Tape!*


Note: To bend light is a metaphor that I heard in a movie of making oneself invisible. Also, the time on the VHS video was super long play, hence duration time of the experience was longer then sequence of events.


For the last past 4 months I've been trying to capture on VHS video tape a astral-projection, but there have been many attempts of failure due to many variables. I believe that the camera is a mental barrier in the way of my astral projections in trying to capture it on video tape, but tonight I changed that.

I was downloading a few files to my Macintosh computer and decided
to leave the lights on in my room with the video camera recording. I'd say that it took me about ten minutes to enter the hypnotic state, how I get there I really don't know, I just wake up while my body is asleep and I have the ability to bend light.


Once I awakened into the hypnotic state I knew that the camera was
recording so I tried the following experiments:

Screaming "Rush, I'm here, or Ahhhhhhhhh...."
Waving my hands in front of me

Feeling the vibrations and making them stronger

From that point on I fell to the floor hitting the side of the bed really
hard feeling the pain and making a loud noise. I could feel the sensation of
being pulled back to the physical body but I was able embrace myself
against the bed to resist the pull. While looking around the room I didn't
get the chance to see if the video camera was there or if my physical body
was there either.

Looking at the door entrance to my room, I decided to bring
the door to me without mobility, once I was at the door I cruised down
to the hallway and into the front room. The front room was pitch black
and very hard to see the details of the room, also the only thing I could
really see was the front door. I made it to the front door but was
immediately pulled back to the physical body, from there I awakened with
a little confusing of what took place, shook my head like I was in a trance or something.. I knew that I succeeded in recording the physical body while my soul was able to bend light.

First thing I did was rewind the tape on the camera to view
the physical body movements during the astral-projection. I wasn't
expecting to see much but I managed to keep calm while the tape was
rewinding.

Looking thru the camera eye-lens I saw my physical body just as if I was sleeping, I could see a few movements of my body but nothing
extraordinary. I also saw that I was raising my arm up in the air a little bit like I was batting something away, like a fly for example.

About ten seconds before awakening my eyes opened up for about 5 seconds then closed, after that again my eyes opened then I shook my head like I was in a trance or a spell and reality came to me of what just took place.

4:47am My body jerked once which you also could see it on the facial
expression. (Note: This is when the vibrations hit )

4:49am Head turns to the right.

4:49am Seconds later I raise my hand a little bit to scratch my face then
the hand rests itself upon the chest.

4:52am Light jerk of my head.

4:53am My head moves a little bit.

4:53am Seconds later my arm lifts a little bit up in the air to
bat away something. Example: like batting away a fly.

4:56am Heads turns back into original position, eyes open for a few
seconds, eyes look around then instantly close.

4:56am Eyes open again, shook my head back n fourth which looked
like I was hypnotized or in a trance state that I had just
snapped out of. I saw on my face that I was thinking of what
just happened, took a few seconds to realize than I jumped
out of bed anxiously to see the playback of the recorded
astral-projection.

Once again.. the analytical mind is stirring with questions. This might have been asked before, so please point me to the right direction topic. If not, here goes anyways.


1. Here we are living in the physical world leaving out bodies and projecting into the astral world and higher. Now, my question is why haven't the people who've passed on try to project down into the physical. I guess you could call it materialization into the physical from the astral. Is there a law that prohibits people in the astral and higher from coming back to the physical?  If so, wouldn't you think people would be studying how to project back into the physical?


2. Has anyone here been able to astral project and then materialize back to the physical verified by the target recipient?

I once projected in my brothers truck on the battlefield around Gettysburg, Penn. I do remember someone reaching out for me and pulling at my leg and that was it on the experience.

So I started to think where have you projected outside the norm of the warm and cozy bed? Ever project from a airplane, car, boat, train, roller coaster?

I've heard in the past that avid projections are able to visit hospitals and see patients pass on. Does the projectionist see the white light for the departed? Like in the movie "Ghost" where the medical team is trying to help out the patient and unfortunately they're not able to save him. Then the astral body lifts out from the physical and travels through the tunnel of white light.

Now, what about the miracle of life during conception. Has anyone here during a projection been able to see man/woman during intercourse give life? Would this be the white light baring down into the woman in reverse?

Please feel free to elaborate on this.

Subject: Medicine Man

I was in a unconscious dream where there was a vendor in the marsh who was a medicine man.

Gave me a spell that I paid for $400. Said if the spell doesn't work, he would accept a refund after a week. The medicine man used the spell on me which made me dizzy and disorientated. I asked if the spell was for astral projection - he said "no" and didn't explain.

I believe the spell had to do something with energy and feeling better - chakra's? His shop was metaphysics, a lot of crystals, books
Guy had brown hair, medium height, and scrawny.

Anyone experience anything like this in a dream or conscious projection?

This last week when I projected, found myself in mild rain storm. Located in the outskirt area around Detroit at my mom/dads house about 150 miles from where I live today.

I was able to look towards the sky and view the rain coming down streaking in a slow motion as the drops bulleted through me.

Anyone ever experience this?

Every time as of lately when I project I rejoice to god saying "I love you" and "Thank You". When I do this I notice a sparkle from the sun or the moon.

Anyone besides me praises god for this gift of astral projection?

A thought occurred to me the other day, can a psychic tell if you astral project? Has anyone been to a true psychic and found out valuable information?

Lately, I've been finding it difficult to project. I don't know if the following is a result or its a mental block that I just need to get over the hurdle with.

I. Geographic Location
The bed my wife and I sleep in we moved a few weeks ago to another location in our home. The times that I was able to project, either I was not in the right house, or pitch black and disorientated.

II. North-South
I honestly don't think it makes a difference projecting north-south, but lately this has been weighing on my mind. Normally, in the past I would always have my feet north and my head south or vice verse. Now, I'm my head is west and feet east.

Any comments or suggestions that you good people can elaborate on and help I would appreciate it.

A thought came across me when I've watched the movie "Field Of Dreams". Has anyone ever played baseball or some sort of sport in
the astral while full conscious and projecting?
