One time I requested to go to Paris, and I was teleported under the Eiffel Tower. It was fun. I walked the streets, flew to the top of the Tower, saw all the lights of the city at night.

Another time a while ago, I requested to go to Toronto, as I had a crush on a colleague of mine from there and I wanted to see him lol. I ended up at the Niagara falls. I didn't find him but the falls were beautiful. These experiences were very vivid. The Paris lights were so bright. The water of the falls was sparkling.

Great observations, Kupe! I think most of our "knowing" comes from the collective knowledge our larger entity that was accumulated through infinite characters and those characters infinite probable lives. In addition, we have access to the knowing of the entire Source, because at the end all conciseness is ONE mind. But the necessity of "separation" and placing barriers into various unit types is obvious.
To me, there are many types of helpers, but they to do it in a subtle way, and without too much interference. They don't seek recognition. They don't need to have form, but at times if they have to show themselves to us in a form, they will do it in a way that it will make sense to us as humans.
I have encountered many different entities and have felt presence just as energy. I've had miraculous happenings in the physical where I have felt "someone" moving my hand to prevent me from a crash. I believe everyone has stories like that.
I have not searched for my guides on purpose to ask who they are, because I feel like everyone is connected to so many points of consciousness that are interacting constantly on all levels. I've had APs where I have been given advice from a black cat with a human face, fairy like butterfly, deceased loved ones, other characters that I felt were part of my larger spirit, etc. The experiences are so diverse that I don't want to limit thinking I have just the higher self, or I have one guardian angel. It's a lot more than we can comprehend. But I let them do their thing. I don't peruse them to sit them down and ask questions. They know in what way it's best to help and when they may or may not reveal themselves.

I had a challenging and scary episode a few days ago that put in perspective the fear factor within human experiences. I have known for quite a while now that fear holds a very strong energy when comes to creation. Creation both good and bad. Human characters are born with natural fear programmed in them for the purpose of survival. But that is both a blessing and a curse.

When we set goals in life and deadline by which we want to achieve things, we automatically bring fear in the equation. Fear of not meeting the goals. Whether we want it or not, whether it's conscious or subconscious, it's there by nature. But I realized, the longer I live and the more knowing I have about the multiverse and the journey of the soul on the grand scheme, the less serious I take life and the less I tend to set any deadlines or goals. Thus releasing automatically the fear factor. And I am noticing that good things then just happen and fall into my lap effortlessly. I know what my heart desires, but I don't declare it as an absolute must for happiness.  What I do, is just know that no matter what happens here, I already have all that I desire somewhere in the multiverse. It's all mine. It's just a matter of focus and I can pick from the pool of probabilities, because our lives are not linear. If I manage to release the fear of failure or the fear of the unknown there will be nothing standing on my way. But releasing fear is difficult. I manage most of the time, as I mentioned I don't take life too seriously, I just have fun with whatever comes my way and focus completely on each present moment without holding on to hard past events and without worrying or hoping about the future.

But going back to my recent scary episode, that was a great test and I saw how miraculously it resolved after I successfully removed my fear. It was challenging, my heart was pounding, but I knew I had to face it head on and toughen up. I started repeating "I am not afraid, I am not afraid", but in my heart I was. Then I raised my mind above my character, I thought about the grand scale of my existence on the background of infinity, and I realized that no matter what happens here, it is so insignificant. It passes like a blink of an eye. All of a sudden when I lowered its significance, the fear started to subside. I felt my knowledge expanding even more and swallowing the fear completely. I almost laughed at the fear. I felt at peace in the midst of the fire. Soon after, the episode resolved itself. I think the absence of fear dissipated the energy formation of the episode. There was no "glue" to hold it together.

Perhaps we can use these mental tools to deal with challenges and test manifestation of events, notice how they change based on the changes we apply in our thoughts and emotions.

What if we humans aren't all that special in the grand scheme of things? There might be aliens out there that are way smarter than us.

That is a fact.
But humans are not ready to start playing with AI technology. Perhaps when we graduate from college. Now we are still in third grade.

The multiverse is full of paradoxes that we will never understand while in character. We move outside of the physical body and we don't at the same time. Time and matter are both real and illusions. We are ONE mind as well as infinite separate characters simultaneously. Everything exists now and at the same time we perceive it as linear.

Why restricting ourselves with ONE specific belief about what we are and how the multiverse works. I have experienced so many diverse APs, from flying, moving, tasting food, touching snow, perceiving myself as a god, angel, guide, superhero, other characters. Being in Narnia, space, communicating with so many entities, ETs, having the pleasure just to lay on a beach under palm trees. Why restricting ourselves being just a point of consciousness floating out there. We have eternity and infinity to explore everything and anything we desire, to go from one adventure to another as many forms and characters, to see the entire multiverse with all its glory. Infinite so-called non-physical worlds created by spirits with forms, colors, societies. Spirits can take on different forms in the NP to enrich their experiences, interact, keep learning, etc. Learning is not just for the physical worlds. Interactions and being in characters is not just for the physical worlds.
 Connecting with ALL THAT IS was one of the greatest things I have experienced, merged with all, but how long can you be at that state. You want to explore more and more, because knowledge is infinite. I have opened my mind to the infinite possibilities and it has changed my life not only during my AP explorations but here in this speck of life of mine.

I agree that everything is consciousness, but in the physical dimensions the amount of consciousness and how is designed to perceive the world really matters. A rock for example will not through itself at you by its own will. BY nature it doesn't have that capacity to interact that way with the rest of the world. Nor are animals capable of creating or reasoning outside of their programmed natural abilities. Humans have been designed to reason, use their imagination and creativity to build, create, evolve intelligently, etc. This is the difference between species/objects and their amount of consciousness they possess to experience and interact in the physical reality. When humans create a machine that can not be killed, able to self replicate and upload so much data that no human brain can process, and give that machine ability to think for itself and evolve by itself, then that will become our superiors. How can humans ensure that these machines will develop compassion instead of rage and anger. How can a human police officer apprehend an AI turned criminal? This is what I am talking about.

Yes, I would like to believe that. In my view they recovered quickly, and their symptoms were moderate. It wasn't too bad.
Thinking back of this short dream about mom, it was quite literal and not symbolic at all. I didn't have to guess what was that all about. I knew it instantly after I opened my eyes. That doesn't happen very often with dreams, as most of them are highly symbolic.

You have made great progress finding your way into the NP. Perhaps to improve your awareness, you can experiment now with increasing your intent through nightly affirmations to remain aware and to designate a point of destination. Imagine it and visualize yourself being there, walking around, touching things, etc as you fall asleep every night.

A very interesting vivid dream a few days ago that may have affected my energy body to protect my physical one. Last week I had guests from out of town, but they came down with a cold/flu (tested and no COVID). They couldn't fly back while sick and I took care of them. I thought I was going to catch the cold, but I wasn't very concerned. Two days after their symptoms appeared, I had a very vivid dream that my mom opened my mouth and spread something all over my tonsils. I said "mom, what are you doing, this tastes awful."
She said, "this is something special and will keep you safe". Then I woke up and I knew exactly what she did. She placed energy barrier so I would not get sick. My guests are getting better, and I am still free of any symptoms although I have been around them most of the time. I think most of us here have experienced some sort of energy healing from others in dreams or APs.  My mom passed away almost two years ago, but her and my dad are watching over the family.
It's interesting how many different ways there are to alter our physical by altering its energy and the energies floating around. I wish all of these energy flows were visible to our physical senses so we can observe how we/others change/direct them and how they manifest into physical.

I've found that the darker (in color) an entity is the more aggressive they seem. I wonder if that is just my own perception or if you have noticed the same.

I have the same perception. I don't know if that comes from how we observe things through the lenses of a human character, or overall in the multiverse lack of color, lack of light represent realities constructed with predominant negative/fear based thought forms. The journey of each soul takes one through many stages of growth, and during the lows, the mind creates alike. During some retrievals, I have been taken to such realities, colorless, grey, dark, I have tried changing the environment, but with no success, because the number of souls that created it outnumber me. The only way I can make changes is by getting of there and transporting myself to a reality that corresponds to my current state of mind, which is love and light. But sometimes "something" takes us to these world as helpers to show others stuck within their own mind that there IS a way out. Those who are ready do follow.

wow, that would have freaked me out lol. I don't know how would I react in that situation. But if overall you perceived it as a positive experience, that's what counts.

I had met various beings in my APs, from dancing creatures having fun to galactic order ETs, fairies and shapeless entities, talking animals. I had only one time interaction with dark smoke like entity that appeared aggressive. I imagined light, blasted it with love, but nothing helped until I started saying the Lord's prayer in my native language and it disappeared immediately. Perhaps it's because it has been imprinted in my subconsciousness as a belief since childhood growing up with Orthodox traditions that the Lord's prayer is very powerful and this is the reason it worked. The belief behind any rituals or prayers is what gives effect. And although I have grown so much beyond the boundaries of religion, there may be some things that I carry subconsciously. whether positive or negative, in this situation it was a positive belief and it worked. 

You are absolutely right, Nameless! Rescue falls under many categories and as characters we are definitely presented with many opportunities to help others. I believe it is one of the tests we have to pass. If someone is in need, do we respond, or do we look the other way because it seems difficult.

If you felt actual movement of energy that most likely is a shift. Some call it Kundalini. You have an invisible helper, but your own creations can manifest as well and they can appear unexpectedly to us as a "delayed" reaction of our own doing. Whatever it was, I'm glad it made you feel wonderful.

You guys should watch the movie "The Core". It's directly related to the topic. IT was made a while ago but it's very entertaining.
I love doomsday movies. The last one I saw in the theater was "Moonfall". Highly recommended.

There are many ancient pyramids around the world, some buried or covered with vegetation. But not all are alighted to the cardinal lines. The great pyramid of Giza is slightly off, but that may be due to the shift since then. I think that the pyramids once created a power grid throughout Earth. We just don't know how to power it back on.
As far as the Earth's core, there is no direct evidence what it is, but the latest data suggests that the outer core is molten iron and the very center is crystalized iron. I have no doubt that crystals are powerhouses. We just don't know how to use them.
My sister sent me an article that someone found two large crystal pyramids under the Bermuda triangle, but the source did not look reliable. I searched for more articles and they were all kind of shady. I don't know if this is true. Maybe the gov is covering up this discovery, who knows, but something is triggering the events have been happening there. It very well be crystals including the core crystal with its pointed beams of energy in certain regions on the surface. So much to think about.

P.S. I am planning a trip from FL to the Bahamas when my sister and her family come to visit next year. My sister is all about adventures, but my brother-in-law said he will NOT pass through the Bermuda Triangle lol. But we will make him. It will be interesting. We'll be on edge the entire boat ride haha.

Thanks, Tides! I also believe that messages are received in many ways whether we observe them consciously or unconsciously. The knowing does come through somehow.

I read that the Earth's core had stopped spinning and is slowly starting to spin to the opposite direction. The scientists are saying that this change of rotation happens every 70 years or so. I don't know if that is a contributor to the earthquakes. There have been more strong earthquakes throughout Europe recently. Very concerning. And for some time now they have been talking about poles reversal, which also happens in cycles. If during the reversal Earth stops being protected by the electromagnetic field, we will be in big trouble. But humans haven't been present long enough on this planet to know these phases, and we are not technologically advanced to do anything about it. We'll have to take whatever comes our way. Part of the game.

I wanted to give you an example how powerful our mind is when comes to creating. It can create the most beautiful things, but it can also create monsters and darkness when there is fear.
I saw the devastations of the Turkey earthquake on the news, and last night during sleep paralysis I felt strong shaking. I thought what if this was a real earthquake in the physical and the house would fall. I tried waking up, but the paralysis was too strong. My astral vision appeared and I saw my thought created scenario playing out.  The house was breaking apart and falling on me. I managed to fly through the rubble and at that point I refocused completely to the non-physical. My senses snapped into focus and I was off to my adventure.

By the way, my adventure was most likely inspired by watching "The Chosen" series before bed lately. I ended up in a town from the first century A.D.  that very much looked like the one on the show. I was walking around, watching the people. I saw myself dressed in Greek attire for some reason. Long white and blue dress, golden belt, lots of jewelries. Then I found myself sitting around a long table with Jesus and his apostles. They all looked like the actors from the show. The way the table looked like and us lined up, it strongly resembled the last supper painting. I was sitting next to Jesus. He wanted to tell me something, but he just kept staring at me and could not speak. Then I snapped back.

Well, I don't know if the thunder was a yes or a no answer lol. I think that if I am capable, I will be presented with the opportunity and I will know it. I don't want to force it and start asking people if I can experiment on them. It may take time for the manifestation of such abilities. But since I was a child I wanted to be able to heal people instantaneously and release them of their pain.

It's interesting that at some point during the day my mom's words echoed again "You have to go higher", and I think she meant not higher in distance, but higher in consciousness, meaning if I am to attempt healing, I have to get into a deeper state of consciousness fast, but this is one thing that is not easy for me to achieve. I will practice though and see how far I can go with perseverance.

During the night I was restless, waking up frequently, and at some point, while falling back asleep I felt the spinning sensation. I knew that was an opportunity for AP and I imagined lifting up and standing next to the window. Then I flew out the window and ended up in a snowy place, like a ski resort. It was beautiful, the white snow glistening and covering the hill side, the houses around. I made a snow ball and I threw it, I walked around admiring the scenery. There were many people around. I entered what looked like a gift shop and I decided to talk to the people. I approached a young skinny boy and I said to him "Hey, you can see me right?". He looked at me with surprise and said "Yeah". Then I said "well, do you know that we are in the astral?". He had a facial expression like he had no idea what astral was and shook his head. Then another boy standing nearby said to me "It's the quantum realm". Then he started mumbling some mathematical formulas that I did not understand.  I went back out but only this time, it was my childhood  neighborhood, covered with snow, as beautiful as ever. My neighbors were all outside, including ones that had passed away and my mom as well. They looked young and healthy. We have a patch of about 15 pine trees in the middle of the neighborhood, and each Christmas we would decorate the tallest tree with lights. This time the tree was lit. It was beautiful. I really enjoyed being there again, soaking up the atmosphere and knowing that nothing is ever lost. It exists in its best version somewhere in the multiverse and it's all ours to visit and experience again and again and again whenever we please, as I have revisited my childhood many times and it holds the sweetest memories. Only, the perception that they are "memories" is an illusion. Everything exists now.

At some point I said to my mom "I want to have healing powers". She said, "You need to go higher". Then I started flying up. I was standing under the lit tree, the tree branches were brushing against my face as I was lifting up higher and higher. Then I said out loud " Oh mighty God, please give me healing powers". I said it three times. Then after the third time, I heard a loud thunder in the sky, and I snapped back to the physical.

Hi ocpaul20, are you doing any techniques? This forum has many types of techniques. Check out the pinged topics, pick a technique and practice it for at least 4-6 weeks every day to start seeing results on awareness level.

So, I finally made an orgone blanket following the instructions in the book. The size is 60x90 inches so it's large enough to lay on one half and cover myself with the other half, so I create a full enclosed space in which I lay for about 10-15 min per day. I even cover my head for as long as I can breathe. I don't have any health issues or any pain, so I can't tell if helps in that respect. Per the research above these devices with alternating layers of organic and non-organic matter create a living energy that rejuvenates the body. Wilhelm Reich cured cancer with the orgone box. But what I have noticed since using it in the past two weeks is that I noticed a pattern of induced vivid dreams and APs on the days I use it vs the days that I don't use it. I also noticed enhanced energy levels; less hours of sleep needed to feel refreshed, sharper mental activities during work. Like I can solve any problems at work with ease. I just come up with creative ideas. I also feel tingling sensation in my hands for about an hour after use, like there is a surge of energy.

Here is how I made it and it probably the cost was around $200. I ordered from Amazon 3 blankets 60x90 100% wool. This is important to be 100% wool. Then I bought steel wool pads 0000 grade from Home Depot enough to cover 2 blankets. you need to stretch each steel wool pad to make it 3 times bigger and place all pads across 2 blankets to cover them completely. Please wear a mask because the steel wool is so fine, and particles may be flying in the air when stretching it. The steel wool is so fine that it sticks to the rough blanket fabric, and you don't have to sew the pads. So, you lay one blanket, place steel wool pads all over to cover it completely and leave a few inches around the edges. Then lay on top of the first blanket that is covered with steel wool pads a second blanket. On top of that second blanket lay another layer of steel wool pads and on top of that lay the third blanket. Then stitch the edges of the three blankets all around with a large needle, kind of a rough stitch will do. Then insert the entire "device" in a 100% cotton duvet and it's ready to use. So basically, there will be three blankets on top of one another and in between the first and the second, and the second and third blanket you will have layers of steel wool. It's important that the room in which you will be using and storing the blanket has no electronic devices, otherwise the blanket will attract and accumulate EMR waves and will not be effective. I use it in my bedroom where I have no TV, computer and I don't even bring my cellphone in.  I have nothing plugged in.
