I understand what you are going through, I myself is going through spirit possession. I also feel hopeless and exhausted but we have to keep going. I know that tiredness, that alien feeling you get, but please do not give hope. Perhaps together we can go through this thing and surpass it, I have hope. Please do not commit suicide, I know I was so close in doing so myself but there are after all others like me and I'm not alone. And there is after all others like me who was ABLE to overcome this, so bear with me.

How do spirits take control of the body? How do they access these "energy points," which gives them the ability to move body parts, talk, effect emotions, cause illness or healing, effect thoughts, our senses, and etc. How is it possible that a human and entity can be sexual with each other? Is this like astral sex? How exactly do they take over our nervous system?

What are the psychological factors of these lower entities? What does it mean to have your energy open? Lets not just talk about the metaphysics of it but the psychology factors in victims, and psychology factors that are shared with these victims? I heard negative thinkers attract lower entities for example.

a crazy suggestion I know but it may satisfy you to violate the man that did this to you in the astral realm, you could cause him much pain, and you may enjoy watching him suffer. and then you could stop when he is a nervous wreck on the brink of madness.

monk, make sure that you haven't bound that ghost to you in previous lives, funny that some (if not most) guidance is bound by past life contracts

how do I bound a ghost? I'm not use to this terminology, please explain. Anyways I want to stop hearing his voice, at least, in my head, and I refuse medications because there are just way to many coincidences for this to be just my own delusions, I refuse to repress the problem. I just can not think clearly anymore, I feel like I am in another world, zoned out from the physical that I cannot get out of. How do I just shut of this ability, or protect myself from him accessing these energy points?

I have this spirit who can read my mind, and I just need to block the connection off. He is just there all the time, commenting on everything, and there are some things that I wish to not share. I just am tired of talking to him. Also I want to know how to protect yourself, sometimes he messes with my thoughts and not sure if it was me or him, he mimics my own voice, or acts it out to make it seem like I'm thinking it. I want to learn more on how he can move my body parts, make me feel sensations and use my senses, on sexual energy, how all of this is being done. Any info is appreciated.

I'm sorry, I read halfway through the page then my eyes got tired (12:54 A.M.).  Anyway I just wanted to know...(and can't correctly formulate my thoughts at this moment).

       Oh yeah, have you tried astral projecting? Newbie question I know, on a board for Astral Projectors, but you could possible confront this person? I saw a technique for astral projecting earlier on the Astral Consciousness Forum in which you don't have to calm down or anything.

I went through many processes, and as you read further you will understand these processes. I still have so much to learn however. I conquered my guilt, and in fact stop and let go and let myself enjoy it. Being a women with pride, it was difficult to cope when I been degraded in such a way. I was very close in committing suicide. As soon as I started to enjoy the physical pain, the sexual stimulation, it stopped. It is quite interesting, I still have my obstacles, the defects I have he uses against me. In a way I became stronger from this experience. I came so far, and even surprised myself. I believe that the reason "Tim" experience this "unusual phenomenon" is because he was being manipulated also by this entity or other entities. He wanted to hurt me, and since my barriers were so strong, I was anti social in a way, and confuse me (because I felt unconditional love for the man) and try to make me think it was romantic love. It was all a prank. As a women, I had to go through the most degrading thing any women could go through. I was taken advantage of and although rage was not a issue, my guilt and despair was.
