You know, the interesting thing is that I tapped directly into my own consciousness field specifically through the feeling of empathy. This was truly extraordinary.

I have no current/local belief regarding Jesus. I have never read the Bible, was raised in a mathematical/scientific household, void of religion and religious beliefs. Everything was focused more generally around simply gaining an education. I have not even spoken to people directly and in any detail about who they think he is. This said, I have met him multiple times through the OBE and he has come more than a few times through the crystal. So I know I have a connection, a relationship, even, *more specifically ( more deeply ) with what I would call the Christ Light but also with he, himself, personally. He is not the only one from the Bible who has come around through the OBE, Lucifer also has, multiple times. I don't feel I have any ingrained bias in the current body relative to either of them. But in my direct experiences with them I can feel the differentials in our energy signatures. With Jesus they are little to non-existent, likely because I meet him as he was born unto our world. With Lucifer they are vast. To my current personification there is a repulsion, in his presence is the closest I have ever felt to being sided. I would, in this sense not be sided with him.

[Pain is temporary, knowledge is eternal]

Being optimistic is easy when you haven't a care in the world. But when you are in a midst of a fire, the pain keeps one pinned down.
These thoughts came to me while watching "The Waltons". I came across this show when I was looking for something free on Prime and I started watching. This TV series started before I was born, but I've always liked the old movies and shows as they portrayed life as it was with all its hardship and struggles, but also showed clearly the lessons learned and the joy behind the shadows.
My empathy reduces me to tears while observing others struggle. These TV characters are reflections of many human lives, and I can see all sides of this "game". I wish that everyone knew that pain is only temporary, that they could see light existing somewhere waiting to shine upon them, and that the knowledge from the life lessons are forever. To give them comfort in the times of hardship. I want to hug every soul that is in pain and tell them "It's going to be all right"  

It is just interesting timing, that I see this posted not a day following me seeing this post title:

A theme is playing out for me and there is certainly something here in what you've said for me.

Like you, last night when watching a show ( The Chosen, season 3 episode 5 ), I found myself in a feeling of great empathy for a character who had been suffering a 12 year malady, due to a significant level of pain I myself was in that moment experiencing. Through the duration of the show I find myself turned more inside out, in an engaging dialogue with an invisible someone about just this : pain. What I found myself knowing through the dual focused experience is that we are not meant to be perpetually in this level of pain and I found a growing faith, and even knowing there was something out beyond it. A miracle occurred in physical space, and an incredible experience through the night and early morning ensued. ( ( my log can be read here ).

A month ago, mid August, I went to the Er with a horrible pain in my pain thinking I likely had a severe kidney infection of some such or maybe covid since 2 people in my house had been diagnosed with it just the day before. Since they had back aches too I thought, well maybe.

Turns out I didn't have covid or an infection. What I had was an abdominal aortic aneurysm and needed emergency surgery.

So you basically use the noticing phasing technique, but instead of focusing on visual changes you focus on changes in sensations on your physical body?

It is even more subtle than this. I don't focus on anything in particular. I just observe, just "notice", and yes certain phenomena, like no longer in-and-out breathing, a change in the feeling of the space, and ultimately visuals will arise in this. I don't focus on them so much as just note the observance. The really interesting thing in my experiences is being able to observe the all the various phenomena in the shift itself. But it will not be long before I am arriving in a 'landing location' and a full 3D surround sound experience is coming into play.

Wow. That is absolutely brilliant.

I use present attention to shift, but things like fall within its scope, in the present attention you begin to "notice" things. - things like differentials, such as temperature, textures, sensation. But, yes, you can go right to certain things you like to notice, too. I can so often forget this so I just want to say thank you!

Can I just say this for now ( still on my work hours ) : when I am looking into the sky, I am looking into the astral - the astral for me is galactic-consensus space.

Do you ever notice how when you sky gaze the brainwaves shift from the betas into the alphas? <-- the alpha wave(s) for me are also the astral territories.

When sky watching we are not always WHOLLY shifting in, but in my estimation we are experiencing the overlap/bleed-over.

What do others think and feel about this?

I adore working with mantras and have worked with two for multiple decades:

1. The Gayatri Mantra
2. The Mrityunjaya Mantra

I work also with seed sounds: ah, om, aum, etc..

Someone mentioned Nam-myoho-renge-kyo.

I recently had worked with a Japanese care client who worked with this mantra twice daily her whole life. She taught it to me and we often practiced it together.

"Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is a vow, an expression of determination, to embrace and manifest our Buddha nature. It is a pledge to oneself to never yield to difficulties and to win over one’s suffering. At the same time, it is a vow to help others reveal this law in their own lives and achieve happiness."

This is so interesting to me. Notably as I, just moments prior to now was telling someone of a default mechanism I have in me.

I essentially described it as what is in quotes there. Which I didn't know until reading this thread and searching the translation. Life is fascinating.

Lightbeam, yes I could not agree more, nor mirror you sentiment more fully or exactly. ( I will cite communicating with galactic consciousness through the mean of a crystal, lol ). Yes it is very exciting when we begin the conscious shift from our boots on the ground coordinates here in the Earth space. Enacting the shift in our full conscious state of awareness from 3D space is the ride of a lifetime. ( of our lifetime ).

Converging timelines. Opening the waterways.

A rough night getting to sleep.
It is hot and there are relentless thoughts of being maimed, specifically losing my sight and left unable to attend to myself.

Once in - rather than the more normal dream state - I am being given direct experiences through my mind/body complex. These experiences are precious, and always duly adored. In them I am perceptually in the Void. I am being given differentials and these differentials feed me information. I am certain I could, if I chose, be directly in the field in which this information is being disseminated to me, but this would likely, at least in part, take away from the pure, raw data ( itself ) in its entirety; my attention would be drawn to additional elements, such as where I am, who I am with, why I am here and being given this information, etc.. It is best, in most instances, for now, until I can hold more data in the shift back into physical space, to receive this in its raw format. With this said, there are two experiences, /sets of data I am being given—

The first, which is in effect most of the night is on  :  time  :  shifting perception from IN to outside of time; these movements are gleaned within me as geometries, trajectories and differentials. Inside of time I can see only so far--linearly, perceptually right in front of me. Outside of time I can see the entire lifetime, probabilities, possibilities, potentials, trajectories >> timelines. I am shown this is a choice of how to use my faculties, as well as instances in which people may jump out of the one ( for brief moments ) into the other. Such as in instances of shock, in one form or another. The second set of data are on  :  converging timelines  :  data from one's whole Soul record of lifetimes converging into a single point, a single lifetime, potentially MY lifetime. I am being shown, and informed of the delicate ( perfect/precise ) nature in which this must done in order to be aptly and successfully accomplished. The nature in which it *is being accomplished within the scheme of my lifetime.

This question is for avid astral projectors with some first hand experience. From my research that I did many years ago I found that it is true, that the astral is linked to the afterlife, but my girlfriend doesn't think so. So I'm trying to find out for her. I like to out source my truth for things I don't know and understand. Just as I call a plumber to fix my piping, or and electrician to fix my electricity.  So I would especially love to hear from you if you had both a and NDE and a projection experience.  Any anecdotes would help a lot as well. It is a great question.

In my experience, ( and way of mapping consciousness as I myself am experiencing ) it looks something like this:

VOID is the largest sphere. It penetrates all the spheres. It penetrates between the spheres, where one 'dimension' touches another. Within this sphere that is VOID there is another sphere >>

NonManifestSpace. CausalSpace. This sphere is not limited to, but includes what we call the "life-between-life" areas. It patterns/advances inward into itself all the way in toward Void/Source. Within this sphere is another sphere >>

ManifestSpace. Mental/Astral/PhysicalSpace. Universal/Galactic/PlanetarySpace. 9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1D. It patterns, likewise, inward into itself from 'macrocosmic' to 'microcosmic' within its manifest and unmanifest schemes.

The Astral, in this sense, is a manifest area ( not a life-between-life area ). It is in essence galactic space, galactic life, the galactic-level playground/playing board; consisting of 6/5/4D physicalities. It is where we go to, graduate to, in order to learn to interact and get along with the idea of others on an even grander scale >> a galactic scale, with those living in other planetary systems throughout our local universe. Like physical space, it includes a 'personal/private/dream' sector where we can learn, experience and integrate on our own. <--This is where I feel a lot of us are often going in our OBEs/Astral Projections, not into manifest/consensus territory ( which we also at times go into ). In a sense it is an 'in-between' area also, like what we call the "physical duplicate" or etheric version of our 3D physical space. While not a manifest space, but rather a frequency between frequencies it is a highly constructive and creative area. Essential for not just learning, but graduating,  g r o w i n g  o u t  into the wider territories of what I more simply just refer to as additional consciousness space.


I hope this view is helpful, and maybe helps get the ball rolling with additional patterns/views.

That call was magically/wondrously answered just a couple months ago, April 3, 2022 by one Crystl F. McCall. Once we met, we dove right in and began working together immediately. It was agreed in the beginning that we would share this material, notably any and all of it which was particularly interesting, relative to the work with the crystal. This upload (above ) contains clips from our first session together. I formatted the content so that you can get a feeling for the QHHT style induction and process of moving through a session. Included are two mundane lifetimes and section "speaking with the subconscious". We are no longer using this process and instead just diving quickly and going directly after material that is associated with the crystal work and the beings who are coming through to us in this way.

In this session ( above ), the second of its kind, we skip the QHHT induction and process and slip directly IN with the simple suggestion to "fall into consciousness" and "take a deep breath" ( this is all I need ). We then go directly after information related to the crystal work and the beings who are coming through to us. I am able to consciously shift from here to there, relaying to you the 'in-between' areas I often pass through. One of these areas is a cartoon area, where everything appears as a cartoon. Crystl is familiarizing herself with this tendency of mine and bringing us both up to speed on its function and purpose. Once making our way through this area today, a portion of which lands us on the continent of Africa, we shift directly into Egypt, and from Egypt to Aldebaran; we are following a being named Al-Ahn, a Feline/Human hybrid who has transmitted to us through the crystal.
