Hi, I think that when I see people on TV that they can see me, and communicate with me. Same with posters, people talking through my speakers, etc. I have had these beliefs since puberty.

Also, if I see a license plate of a car, and if it ends in a number like 4, or, 6, 8 things will happen a certain way, and that if they end like 3, or 5,7, things will happen a different way. I literally believe this. Or if the seconds hands on a clock ends on the right side of the clock this will happen that way, if it lands on the left hand side of the clock, another way.  Events like these go on etc.

I never believe that I am alone, and I never talk to people if I see them, only recently do I talk to people. Anyway, I am taking risperdal (2MG) and these experiences are lessening. I am being put up to 3MG now. I took 6MG the other day and for once for years I felt by myself, like I had control of my own thoughts, and destiny.

What do you think I suffer from? I told my psychiatrist these things (he put me on the risperdal) but does not think schizophrenia.

Most scientists are very afraid to admit that the gravitational field is not a material object.

How one planet knows about the existence of every other celestial object ?
At all times ?
Does this information travel at an infinite speed (instantaneous) ?

No I don't shake but small segments of my muscles pulse / twitch.  You can even see areas under my skin move.  It often feels somewhat wavy as muscles pulse all over.  It is really starting to annoy me...

I had this problem long time ago.

Use it to train your will and patience - tell the muscle to stop and wait patiently (don't get discouraged - be strong !) and after a while it WILL stop.

You may also want to buy a good multivitamin supplement (especially potassium and magnesium) , walk or run a mile or two and get 30 minutes of hot relaxing bath before your mediations.

Well i plan on working out to such an extent to where my mind will just let go and i will go into a lucid state.( Don't worry about my health because i had some blood work up done and a MRI done recently and i am perfectly healthy) I plan on runnig lifting and doing massive amounts of push ups and sit ups.

Bad idea !

Especially in a gym where if you faint at a wrong time and place you can fall and hit some hard surface/equipment and die, a barbell may fall down on your head, chest or foot etc.

IMHO gym is a place where you have to be very careful, thoughtful, fully sober and always conscious of what you are doing and what is happening around you - maybe even more than when driving a car - if not, you are just asking for trouble.

btw. I have more than 10 years of experience in the gym - i saw many accidents so i know what i'm talking about.

And remember that even if your body is not moving (lying in your bed for example) it is still moving around our planet's axis (~ 1666 km/h), around the sun (even faster), around the Milky Way's center (even even faster  ) and towards the Andromeda galaxy IIRC.

So IMHO it doesn't matter if you add another 100km/h to these enormous speeds    - you will always find your body with ease (automatically).

heres my view: the roaring sound is your blood rushing through the ears. it is very loud becouse you are in trance.

It may be, but in my case it is completely different so i think it must be something else.

I remember I used to experience as a child.

I have reached a stage in the past two weeks where I start hearing a massive roaring noise and it's so very loud and I feel absolutely gigantic and it feels like I'm being flung back and forward really fast.  I have been experiencing this the past few nights and it kind of scares me out of it because it feels so overwhelming.

This happened to me many times when i was a child - often during a sickness like a flu or a common cold.
It's sound and mass was always very quickly geting louder and expanding to the point of being unbearable and feeling that if don't do something to stop it something really bad would happen.

It's good to know that i'm not the only one.

The roar is so loud but not deafening, and I have heard voices in the roar.

I have also started hearing totally strange noises in this as well like bangs, voices and giggles.  Could these be from the Astral perhaps?

I'm sure that these voices are not from physical plane  

So, what I'd really like to know is; is this roaring, feeling gigantic and being flung about a form of vibration that occurs before/during astral projection?  I'd very much like some sort of confirmation so I can allow myself to go deeper in these feelings

IIRC Bruce Moen [edit: Or was it Monroe ?] wrote about this in his books - he said that it is your consciousness connecting with the whole universe (it is always connected but your mind must be silenced to hear/experience this connection) - you start to hear all thoughts and feel all feelings at the same time that's why it is so overwhelming and sometimes frightening.

There is always some time between understanding, knowing and exploiting, utilizing the knowledge.
