i normally try to rember my dreams in the morning but i only ever rember about one dream and hardly ever write it down straight away, if i do at all.

but this morning i got up late at about 1.30 and rembered loads of dreams. i wrote them down straight away and kept rembering more and more. i ended up writing nearly 5 pages of a notebook and was really suprised.

i rembered 6 different dreams but i could rember how each one flowed into the next. when i was writing the dreams seemed like a part of my life but its 4.40 now in england now and i have nearly forgotten what i wrote. i will have to read it again.

i just thought i would share this with everone.

i am writing this because i had a really strange sensation in a hospital today.

i have only been trying to OBE seriously for about 2 weeks but i have been doing some energy work for a while. i broke my toe about 3 weeks ago and had a cast put on.this morning i made an energy sheild for protection like i do every morning.although im not very good at them and im not sure if they work.

i had to go to hospital this morning to have my cast removed an as i was at reception i started getting a tingling sensation right in the middle of my chest where my heart is. i also had a strange warm sensation when i breathed out like i had deep heat rubbed on my skin. it went away for a bit but when i was on my way to school after i had finished at hospital it came back again and stayed for about 20 mins

i dont know what happened and it really confused me. could i have been attacked or was i picking up some kind of energy. i was also suprised because my brow chakra is normally the most active.

iv only just started trying the rope but im not having any success.  after a while i start getting a vibrating and pulsing feeling in my head just above my eyes. this happens for a bit but it doesnt progress and i eventually loose concentration and stop. has any one got some advice. please

i just had an experience exactly like the one above.
i smoked a joint and i was laying down,when i started to go into a trance. this happens a lot but after reading this thread i started to think about the death method. i became aware of my heart beating and tryed to slow it down. it felt like as i held my breath it slowed but when i breathed out again it would speed up. i thought i was loosing and it wasnt working but i became aware that i had pins and needles all over my body in all my veins and arterys,then it started in the back of my head then parts of my brain felt solid and heavy. then i got a pain in the middle of my brain for a few seconds and a black cloud was in my head. it started to get samaller and smaller untill i had a sharp pain in my head and i couldnt feel my body. i paniced and came out of it. i felt tired for ages afterwards.

i tried waking in the night once and it did make a difference.

waking up and realising you have peed yourself has to be the worst feeling in the world. it used to happen to me when i was a kid too.

just keep working at it and eventually you will manage it.

yep sounds like you need to work on your concentration
i used to have the same problem but if you do a few separate exercises you will get there eventually

you need to have really good concentration skills in order for rope to work so for people like me who cannot concentrate for more than a few seconds it is very difficult.

i also have motivation problems i have not tried any energy work for about 3 weeks.

hi auraseer when you get a bit older you wont be scared of the dark any more. LOL only joking. i wouldnt worry it doesnt sound like it was negative and if it was it cant do much. doesnt matter if it has gone though.

salvia sounds better than i thought and it is quite cheap but i cant really get anything posted as i live at home and my mum would flip. does it come without lables?

if poor countrys didnt use cheap workers most of the things we have now wouldnt be avalible due to costs.

im not supporting sweat shops but the people who work in them would not have any jobs at all if they didnt work in them.

i am going to see the two towers as soon as it comes out in england. i thought the first film was really good but the book is still much much better.

i find it impossible to wake up in the middle of the night. i never wake up naturally and if i set my alarm i just stop it without waking up or even realising it has gone off.

i a also get really tired the next day if i dont get enough sleep.

i have had a couple of flying  dreams that i can rember.

once i was flying around a castle then over the countryside being chased by some men with guns. but i couldnt fly high i could only fly a few meters above the ground.

i had another dream where i was flying because i had a hat with wings like in super mario. everytime i took it off i floated to the ground.

i dont rember ever dreaming in 3rd person i am always in 1st person. but i dont really rember many dreams and maby i just rember the ones in 1st person because i feel more involved.

i have only told one friend about OBEs and no family members. my friend is  sang so he kind of understands things more and he tells me some pretty strange sounding things too.

i wouldnt tell anyone else because they would just ignore what i say or think i am mad. as i have said before people find out about things when they are ready.

if you can tell someone though i would recomend it. talking to someone is very useful for staying motivated.
