If you haven't read Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce, then that would be a great start. You can access his webpage and download his Treatise on Obe and also NEW new energy ways at the following link:

Also, you may want to look at books by such authors as Robert Monroe, Robert Peterson, William Buhlman, Scott Rogo and Muldoon & Carrington to name a few.

There is a lot of good information here at the Astral Pulse. What you should do is take a look at some of the discussion topics posted previously. Also, there are topics known as "stickies" that have been kept in place and are good to read over. You can learn a lot just by reading the questions and answers in a particular discussion thread.
