So astral projectors what songs remind you of the astral and why?

Xanth

Steve Miller Band - Fly Like an Eagle

Why?   Pretty self explanatory.

I have many but none of them are really super deep around astral projection. Anything that gives me a connection with some easy going melodies and slow lyrics.
Let's see...

Starshine - Gorillaz
Slow Country - Gorillaz
And a few more cause of em like El MaƱana, gorillaz are amazing for slow melodies.

Basically anything that lets me think a little without being too invasive.

Slow Country - Gorillaz

I love piano melodies with wind sounds.
Anything that is calm and and relaxing can make me think of the astral.
What about you?

Well there was this one particular song that I found in a astral projection pod cast when I first started researching and learning about astral projection. It was so good that I copied just the song from the pod cast. Unfortunately I lost that song since from computer problems, and I looked for that pod cast again, but couldn't find it. The music was of a soft, calming medley with a guitar in a minor scale, not a depressing minor key though. I would listen to that song while researching about astral projection. I can still to this day remember what it sounded like and it's been years since I heard it.

Oh and this always reminds of the the spiritual. In particular being at total peace in the heavenlies after much hardship on earth and many reincarnations. That is the first song bellow.

This was inspired by DMT, one of the most powerful psychedelics. And the famous psychedelic artist Alex grey did it. As you notice my avatar was taken from this movie/song.

This is the original from the movie.

Szaxx I've been listening to Ludovico Einaudi. It's pretty good. I liked a few of the other songs posted here too.

Heh, I've lost 2 songs that I still can't find to this day and I still remember somewhat the melody, a Chinese girl I used to chat with like 10 years ago gave me 2 songs that the titles were in her language, she said the title meant something like "Red Stones" or something like it and the other one I just can't remember. Anyway, totally lost those when I formatted my old laptop and eventually I just forgot about it, I just recently remembered those a few months ago and still can't find it. It sucks, specially when you kinda remember the melody and you just wish you could listen to it one more time.

Well there are plenty on youtube, I've bee using songs for enchanced OBE's binaural beats, isochronic tones, deeep relaxation methods, personally saved 36 of them to my Hard Drive and Im currently listening by chance fluorations of the pineal gland to improve you AP experiences, lasts about 1:08 but it just gets looong and boring, didn't listened all of it... :-)

Also Ludovico Einaudi was great for studying, thanks for that.

Beatles - Tomorrow Never Knows. This song I think could have been after their Maharishi visit which is linked to NPR.

If anyone likes music preparing for projection or meditation try Propeller by Mountains it's amazing!

I like this one, I find it interesting that Eiffel 65 isn't really known as being spiritual, but they come out with this song.

I find listening to any type of nightcore with a heap of ambient instruments triggers it for me.
This world's Captain Falcon; A title I will pass down to a chosen one when I leave this dimension.

Let me add this song to the list. It reminds me of the spiritual for a few reasons. One of which this song is used in a DMT documentary. But also since it's done in a minor key but not too minor which makes for a great song that touches the heart.

High Skies - The World Forgotten

Then here is the DMT documentary that uses the song. It's a great documentary BTW.

Take your pick on what version of this song like you. I always enjoyed Simon and Garfunkel's original version, especially this live version at their Reunion at Madison Square Gardens in New York City.

But I found this other version by a band you would never expect to hear the Sound of Silence from incredibly well done. It is more of a "haunting" version. But it also tends to show exactly what I feel and think as the 3d darkness before my eyes approaches.

The song's meaning to me is the struggle man has with himself. Man's inability to speak with man. But people the phrase "people talking without speaking" and "people hearing without listening" can define the "telepathy" that we find so much in the "other realms".

I enjoy the sound of silence that can be experienced in a AP. The peace and tranquility is just what the Doctor ordered.

Without further ado, I give you the 2 versions. Just sit back, close your eyes and feel these passionate renditions.

..and a even more "haunting" version. Disturbed's Official Music Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9Dg-g7t2l4

Then again it's hard to beat the ultimate "Lucid Dream" song here. He actually tells a funny story at the beginning of this Live video.

Not a bad rendition. I prefer this one though. I did enjoy his story though and songs do have different meanings to different people.

This song represents a projection where you are challenged to face your ultimate fears. Silent Lucidty. Finding peace in any "reality" you may find yourself in.
