Today I was at the zoo, watching different animals behaving according to their species' instinctive characteristics. And then something interesting happened. I reached the gorillas exhibit. One of them was right next to the wall, sitting and eating some leaves. I stood two feet from him. I looked him in the eyes and he looked at mine. There were many people and screaming kids there as well. He did not break eye contact with me for about a minute. Then he looked away and them looked back at me. He stopped eating and just stared at me for a while. I started talking to him, smiling and waving. When I did that he did a circular motion with his head and then continued eating. I don't know why but his eyes were human like. I felt like a human was looking at me, someone who can reason, understand, communicate. It was weird, I knew he was an animal, but it felt different. I don't know if any of you believe in evolution, but I think their species started getting altered genetically maybe by extraterrestrials to get to what modern human is today. We have a lot in common with them. It just made me think how we are the only specie out of billions that has the ability to reason. The rest are lead mostly by instincts. They too have feelings, communicate, etc, but do not reason they way we do. I wonder why.

I saw an orangutan doing tests on a computer screen in a language it understood perfectly in images and tons of monkeys reacting to card tricks etc. They are super intelligent... Dolphins are amazing too. It really makes you think. I have a deer who comes to me every morning ( i live in the mountains ) and she licks my hand and i even give her hugs. I have known her for 2 years now!

Great stories, thank you both!

It is especially notable with primates but that eye to eye contact always seems to me to be absolute recognition of sentience; not just recognition of basic awareness, but something higher...it is a form of knowing between the two parties...really a cool moment!

Since I was young, the conflict between the theories of Evolution and Divine Creation always seemed pointless. Why can't the two concepts exist simultaneously? Why can't they work together? God/Source/ the Divine must work through 'some' mechanism; why not the Evolutionary process? Maybe with a little Divine intervention now and then and even some extraterrestrial help or, in some cases, some negative ET interference (the slave races of the Annunaki for instance...)?

It has become apparent in my own life and what others have spoken of here that some ET/Divine forces are working with us and upon us. Twenty years ago, I would have ignored that possibility...not anymore.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

I would have enjoyed that moment too LightBeam. Many times I have recognized a sentient look in an animals eyes. We say some humans are more awake than others, I believe that also applies to our animal friends and though I know I may be stretching it for some I think it also applies to some plants. Some are more awake.

Totally concur with EscapeVelocity, I see no reason for creation and evolution to be separate. Whether it's help or interference it all seems to push us forward, including our earthly brethren.

Like the deer story as well MarsZM

Thank You for the "feel good" share Lightbeam. It's nice to have a thread like this once in awhile on the Astral Pulse Forums.  :-)

It's not just "Primates".

Lately I have been having staring contests with our little 6 month old puppy here. It has gone past just the staring though. It seems we have been opening up a new channel of communication. I have to throw a "grunt" in here and there though just to keep his attention. After all, he is just a puppy, lol!  :-D

Thank you for your replies everyone! great stories. I enjoyed reading them.
The evolution topic is so vast. There are simply too many possibilities. But I think that all "possibilities" are actually real. They just exist in different/alternate realities, parallel worlds, probable worlds, etc. So, bottom line is that anything and everything exist somewhere in the multiverse. At least this is what I perceive during APs and through thoughts/information that pop into my mind.
As for what stands for our own line of reality at this time, I can not tell. I don't think anyone can for sure because even AP experiences may be influence by our own beliefs. Boy, if scientists read this, they will declare us as lunatics haha. We practically cant prove anything by scientific standards, yet we know that we know a lot more.

LOL, hey who you calling lunatic!! I may be some dumb but I aint plume dumb. :-D

I do like that there are finally scientists who aren't so afraid to step out and really explore these days. Imagine what they get called since of course 'they' should know better. Yeah right, like you said, we know what we know....

LightBeam

haha, Nemeless! :-D

Yes, actually there are scientists that are starting to dare to explore. I like Michio Kaku. He has very interesting series posted on YouTube I think from the science channel.

Dr. Kaku has achieved a great deal of respect in the Science community. When he states something, it does catch the attention of his peers. I heard a interview a few months ago where he talked about his belief of this current physical reality being a 11th dimensional reality in the past. Not only was that his conclusion, it was also the conclusion of his late great friend Steven Hawking's as well.

I was surprised to see how Michio has contributed so much to this season's Ancient Aliens as well. I guess he got noticed years ago when he started speaking in seminars about the different levels of civilizations. This is still one of my favorite videos by him today.
