Hey there,[;)]

this is only a theory buddy as i sleep soundly but not heavily.....maybe you can try and stay conscious as sleep takes you....don't let it drag you down....and also don't eat anything for a couple of hours before to go to beddy pies...and drink lots of water....ALL THE TIME.....hope it helps...  [:)]

Dreamer81, I made something that you use in Winamp that would solve your problem. You can set your brain frequecy to 7 hz for light sleep.

Its called "brain frequency" (version 2) in File Library -> miscillaneous

You can meditate. That will balance your energies so that you don't end up with too much of one kind and too little of another. It will also help you to become more aware of your environment, depending on the technique you use. My favorite technique is to empty your mind completely of all thoughts, feelings, preconceived notions and prejudices, and past experiences, and just experience your moment for what it is. Don't take it in or push it out. Let it flow through you. Do this for at least five to ten minutes at a time, and at least once a day.

Over the last 3 years I have gradually became such a heavy sleeper, that short of beating me half to death it is nearly impossible to wake me.  I swear I think someone could perform surgery on me and I wouldn't know.  Could anyone give me any tips on how to become a lighter sleeper?  Thanks in advance for any advice you guys can give me.
