btw  the lower tone of  those sounds...   imagine or think.. that they  give you vibrations..  i discovered this yesterday.. and i kinda got my first vibrations

get Brainwave Generator from www.bwgen.com, i doubt youll find anything better on the net (i havent found anything better and i have everything: hemy-sinc, holo-sync, Ultra Meditation, The GateWay Experience, etc.). once you get it, get the preset Deep Mind VI, its amazing! of course, you can always get a cracked version for free but im not endorsing that...[]

Can anyone give me a good advice where to find good music for meditation/AP attempts? I have orderd from amazon some meditative music, but it is very annoying. Too much sudden electronical noises. The same goes for all those "sounds of nature" CD's I have tried. Some are better than others, but they all have one problem in common, too many electronic sounds. Sometimes I get the feeling that the person making these have a problem "showing" him/her self a little bit too much, and puts in some weird improvisation sounds that spoils the melody totally...
