Why dont you post this on one of the many 2012 threads that are already out there. I see what you mean though about the 2012 thing being a hoax. Personally i believe that some person saw way to0 many movies and ate too many paint chips as a kid and when they noticed that the mayan calender ended on 2012 they thought it would be an awsome idea to associate that with demons destroying the world. Wake up people, arent we already do that by ourselves. If anything i think that it would be forces or good and not evil that come in 2012 and stop our madness. Like the matrix suggested, we area a cancer to this planet and we are doing a pretty damn good job of screwing stuff up.

from what ive read about 2012 there wont be any astral demons or anything but a spiritual awakening in those who have trancended 50% or there ego or something along those lines.
Something about the earth finishing a galactic cycle in 2012,  and reuniting with a photon band in space from where the cycle (or age) originally begun.

What makes you think the people who made dbz didnt get the idea from
Ki and its techniques. Think about it. If they didnt why is it so Ki has been around longer than we have and the program itself?
If it was created then why are there people practicing Ki and Chi longer than 50 years? What the people have done have taken this and made something of it. So all they needed to do was a story line.

I do agree however about demons. They are very twisted and sly.
Trust me iv been a bit to close to them and it wasnt even my fault either.

uh, all the stuff in the show is invented besides Ki itself. The blasting part of it doesnt exist. Toriyama said that himself when interviewed.

The thing about the demons, ki blasts, angels, spaceships, flying, heaven, hell, etc., is that you never know that they exist until you have seen them or experienced them.  Until that happens they can not be disproven.  I mean, I could say that there is no such thing as a black hole and no one could prove me wrong.  No one has actually seen one.  They have only seen the effects of them.  That doesn't mean they exist that just means that something is happening in that particular area.  Then again I could not prove anyone wrong either because there is nothing for me to work with either.  Basically, no theory can be disproven because we live in a world that is open-ended and strange things happen.  Just because you haven't seen doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

If you think I am trying to make a point, don't bother.  I have noticed that there is no point to making a point.  Some will listen and some won't.  I really don't care which way because it will always be this way; it is supposed to be.

Theres no doubt demons are real. i believe them because i have had closer contact than i want to admit with them. From my experiences ill tell you straight up, they lie, they lie like a governmental conspiracy. they will do ne thing to get you to take the bait of a lie, in my honest opinion i think they are getting kicks out of making people believe and fear that year. If they wanted to atack us they wouldnt let us all know before so. a word of advice when one creeps out into the spiritual world. the human brain compared to a demon would be like comparing a sheep to a monkey. also, havent you ever lied and had people believe you? hasnt someone lied and u believed them straight up? Whos to say demons dont do the same thing. People watch what you believe and what you discard, truth and belief are two completely different things.
