Fire The Grid - July 17th 11:11AM GMT World Meditation

Hey everyone, I did a search and did not find anything with "fire the grid" in it, so I'm surprised nobody has posted about this before.

I came across it just earlier today, but it seems to have been around for a while.

--- Quick Summary about the woman... [not that important] ---
Basically, this woman Shelley Yates, was in a freak car accident, died, was talked to by beings, came back to life... they taught her how to save her son [read more about it], which applies as a lesson of what MANY people can do for the earth... and she has been in regular contact with these beings, in an effort to heal our planet\wake people.

Ok, so here comes the real important part...

There is a world meditation set up for July 17th, at 11:11AM Greenwich Mean Time, where all participants from across the globe send their healing energies into our planet, Mother Earth's "grid system", with the intent to heal\reset the planet as well as connect our souls across the planet with love & light, as One, on a global scale.

However you view this woman's story, claims, or whatever else... really, it doesn't matter. The idea of it is that anyone, whether religious, atheist, or even the "average joe" that likes beer and football games... each one of us counts, and even if all you do at this time is send some loving thoughts\intent to the planet, it's all good. Can be meditation, prayer, or just a deep sense of enjoyment via something you love to do.

It can't hurt to send the planet some lovin' at this time, what do you think? I'm going to participate, figure why not.

Some interesting points I came across while researching this:
- Someone on another forum was skeptical, and looked into it (apparently), and found that there were records of the accident (so it indeed happened, at least to some degree)

- Someone on another unrelated forum, showed a link to an older post where they were getting the number "20070717" over and over during meditation, and didnt know what it meant... then they came across this like a year later... interesting at least.

- There is plenty of evidence that mind affects matter... from Masaru Emoto's research into intent + water, to all sorts of paranormal events such as telekinesis, as well as recent research I found on intention experiments to make plants "radiate light" as much as possible + photon camera or something == astonishing results of incredible increase of light emission off plants.
--> Meaning that this SHOULD have a profound effect on our planet and humanity as a whole, if enough of us do it.

- Apparently there is quite a following to this, so already alot of people in for the ride Hope so! Its about time for some healing!

- The music (available for download on her site) is WONDERFUL! I really found it a pleasure to listen to. I would buy the album if I had $20 to spare


Might have forgot something... but hey, gimme a shout in this thread if you're in, and please if you have something to add or any opinions whatsoever (be it positive or negative), don't hesitate to comment! [with one exception, if your comment is to be "that story is a load of BS", we really dont need that in this thread... start a new thread if you like, but I hope to keep it positive... UNLESS you have some facts\evidence you'd like to present, of course! ]


Well, maybe I am just overly optimistic, but I believe this could be a little spark to ignite the fire thats long been extinguished, and that a change in this world really is possible, and starts with each one of us.

I also think this would be a most wonderful event.  The more people that can participate the better.  I think the Twin-Hearts Meditation specified in Adrian's book "Our Ultimate Reality" would be perfect for this event, so I will most likely be using that meditation for this occassion.

Just FYI:
There were meditations between July 6-8th (Some "Planetary Creatrix" with Tom Kenyon and the Hathors), and also one on 7/7/7 (Can't recall the name ATM) -- not to mention the "World Earth Concerts" that went on this day also.

Do you feel a difference in the world?

I for one, am keeping positive, and feel more happier, but that may very well be self-created and not a direct result of any of these things

Though I'm no special "spiritually sensetive" person that can talk to nature, I do "seem to feel" a more positive vibe from nature and the sky in general lately. Just speculation though, who knows

Also, I have noticed a great deal of literature from around saying that the month of July 2007 is a very special month for us, where our powers of manifestation are vastly amplified, hence us being more powerful to create the world we truly wish to live in. Something to keep in mind

Well, that was a pleasant meditation I thought of happy things & healing for the planet and the people of this earth, love, light, sharing, gratitude, forgiveness, awakening etc...

Lets hope our intent was strong enough to make a difference!

I felt so at peace while meditating that I actually fell asleep, but not even asleep, I'd say in a deep trance.

I didn't know whether to start at 11:11 AM GMT (which is my local time zone) or 12:11 AM (as the clocks said it was at) so I started at 11:11, meditated for 54 minutes then took a break and did another hour

It was very peaceful but I almost fell asleep the first time. Glad I had the break so I could stretch my legs, though.

I definetly felt different throughout the day, and I felt the energy coming off the earth different too as I approached trees, maybe it was psychological? Idk, seemed like a very peaceful, sunny, bright, and positive day.

Hi all

OK, this was spookily lovely. 

This morning, I was busy doing various bits and bobs.  I came to look at the forums without actually logging on.  I clicked the "show latest posts" and this thread came up.  I glanced at the time.  Guess?  Yes, you've guessed it.  11.11am.  And I'm in GMT.  So I closed my eyes and sent all those wonderful feelings and thoughts to our beautiful planet.  I imagined a whole chain of people holding hands and hugging the earth. 

Unfortunately, I didn't have much time so it was only a few minutes, but when I started at exactly 11.11am, I felt goosebumps everywhere and shivers all down my back.

Twas very timely.

I was on board with this myself and as I began to meditate, I felt surge of energy. It was a wonderful experience and I'm glad I took part.

I love this planet and I would like it to be around for generations to come. Heck, I might even come back again to visit.

Things felt somewhat different today, and I had overall more energy than normal. Again, it could be psychological but the day itself was interesting nonetheless.....

Don't know if it had to do with this, I didn't participate in the meditation, but suddenly I noticed that I had been awake for more than 24 hours and wasn't feeling sleepy. When I went to bed I might have slept for some 5-6 hours only (my average is 10 hours) and have no remembrance of dreaming, which is totally unusual. Now woke up and I'm not feeling tired.
