Hmmmmm, perhaps it is time to resurrect my "netiquette" post . . .

Also, to all, check out the "how to undo the damage" sticky, and start over with a clean slate!

Greetings Tippa,

Thank you very much indeed for your comments and concerns with which myself and the moderators completely agree, as I am sure do most members.

I would like to assure you and all other new members this situation is fairly recent and concurrent with the ongoing rapid increase in new members, posts and topics. We are however determined to restore order here and definitely not let things deteriorate. These forums have always been a place where people can discuss all of these topics without fear or prejudice and I can assure you it will remain that way.

Thanks again.

With best regards,

Adrian.

This is a message for EVERYONE who posts on Astral Pulse.

Now, I haven't been here as long as some people, and I don't post nearly as often as a lot of people do, but as a member I find it very disrupting when certain things happen on some posts.

I come here to read posts that I might find of interest or have an educational value to them.  And it's really nothing except a waste of my day when I have to spend large amounts of time filtering through some of the rude, insulting, and immature comments that some people make on other peoples topics, when it is really unneccessary and uncalled for.  It is nothing except pure disruption for the sole purpose of disrupting a topic and causing argument among other members.  While multiple parties are bickering back and forth on some comment made in the purest form of ignorance, the original topic is forgotten about or overlooked while someone else is still trying to get in the last word.

Now, since most people probally don't read the Terms of Service or Agreement before clicking the accept button, I just wanted to remind a few individuals of what it is exactly they are agreeing to. There is no reason to post negative, or sarcastic remarks on someone else's topics.  If you don't agree with what the topic is about or something that is said, that's fine, You don't have to!  But don't waste your time, and other peoples times by some childish comment.

You would think that some of you would have learned one of the GOLDEN RULES by now, but apparently some of you have not.  Since some people have not, I will post it here.
