Earth - just school or our permanent home?

Hey guys

Lately I've been thinking about two seemingly contradictory ideas which float around the spiritual community.

1. Is Earth a school which main purpose is to serve lessons for spiritual development of individuals. If so, the goal would be to learn all the lessons, recognize the futility of physical, break free of Samsara and evolve further onto other spiritual planes  (as buddhists say ignorance is the cause of birth and death)

2.Or is it a world that meant to be perfected by people bringing more and more truth into it, so it would become 'heaven on earth' so to speak, so everybody could live happily ever after in the physical?

I'd say both, the experiences in differing locales seem to have a commonality in those dwelling therein. This physical has a complete mix of different mindsets some pleasant and some not.
A school is a possibility, as well as learning to coexist for the betterment of mankind in general. How we interact with our environment is still an issue and should we ignore it completely our inherent adaptability may be pushed beyond our limits.
Spiritual development being a concept still in the dark ages would help us achieve the two questions posed. Could you live in a world where we all have the capability of knowing how the person you think of feels, knowing their thoughts and being able to communicate in an instant.
A world that cares with no deception.
Perhaps a dream today. Better a reality to aim for.

 Here's what I have been shown and it's time that I started to share these things instead of keeping them to myself all the time.

Earth is a place where many races are put to finally find "peace" together as one. I have been shown that the many races of the World have arrived here as a "experiment" of sorts. On their own Solar Systems, some of them may have become embattled for thousands, possibly millions of years. The experiment was to take passive and aggressive races and merge them together on this "Melting Pot", known as Earth, but with no prior memories of their either passive or aggressive nature, just to see if they could once and for all get along. It took a long time to finally see progress, but now it is happening on a massive scale.

When their physical existence passes on, they are returned back to their own planets/universes, with the hope that what they learned can change their Race as well, just as it has by helping them evolve.

It is basically a last chance effort to finally make Peace on a enormous scale, once and for all!  

I realize this is a very hard pill to swallow and you don't have to believe it yourself. Now that I have planted that seed in your mind, its up to you to find your truths!

There is no contradiction for me between 1 and 2. I believe it's both. It's to develop the physical humanoid race as well as the individual soul by having this experience.

Interesting synchronicity. Today I read in one of D. Cannon's book about an energy being who incarnated and who also told that Earth is an interesting and fascinating place where many from other systems 'meet' and form the Earth experience as a group experience together (with rules and regulations for incarnating). Not the first time I heard and read it.

Could you still make clear if you refer to humanoid races as we have them on earth now (black, white, asian, ...) or does it refer to other "ET races" who incarnate into human vessels?

Well, I think that if you look back in history you'll see the exact same issues arising time and time again... and the root of those issues is GREED.  Even the stories of ancient civilizations such as Atlantis, Sumeria, etc... they all fell due to greed. 

I think this planet is a training ground for purifying oneself from Greed and bringing yourself closer to Love.  I think the trick here is knowing that if you can grow spiritually in a reality where Greed runs rampant, then you're doing pretty good for yourself.

I think Earth is a school where our souls/consciousness comes to, to play. Earth is perfect as is and doesn't need to evolve or for us to change it as a learning tool it is perfect. We are perfect too but don't realize that as is. No lesson needs to be learned or experience to be had in order to create a better self or become enlightened. We already are enlightened and have voluntarily left this knowledge in some other place. I don't know this for sure, just a hunch.

I believe we are here and incarnate because we enjoy playing the game. True joy is the discovery and rediscovery of who you are, what your purpose is, and that it's impossible for us to lose ourselves and the loving thoughts and souls whom we hold dear.

What I was shown was it was the individual races in general, like Black, White, Asian, etc. and that each race was predominant to one area of the Multiverse. But that in many of those areas there was constant wars and hatred. By putting them in one location, unbeknownst to them consciously, they would evolve as a whole. Then when they were returned back into their usual cycle of existence, they would bring back that evolution with them.

Here on Earth they would learn more than to just get along. I was also shown that each race of (black, white, Asian, etc.) had their pros and cons. Some things they were rather adept with, others they lacked severely. This planet gave them a chance to share their talents/pros and work on their cons. Each of these cultures have much to share.

This is where it gets confusing because I have seen areas of the Multiverse where our Earthbound cultures do exist, but only as the sole species of that region. I have seen wars between them as well. It was actually akin to Star Trek whereas in Star Trek they had the Romulans, Borg, Klingons and other races, which in themselves are completely different cultures as well. It's just we are in a more "Primitive" time where we haven't reached out yet to those that use completely different vessels than us. The vessels we have here are quite alike, only the color of the skin, height, language and a few other characteristics are the difference.

Some day that may change and we will welcome others that don't share the same vessels, but for now, we have to learn to get along with each as we are!  

Edit: Oh and to add one more thing I thought was really cool. Some of the consciousness that incarnated into vessels here did so into vessels of their most hated foes. That was basically a Phase that was implemented at a different time. But I thought that was an excellent idea. That showed how the program/experiment really evolved! To me that sounds like the true meaning of Karma.

The Lemurians were a race of Peace. They were also a Feminine race. That changed when they were visited by and then overtaken by a more Warmonging race, a purely Masculine one. The Lemurians welcomed them with open arms, but the invaders had other plans in mind. They bonded/mated with the Lemurians and when the time had come, they showed their true colors. This was the first of 5 civilizations that failed on this planet.

I believe that many people are becoming aware of this, but are perceiving it in their own way. I think for the first time in a long time, we are asking the right questions, "listening" to and are ready to hear the answers.

I also belief that we are being given this info through some kind of downloads at a consciousness level that can not be stopped or controlled by some that may wish to keep us blind.

I think so too.

Marilyn also said she was shown that certain E.T.s implant wisdom and knowledge into people when they are subconscious.  Many are unaware of this.  The changes are usually very minute, but on occasion there is a genuine leap of consciousness.

This reminds me of a client in Brian Weiss' book "Same Soul, Many Bodies". It is however more 'local' between current Jews and Arabs. A Jewish woman could not let go of here hate of the Arabs, but she was an Arab (hating Jews) in her previous life. (So she has not yet learnt to let go of the hate from both sides...).
