Hey Risy no Kairu,

quel gateau mangeais-tu lorsque tu fu attaque par les ninjas?

Les glandes surrenalles, are above the kidneys, and much smaller than the kidneys. If you are able to stimulate them and get adrenaline in your body, then for sure you won't sleep! If you want to stimulate you surenal glands (I guess that's the name in English) then drink a cup of coffee, as cafeine induce secretion of the glands to produce adrenaline that flows then into your blood, increases your hearbeat, your blood pressure, etc...

As to the vibrations, maybe you just focused on your shakra there, rather than on the surenals? Working on the shakras should get you there (vibs) too. The shakras are actual nervous centers in the body, in French : ganglions, and there are many of these along the spine and elsewhere...

Anyhow, good luck! [:)]

I noticed that any part of my body I focus on, and 'feel' (imagine the feeling) energy flowing into it, I get a vibration in.

I wasn't specifically focusing on anything, just the region. And it wasn't localized, it was full body vibes that started just asI fell asleep everytime.

...personally.

I'm not quite sure how it worked, though.

OK.

Last night I was trying to sleep. I couldn't get to sleep, so to try and get to sleep I figured I'd let my mind wander. Well, I was thinking about having OBEs, then this forum, then the "chromokenisis" topic, then the Veritas article on Lentation...

I thought "hey, lentation... The dude said it had to do with adrenaline. Where's adrenaline come from? Kidneys? Well, I'll focus on that region and try to get the adrenaline flowin'... Maybe something will happen." (As of this moment, I'm still unsure of where the adrenaline glands are, so if it's not the Kidneys, please don't call me stupid. :( I'm just ignorant.)

Well, I fell asleep focusing on my lower stomach region on the sides on the inside (does that make sense?). Next thing I know, I'm waking up on my stomach with vibrations. Mild vibrations, but vibrations none-the-less. These ones felt different from before. I felt like someone was on my back, and my first instinct was a little fear, but I was like "no, fear's not going to help." So I thought (in a projecty way) "I'm not afraid." Well, the vibrations stopped, and I woke up.

Rolled over and thought "OK, how'd I get those vibrations? What was I doing before? Oh, yeah! Focusing down there!" I tried again, and kept waking up with weak vibrations! Didn't get out, though. :(

Reflecting back, though, as I write this, I think another time I woke up with vibrations is when I was trying to do that whole "energy raising" thing as I would fall asleep. Well, the stomachy energy storage area is just above the area I  was focusing on last night...

Hmm. I think I'm going to experiment with this a bit more and see what happens.
