To believe that we create anything beyond the consequence of our own actions would be extremely ego-centric and self centered.
Is there anything Good which exists outside of God?
I dont know what good is outside a narrow human view so I cant speak for ALL good.
In my opinion God is not a person or something you can give a set boundary to. God is everything and everyone. God is the sum of all things and exists in each one of us and in every grain of sand or speck of dust. In the wind and ocean. Birds and tree's. God is not good nor evil because god is the sum of both human concepts.
So to answer your question NO... you can't have anything that exists outside, good nor bad.
Most religions try and limit god and this is why people look for there own answers. I'm not foolish enough to think that I will ever understand god because I am but one speck in the greater whole. People need to learn that you can not simply some things. That you can't be told what to believe because there isn't just one right answer.
In the end what is important is the quest. Not what answer you reach at the end of your journey.
Good and evil are choices that we take. If god exists this is bless upon us: the power and liberty of choose the path of your actions.
God, The Universe, The Whole, The Spirit, or whatever name you give to the divinity of the universe is BEYOND GOOD AND EVIL.
Good and evil is a subjective judgement we humans give to events for the purpose of social order. The last 8 of the 10 Commandments are common sense rules for civil order. These concepts of Good and Evil have been extended to encompass the metaphysical by many religions as a means to enforce this civil order through guilt and fear. The you're-going-to-go-to-hell-for-that-one attitude is a scare tactic to impose order.
Anyway, this has been extended to thinking that being moral will make you spiritual. But it only leads to self-righousness. True morality comes from being spiritual first. This spirituality yields love and respect that automaticaly leads to moral behavior that not only maintains civil order but gives happiness and tolerance to all.
Self-righousness is the result ignorance, hate and fear.
True morality is the result of loving and respectful spirituality no matter what path you take.

The only true goodness and morality stems from the perfect will of Jesus Christ. God is all good and not "transcendant" of it. He is not evil.
