What do you think? I have heard wonderful things. It's basically a RAW food diet. So many people I talked to think it's nasty. I must have changed so much because it looks delicious! Plus, I could start cooking!
Sounds good. I would not exclude yogurt and cheese though, because they are great suppliers of probiotics and calcium.
A better way to eat dairy, is raw dairy. Milk straight from the cow which you can easily make your own butter/cheese from. The only tricky part is finding raw milk in your area but if you can, there are many health benefits.
