Trying to OBE and stomach gets "squirmish"

Hey guys and thanks for reading,

So basically I have been practicing OBE lately and I progress through different sensations felt throughout my body, however this one just makes it really uncomfortable. My stomach starts to feel really weird, it makes feel like I want to scratch my stomach but I personally know it will do nothing as it is internal and not external. I only wrote "squirmish" because that is the best that only comes to my mind; it makes me uneasy.

I personally looked online to see if something was written about this and I found nothing except something about "Star Seeds".

I was wondering if some folks could help me out and tell me whats going. Is this just energy building up because my chakras are closed?

You get wierd sensations as you go deeper in. I think sometimes your body fights it. Maybe a survival mechanism of some kind.  It's nothing of significance try to refocus on what your doing and disregard it as much as possible usually the sensations go away after a bit of work. Some are more stubborn than others.  Mine was the itches on the face.

Don't get too worked up at this point your a ways off from being able to transition. Focus on going deeper and things will eventually happen. Transitioning is a highly individual thing but once the body is not trying to distract you during your sessions, progress tends to go a little quicker. Be patient and persistent at this point.

Oh yes, my goal as of now has just been to transit deeper into the states and as I indulge into more of these peculiar sensation I'll know when to actually change my aim to "the big thing".

However, as this thread is already posted I have another question that has been nagging me for quite a while. For a long time, whenever I look at something lets say the opposite wall, I will see the wall however I will also see these dots? Not sure of their colour but "something" that is there. The best way I can describe it is with this type of image.

Its like tiny star like pictures around the room. It is more of the Ringing in the Ear situation where when I pay more attention to this they became more observable. I don't think it has something to do with my eyesight as I have had eye sight tests done. I know the description was poor but I am hoping you have heard of this or know what this is.
