can anyone tell me a good tech. to use while practicing telekinesis

My old girlfriend of mine years ago would play tug of war with telekinesis.  We would sit on the couch infront of the TV and I would raise the volume and it was her job to lower the volume.

When we heard the sound of the tv show go up several notchs and then go down we knew it was working.

We use to play games with it years ago.

Try it out with a friend and see what happens?

kendrick, make a psi wheel with aluminum foil or something else balanced on a needle sticking up, in a closed container you can see through.

Build up some energy for a few seconds. Look at the aluminum foil and think about its current position AND SPEED. Dont try to move it. It seems to move itsself when I do this.

hypnotist, what kind of volume control did the tv have? knob, button? Or did you imitate the remote and not push anything? Changing tv volume is impressive.
