Ringing in ears causing hallucinations

Well I have always noticed the ringing in my ears even as a child but only when I lay down for bed. Lately though I have been hearing this ringing when in sleep paralysis and before I have obes. Great I guess it is really effective to listen to it if I want to have a wild experience but it won't stop now when I lay down for bed i can hear it so clearly and it gets soooo loud to the point where It sounds like the ringing in sleep paralysis but I'm totally awake! Last night it happened when I waas trying to sleep and I kept seeing things running by my room and out of the corner of my eye and Its really having a negative effect on me. Despite me trying to be as open minded about it as I can. I've tried reciting positive affirmations and it helps a little bit but what could be going on I feel like my third eye just opens when I lay down for bed and it's overwhelming. I looked at my eyes in the mirror last night and they were Dialated as anything like I was on mushrooms or something. Today I felt fine though so I know I'm not going crazy or anything and I'm in good mental health I would say. But even after I got out of bed to try to shake it off last night like the places in shadow in my living room were wavy and I would see flashes of colors and stuff in the darkness. Any attention the tones in my ears would Intensify this it seems like it's coming from my left ear actually and I can hear it now just typing this laying down about to go to bed but I don't notice it at all during the day

You need to first be checked by a doctor before you do anything else.

What Blue said... rule out physical issues first.  THEN, when they can't explain it... move on to "other".

I have had extensive tests done already I'm sane as far as America is concernd haha but if you ask me most of society acts pretty insane so that's that. I have a iq of 140 and I have "adhd". Which is a bovine excrement diagnoses in itself so anyway now can someone give me some input without saying I'm crazy.

How is the "seeing little people at night" thread anymore crazy than this? Lol perception is our world crazy does not exist to the people that are clinically "insane" I'm sure it makes sense to them haha

The way I see it you seeing things just comes with the territory when projecting alot, you are becoming intuned to the other side, in other words your third eye is active. Now as for the ringing in your ears, I get that too, and I have a way out there theory either that or I watch too much TV (smalleville)......any way I thing the ringing is our own unique sound that helps us do things like project, I'm sure not everyone hears the same type of ringing, cause the can range in pitch. But this is just my perspective and I love it.

get this the other morning I was having some kind of obe and I saw my sister and dad taking but from my perspective I was in some water looking up at them on the shore talking about me then my dad said I'm going to give him a phone call and ask him something I couldent make out specific words. Then my phone rang and woke me up and it was my dad... I didint asnwer but I found out that him and my sister were at the botanical gardens watching coy fish when they called me. It freaked my sister out when I told her I knew where they were and me too haha it was the first time I've done something like that.

Wow that's awesome man, plus you got it confirmed, it is things like this that  makes projecting all the the more wonderful when things like that happens, congrats.

I didn't say it was crazy. Most common cause of hallucinations is an underlying infection.  With tennitis two of the physical causes can be high blood pressure or blood sugar problems. These are only two examples of hundreds of things it could be.

THese are early signs of very serious health problems that can kill you or make you extremely sick.

I have no idea what Americans do to rule everything out these days. I do not live in that country.
