Well i dont think its that, they look like rain drops (you know how light reflects through them) and they swirl around in a circle and then all meet to form my oringanal eye sight, i dont hulusnate, and i always drink 1.5 litres of water before, during and after training so i don't believe its lack of liquids [|)] Its very strange, it seems to only happen after a hefty excercise (an hour or two). Could it be a reaction to enegy maybe, because i get alot of small white dots on my hands when i create (or start to create) a ki ball. just a side note, what the hell is going on with these white dot things, they seem too be scatterd around and get more denser and reder towards the middle of my hand, very strange! maybe this is some sort of reaction to energy or an actual physical reaction caused by continuious energy work, any ideas people?
i see them all the time, usualy one can get that when the third eye is starting to open, at least thats when i started seeing those things. in my experience it's some form of energy, as you say there is more of them in a ki ball, allso in sun/moon light there is more and around plants and other living things there is more of them
Con you influence them in any way? Bigger? smaller? merge them into something?

I have heard some people explain this off as white dots, and sometimes seen in daylight dawn/dusk or in areas where ozone is more prevalent e.g. costal or mountainous regions as prana or chi/ki. On the other hand it may be phosphorescence or illuminated droplets of water (mist)! Although I am not sure if this is pseudoscience or not without further exploration!
I suspect it is prana/ki in your instance – sounds interesting!
A few pints of the dark stuff has been know to produce quite phenomenal effects as well. But then I would only recommend moderation in that case
