1. Is it possible to bring someone with you when you astral project? My boyfriend is awfully skeptical about this, and I want him to see it for himself. How could I go about doing this?
2. Is it possible to go back in time when astral projecting? I was thinking last night it would be nice to see the 70's, and thought this might be the way to do it.
3. About 8 years ago, when I was 9, I used to subconsciously do this a lot. I haven't astral projected since then, at least that I can remember, and I wanted to know that since I'm still fairly young (17), would it be easier for me to get back into doing this? I once heard that when you're younger your ties with the 6th sense and all that more... intact? Is that true?
4. I'm pretty afraid of the dark. If I woke up in the morning when it was getting a bit light out, would I be able to do it then? I usually wake up a few hours before I actually have to get up in the morning, so that seems like a good time to me.

Thanks =)

Good questions. Hopefully this well help you a bit

1. I've heard it is possible to take someone with you but if your boyfriend is skeptical about it then it probably won't work.

2. Yes it is possible to go back in time while in the astral realms. The 70's are also a period that I would like to visit, mainly for all the amazing music.

3. I've heard that it is easier for those who are younger to tap into astral projection. It's always possible to re-learn something you used to know. Especially when it comes to this.

4. If you're afraid of the dark that is a huge obstacle to overcome when it comes to projecting. Just relax and remain calm and sure that there's nothing that can harm you. And yes waking up a few hours before you usually do would be the best time, or at least it is for most people.

Anyways hope that helped and remember there's nothing to fear when it comes to projecting

This is considered true up to the age of 2 or 3 years old.

Thanks!

And Vitruvian, wouldn't it be somewhat easier for me now since it's only been 14-15 years since I was 2-3, instead of being 30 years or something like that?

Look at it like this: If you start practicing diligently now, you'll be really good by the time you're 30. It's not like there's a reason to wait.

I was planning on starting now. It really takes 13 years to get "really good"?  :-o

When you guys say you can go back in time, do you meen that you can see exactly what happened?  Say the 70?
