A new and interesting relaxation method

I created this method a year ago and think that this is one of the fastest ways to get deep relaxation states. It works with the use of a more unconscious layer of thoughts, which i call second layer or second voice. A full focus on it can increase the relaxation extremely high. This method takes also a very interesting and extremely strong influence in the course of the relaxation. But be aware, this method leads also to fast fall asleep.

Now should the second voice automatically, and maybe in very fast time, think the other half of the sentence. Try the whole experiment a few times in a row. You will notice, that an more unconscious form of thinking finishes the sentence sometimes.

Phase 2, Train the 2. Layer:

Now can you test the voice by counting. Count from 1 till 100, and let the voice repeat every number. But this, if possible, while you still think the number. For many people it works immediately, for other then, when the counting is getting hard. If you reach the 100, you can start again at 1 or continue with 101.

Phase 3, only the 2. layer:

-Let now the second layer count alone. This could be tricky, because the second layer is difficult to control. Go, if needed, back to Phase 2 and start phase 3 again.

Already at the first training of these 3 phases you should have very good results during the attempt. A reason is, that the focusing remains stable with this technique. The mere counting with the normal layer is a good focusing method, but together with the effects by focusing on the 2. Layer, it will be strengthened a lot. The properties of the 2. layer are the second reason for the effectivity of this method. Instead of counting, one can let the second voice speak other things. The effect is then still the same, so long as one just keeps the second voice active.

The method leads to fast fall asleep, so it should be used in combinations with other methods.

Wow, very interesting. When i was younger, say 14 or so, certain relaxation methods just came to me without having read about them. Thank you for sharing something personal.

I've been toying with self-hypnosis and other ways of "speeding up" the phasing process.  Obviously it's not something that can be forced, but certain techniques can certainly make things progress faster. 

What you have posted is very interesting, and I would love to give it a try sometime.

This method works on a completely different way, than most other. You will see it.

I made an big testing poll a year ago in german forums. It was very succesful.

Wow, thanks, I also tried it before the comp now and this might indeed work for me, too. Will give it a "serious" try when lying down.

After some light relaxation, I gave this method a try.  I reached Focus 10 (Mind Awake, Body Asleep) before the count reached 100.  I'm very impressed.

Really.
Most techniques people offer are a rearrangement of the core concepts. Like of metaphysical imagery, etc.
This makes me very mad because it doesn't help people understand the forces really at work, which is what they really need to know to solve their problem.

But this is on point and just downright cool.

Like the past few folks said, I actually feel some F3 coming on when I activate this "second voice." I will test this method out in an hour or so to see how well it establishes a F10 state. I could see it establishing a nice passive focus point.

Without talking about application, I would like to give you a hearty thumbs up for creating this method. Regardless of its validity in projection, it makes a phenomenal example when explaining intangible concepts to people. Respect.
