Hi guys.

I just want to share a "weird" and first experience that I had last night. I'm not totally sure, but I remember a lot of new thing.

The most curious was that I wasn't trying anything and just that happen without I planning nothing. Well, in short I remember well that last night was a terrible sleep night. I wake up several times because it starts to rain really strong and in my room start to falling drops from the ceiling. So, after having a lot of interesting and clear dreams I got to a point when I wake up and have some issues to fall asleep again. So, I was having vibrations, which is nothing weird to me, but this time his intensity was a lot stronger than normally. So, I just stay there, trying nothing except falling asleep, and the waves starting to get a point really high when I just didn't give that so much care.

Well, it becomes to a point that I start to feel that detaching feeling that I had been before without success in projection, but this time it was a little different. So, at one point start to hearing the vibration inside of my head, and that isn't usual to me (it happened to me little 2 times before). So, I just start to feel a real detaching from the body and that I get a "special" vision different from the physical one. But I can't see a lot of things, maybe due to some hidden fears, but I remember that I could see my arms in like a glossy way moving around my face consciously. So, I could just open my eyes, but I could see in a "new" to me.

To be honest I don't know if this was a dream or not, but at the moment I thought that it was. But know checking out the whole experience I realize that I was totally aware (well not totally) of what was going on. Plus that it didn't feel like any dream.

I feel like I have do a big progress and hope that more interesting things will happen soon!

This sounds similar to my early concious experiences.
Seeing your body all glowing is different for sure. A week later I was out on demand.

I have never separated from my body, but I have had vibrations, similar to how you described. Fear always was the one thing that prevented me from exiting my body; you need to be brave to overcome this and tap into your inner courage for this bravery (boy do I wish I was brave). But really, it's been a matter of personal preference in choosing when is the time I will decide to attempt again, as I have had the best success achieving vibrations when woken up about an hour after falling asleep, in the middle or end of my first dream.

With the vibrations you should be thinking.of anything but your physical body. If you can pretend you dont have one and are a tiny point of light about to go on a  journey by simply floating up over your home and away into the distance.
You may start to see things that don't match your physical position. The number of times I've woke up my vision above the roof of the house is uncountable.
I learned to ignore the physical body and float up. I had just started nursery school, so very young indeed.
