Consious Ap'ing Then slide into a dream'ish state?

the last 2 times I astral projected I started to call out to others and sure enough one materialised and I reached my "arm" out and grab hold of the other entities arm. It appeared to be an older woman in a dark blue dress with flowers on it and we began talking but I only really remember her saying that I have reached "3/5" of my growth or something like that. Then I met another entity that seemed to be in the other room and we talked for a minute about something. I think it was me asking him if I can increase my energy and I could try to give him something in return. He said what, then I said I'm not sure. Then he stirred something in a bottle, told me to put my hand out, then he poured out a small amount of an glowing orange looking particle and told me to toss it away from us. It fragmented as I tossed it and faded away as the particles fell down. Then I looked to my hand and seen a small ?onk with a green loop and a flowered "T" for the base of it. It appeared to be small and was on the tip of my finger. Not sure how to take that one. And thats all I remember from that one.

The second time was less eventfull, I called out several times, didn't get a response. I had trouble keeping control of my movements and I think I was forcing my visualization to see things that I wanted. Then it seemed to turn into a dreamlike state as I lost focus and the ability to know that I was losing focus and I went back to unconsiousness, then woke up.

Both times I wasn't sure if I were dreaming or if I was in fact in contact with other entites and then I slipped into the dreamstate continuing on the "expeirence". Maybe I'm not at that level yet where I can tell either way.

Anyone else been through that? And is there a way to next time confirm what I see and hear to be a real interaction with other beings or am I just talking to other parts of myself. All comments welcome.
