Evil Entities

I won't start actually trying to project for a while but...I've heard about horrible things evil entities can do. I have some questions about these thigns that i've heard from a good friend, who has had experience with some seriouslly freaky evil entities. Here's what she told me
Try and make my vibrations as high freq. as possible before projecting cause evil entities have neg. energy therefor they have lower vibrations and wont be able to mess with me as much.
Try and surround myself with pos. energy
Not have fear.
Anyone have any other suggestions? I'm fairly young so I wont have as much of an "immune system" against evil entities. Though I am fairly strong energy and mentally. Thanks in advanced!

I have experienced both unimaginable bliss and unimaginable fear but as yet I have experienced no harm from either.
The fear up to date has been a reaction to the unexpected rather than a reaction to something actualy harmful.
The only thing in my experience that can harm you  is you yourself.

Evil Entities can bring or cause you harm. And since Astral Projection is Projecting yourself to the Higher Realms of Existance, Evil Entities would not exist there. You may possibily run into confused individuals, but no harm can come to you. Just make sure those you listen to are those you would want to hear out...

Hello Indigo,

I've met a few negative entities, and they've never harmed me. The ones I've met have been like bullies, - they're annoying and somewhat scary, but not dangerous.

It can't hurt to say a prayer of protection before attempting to go out of body, and even when in the astral. Burning white sage in your room should help keep it clear of entities.
