Projection whilst in a car?

So, I haven't ever projected but would it be good for me to try it while in a moving vehicle? Do you think i could pull it off? I mean obviously, a bed or chair is better but I think anything is possible . Going to be on a road trip tomorrow and I'd sure love to project haha
